Can actually get some solid protein (eggs and ham). Very good espresso drinks. And starts at 6:30am! - INSANELY comfortable mattress and pillows - Room service food delivered to your room for no extra fee! And guests actually get a 20% discount on the restaurant!

- ALL the lights turn on in the room when you enter. Doesn’t remember previous light settings. Especially annoying at night. - Was hard to understand some of the staff with strong accent - Water temp in the shower randomly gets ultra-hot for a few seconds. Dangerous. - Housekeeping tried to enter my room at 10am the day I was checking out...? - WiFi portal requires logging in multiple times throughout your stay -- very annoying - Desk chair back could be comfier - Construction smell on the 8th floor - Room service food: online menu is outdated. Chicken sandwich was okay. Kinda dry; needs some kind of sauce. - Espresso machine was broken at breakfast one morning.

very designery, NYC vibes. great room, great neighbourhood with loads of good coffee (casa lapin, paga microroastery, homework), great restaurants and bars (kenny's, alone together), bits of shopping in the little streets - and about a 15min walk to emsphere, and a 17-20min walk to the nearest station (phrom phong bts, where emquartier is as well). lovely bar and restaurant on level 1. all in all, great service as well.

quite strict on the check in / out timings, no flexibility in extension without incurring a night's fee.

The beds are so comfortable. Great location. Staff very friendly and kind.

We didn’t like the view from our bedroom. It was on floor two and literally facing a wall with air conditioning units on it. Ask for a high floor with a view. It didn’t ruin our stay as we were out most of the time. The breakfast was good but limited choice and you only get one coffee. Much prefer Bangkok buffet breakfasts.

It would have been excellent but we were put at the back of the hotel looking out on wall with air con units all over it. Noisy from air conditioning units.

Room position

Chic design, spacious modern rooms, very comfortable beds. The rooftop pool is a plus. Close to trendy cafes and restaurants. Nice staff

The toilets don’t have a proper closing door, which makes them a bit awkward even when you are truly comfortable with your partner. I really don’t understand that design choice, not only because of noise and smells, but also if you need to wake up at night to use the toilet, you will switch on the lights and wake up everyone. The hotel is very far from the main sights in Bangkok, and since the traffic is completely chaotic it might take you +1 hour by taxi to reach the city center. I would not recommend it for first time visitors to Bangkok.

Super modern city hotel - great design & everything in very good shape. Staff was super friendly and very easy to communicate with. Very helpful and informative messages before the stay - highly appreciated. Overall, really enjoyed the stay a lot!

The rooftop and pool were a little underwhelming and the gym was really lacking.

Lovely location for that part of Bangkok - lovely rooms. Breakfast was amazing. Roof top was a welcome break.

The location is a choice - the travel to any tourist attractions is hard from this area. The traffic in Bangkok is so bad now it takes an hour by cab to get to the palace etc
