Friendly staff, comfortable room, amazing location for QSNCC and the parks. Super close to MRT for easy getting around the city. The air conditioning worked great. Sure, the rooms are small, but if you are just sleeping there or watching TV in bed it is perfect. Also, it is common for hotels in Bangkok to take a cash deposit, so not sure why so many people are suprised by this - it's normal and you always get it back if you are normal.

This is not the hotel's fault, but there is a stretch of road with no sidewalk that is a bit terrifying to walk on when there is traffic. It's only about 50 meters, but if you are not used to walking with cars and motorbikes with no protected walking room, then it is best to use taxis to get to and from the hotel.

I loved almost everything about this hotel. It's the perfect way to close yourself off from the busyness of Bangkok. For a low price, you get everything you might need. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is well made and the view is amazing. The room looks very good and the lights are interesting. It also had a hair dryer and a small fridge.

There was a stain on my blanket and the place was really noisy. People were talking in the corridor basically throughout the night, you could hear what was going on in the other rooms and also the plumbing system made quite a lot of noise.

The hotel is in the city center, it is pretty cheap. Even though the room is small, but everything needed is here. Moreover it is very clean, very stylish, very comfortable, no smell, very nice lights and it is pretty new. I would say that price / quality ratio is very good and next time i will choose this place again.

For sure the room was very small, but for us actually it was more than okay. I read that several people had issues with this hotel regarding additional costs (for dirty towels, etc), but we had no issues and it was perfect.

Very nice and helpful staff. Very good location. 5 Minute-walk (or less) to Queen Sirikit Metro Station and Queen Sirikit Convention Center (which can be accessed through the Metro Station. The place may not look as central as it is on instant street view, since it's in a side-street and surrounded by bigger buildings but it's very central. Perfect for convention attendees or tourists as the metro station is right there and the Bangkok Metro is one of the best I've experienced (I'm a frequent traveller). Good food opportunities (both street food and restaurants) are in the area, as well as a 24-hour 7-eleven. I might book this place again when I visit Bangkok again. For those who are interested, there's also a weed-shop right next to the place. Highly recommended!

Nice and cozy family run hotel, very close to the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC). Just a few minutes walk from the Blue MTR line. The personal was very kind, helpful and friendly. Strongly recommended.

Quiet place, also good indications advising guests for not making noise. Staff helpful and friendly. Quite tidy and clean.

Maybe a little overpriced for a long solo traveler going under budget. I would have stayed several days more if better deals. I moved to Sukhumvit road to a similar one but almost 50% cheaper.

The location is just a stone throw from The Queen Sirikit convention center and MRT station

Efficient and friendly staff with 24 hour desk. Very clean. Fridge and kettle. Reliable WiFi. Elevator. MRT (metro) 15 walking (Bangkok crazy traffic) minutes away, with occasional sidewalks, once done with a 20 foot python above in a tree (snake-busters on the scene quickly and efficiently). Tight but efficient quarters in room, generous shower.

Everything was fine. But have baht on hand or be prepared for percentage added to credit card payment....or use ATM 100 meters away walking without sidewalk to 7-11. Also 7-11 closest opportunity to get ice, great cheap ice lattes, stock the fridge, etc.

The staff, location and overall experience is very good. You have to except a rather small room but would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap and definitely not a bad place to set a base at to explore Bangkok.
