I don't recall being advised about the 3k bhat deposit after making the booking, so I had to withdraw extra cash when I already had withdrawn for my 5 days trip. The restaurant was still in construction, but that kind of things happen.

this was by far the best experience I’ve made! I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this was just perfect! the crew was just amazing and super friendly! the hotel was very new and has a very good location. within walking distance you could go to get a nice massage, visit the shopping mal terminal21, 7-eleven and a lot more. also the tuktuk service was amazing! thank you to the lovely guy who dropped us always off at the MRT. we wanted to thank you and appreciate you. your smile made our days! we were hoping that we could say thank you in person but we departed too early this morning! every restaurant/bar/shop was delicious! also foodland was always a great go to when you got hungry pretty late or early in the morning since they’re open 24 hours. the rooms have a decent big size for 2 crazy shopping ladies. also the pool area was just amazing. The AC worked perfectly fine. everything was perfect and we would 100% recommend! we can’t wait to come back! thank you guys soooo much for everything you did.

Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Great bed and so good to have block out curtains! I can’t believe how many hotels have lights shining on you all night with flimsy curtains. The pool area was lovely.

The location was not great as suggested in other reviews. Not really close to any attractions but there are plenty of places to eat and relative proximity to the sky train if you dare! Staff were friendly however if you asked them for water or ice they blankly refused to assist. this is not a budget hotel and some kind of hospitality and looking after guests could really improve the service and the vibe of the hotel.

Lovely hotel with great design. Clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and nice. I stayed here for 2 nights and booked another night a couple days later because this was a good and safe choice. The cheapest room for 2 people was a great alternative and you don't have to worry about some rooms being worse than others. The location isn't far from BTS (train) and you can also use a free shuttle from the hotel to the 7-eleven near Exchange tower. Tip for travelers who use streaming services: Press the content button on the remote and search for netflix, etc using the internet app.

Excellent service! Took care of our needs including taxi and day trip consulting. Though we didn't know until arrival they arranged rooms with connecting door. Hotel was flexible to change reservation! Good cost value. Very clean and modern. Arranged their tuk tuk to the metro station and back. Nice sweaming pool. Would return!

Location is not that central. You need tuk tuk +half hour in average to most attractions. refused to let us to use the pool after the check out when all hotels we've stayed permitted it. Though restaurant nearby are near I think that offering breakfast and some restaurant services would be valuable. In summary nothing was really big issue.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us to organise taxis (cheaper than Grab) and luggage storage for the airport. The facilities are clean and well maintained. We loved the pool, which felt very private despite being surrounded by taller buildings. The rooms are comfortable, with great amenities, and a very quiet. We also enjoyed the Lazy Daisy Restaurant, and felt that it offered a good selection at a reasonable price.

We had some difficulties getting to the hotel, due to the traffic. This isn't the fault of the hotel, it's just something to bear in mind regarding location if getting taxis or needing to navigate traffic at peak times.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great, the pool is nice though with as much walking as is we did in Bangkok we went nowhere near the gym. They restock 4 free bottles of water a day and theres a mini fridge. It’s also great that they have a tuktuk service to drop you off at either of 2 locations. One drop off site is at a 7-11. The Sukhumvit metro station blue line and the Asok BTS/ skytram line lie within a 5 minute walk of each other. Take the passenger walk bridge to get to these because crossing roads at the traffic signals can take a long minute. The other drop off point is at the Queen Sirikit National convention center metro station which is another station on the Metro Blue line. There is another 7-11 within a 5 minute walk of the hotel so no need to ask for a tuktuk.

The property exceeded my expectation. The hotel is walking distance from terminal 21. There are great restaurants close by and there is a 7 eleven in walking distance. We stayed in their three bedroom Suite, and it was very spacious. Had all the amenities that one would require fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, and television in every room. I think the restaurant the Lazy Daisy is a hidden gem in Bangkok, the food, there could rival any other restaurant in Bangkok. Towards the night, they also have a Live DJ playing music on some of the days.

Quiet oasis in the buzzing city. Rooms huge and spacious with thoughtful decor. The staff were always very helpful and smiley. The restaurant attached to the hotel serves excellent barista coffee and brunch/lunch options and has a really nice atmosphere. It was really easy to get into the CBD using the free e tuk tuk shuttle service that gets you close to the nearest metro station.

The hotel laundry contractor managed to shrink my woollen jumper, which was a shame. But the hotel dealt with it very well, they were very apologetic, and I got some compensation. Just beware when sending laundry delicate items.

Friendly and helpful staff, room as expected or better, good shower, clean and comfortable, whole place as a spa sort of minty-clean smell to it, pleasant A/C, price value is good, nice atmosphere and mixed audience

Somewhat distant from stations (but with complimentary quick and reliable tuktuk service), breakfast is a la carte and a bit small but tasty (should be more clearly indicated), pool area looks somewhat more appealing in pictures, rooms are not sound proof (nothing bad but you are going to hear your neighbor chatting), pool closes a bit early (9 pm) but seems to be standard
