The apartment is spotless and amenities toiletries/towels are sufficient, Room cleaning is done daily. Walkable distance to many 7 Eleven and a Macro supermarket (Grocery). The ground floor building has a cafe and Pilates club. The apartment provided scheduled Tuktuk to 02 main sky walk/train station and a sky walk which connects to the Terminal 21.Reception staff are attentive and speak English very well, even the security are genuinely helpful.

Very good value for money and location is walking distance to emsphere mall, 12 min away from terminal 21, and 50 min away from MBK/Siam paragon by taxi. The building is abit old, but renewed and has all services one could need.

Street infront of the building is very small (alleyway).

It's a good location with restaurants all around and an amazing coffee place on the ground floor. Subway is 13 mins away by foot. Good provate hospital for expats - 35 mins of walking. Facilities are in good condition and usually pretty empty: gym, playroom, and swimming pool. Apartments are a bit tired (scratched floors, stained sofa), but sheets and towels are nice and clean, and the bed and pillows are really comfy. There is a shared bookshelf, which is a sweet touch.

You have to really ask for anything you need, two or three times, e.g. there is a washing machine but no drying rack, unless you ask for one. We also had to buy a huge pack of washing tablets as the hotel does not provide any (ended up leaving it behind for the next guests). It took the staff about 40 mins to bring fresh towels to the swimming pool. Playroom is really dusty. The available cot is an under 1 yo rocking one, the blocking mechanism doesn't work that great, so it keeps rocking. However, our 2 yo is a good sleeper and she managed to sleep and nap in the provided cot just fine (though her legs were always bent as it is a bit short).

Initially I got mixed feeling about the apartment due to the past reviews as some was quite bad but upon staying I think the apartment was clean n very well located near terminal 21. One of the lady at counter was pretty nice and accommodating. The hot water in the shower works well too and apartment is pretty well maintained.

The washer dryer is a bit old n used but it's still ok to use just try not to wash white clothes. The kitchen sink has no hot water but it's fine as weather is hot .

We booked for our little family and then got charged $30 per night for an extra bed for our little 6yr old girl. When I questioned this they said it was because we were in a Deluxe room or something and I said that they put us in there when I showed them the booking initially.. There should already have been a bed in there for our little girl. I was clear in the booking.

Excellent, spacious, very good staff, nice AC, good facilities, great location, safe, quiet.

If the swimming pool can be open till a bit later it would be great, also the washing machine in the room was a bit dirty.

It really exceeded my expectations. We stayed on the 8th floor, the view of the city from here is really spectacular. The house was very clean and modern. I personally liked that it felt a bit cosy, more like your home than a hotel room. Lots of facilities. You get a kitchen, albeit a small one. Washing machine. The roof pool was also great. The guards downstairs are very kind. As a European, it felt a bit weird having them open the door for us every time, but ofcourse a kind gesture.

Don't really have a bad point. The location is a bit less optimal; there isn't much to do within walking distance. But you can get to Bangkok center with Grab or tuktuk within 20min
