The pool was great and the complimentary tuk tuk to and from the end of the road was fantastic. Booked 4 different rooms and all were great. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty to choose from.

I liked everything no complaints

(i) The staff were excellent, especially Khun Tar who helped me and my party a lot with all the local travel and entertainment arrangements. She was helping even when it was day off! Thank you, Khun Tar! (ii) The food choice in bf was fantastic - something for everyone! And it was delicious. (iii) The property is located on Soi 20 off Sukhumvit - the heart of BKK and everything was very convenient.

(i) The lighting in the bathroom was terrible! It needs proper lighting so that one can see when shaving and/or putting make up! (ii) I had to ask for wash clothes! It should be there! (iii) One of the AC didn't work and I was there for 4 nights/5 days and it was not fixed even after I informed the front desk. (iv) There was no body lotion or soap - I asked but did only get the soap!

The Golden Tulip is very well located in Sukhumvit, close to both the Sky train and underground MRT stations (10 mn walk) as well as the Terminal 21 and Emsphere malls but it is far enough in the soi and off the main Avenue that it is quiet. There are a plethora of restaurants within minutes by foot to suit every taste and budget. The hotel itself is not new but well maintained with large rooms with great views. The rooms are large and well appointed with good AC and a very nice bathroom. The pool is fantastic and has a great deck area for relaxing with plenty of chairs and a nice bar/restaurant. The breakfast buffet is very varied and plentiful -highly recommended and delicious. Altogether, a very pleasant experience made even better by helpful and smiling staff.

The staff was exceptional, focused on our needs, but not obtrusive. Nong Tar at the front desk in particular went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the room we selected, after some confusion from the website regarding the accommodation we had booked. The soi was reasonably quiet which made the pool area more relaxing than had it been on Sukhumvit itself and the shuttle was convenient to the main road and local markets. Of special note was the breakfast buffet which was always fresh and yummy 😋. A few of the morning Thai dishes sometimes were a little off, but my wife is Thai so she's pretty discerning. Everything from the pool bar was spot on. Overall, we made the right choice in a sea of possibilities.

Room was nice, a bit outdated furniture and ambient, but everything worked fine, including AC. The bathroom really large, all the services were prompt, linen refreshed every day. Breakfast was diverse, food of good quality, several options (Thai and European). Coffee by machines, any specialty needed to be paid (eg.matcha latte). Pool small, but still quite ok, taking into consideration that few people used it. Location was good, there was a tuk tuk owned by the hotel, that was transporting us until the nearest place to take the metro or trains. All in all a pleasant experience.

Great pool area. Tasty daily breakfast buffet. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfy. The road/alleyway was a little tight for walking but it had a few good restaurants on the way to the busier main road.

The only thing worth mentioning is the shower/bath in our room. There are two glass side walls with an open section in the centre that allows water out of the shower and onto the bathroom floor. You had to step over the high side of the tub which became a potential safety issue when the floor was wet and slippery. They should provide an extra bath mat or something but we just used one of our towels every day.

We absolutely loved our stay at Golden Tulip Mandison Hotel from the very first moment. Our room was incredibly spacious, with impressively large beds that made our stay extra comfortable. The bathroom was also a highlight, the shower was wide and luxurious, and the amenities had the most delightful flowery scent that added a touch of indulgence to our daily routine. Breakfast was another standout! There was a generous variety of fresh options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the selection of fruits, freshly made omelettes, and the waffles, everything was delicious, and the coffee was rich and flavorful. The pool area was the perfect chill spot—relaxing and peaceful, great for unwinding after a day out in Bangkok. The location is ideal: tucked away on a quiet street with a 7-Eleven just steps away and several massage parlors nearby, yet only a 5-minute walk from the buzzing energy of Sukhumvit Road. Plus, it’s super easy to get around by taxi. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!

The only thing we felt could be improved at Golden Tulip Mandison is the furniture, which felt a bit outdated and could use a refresh or a slight makeover. However, this honestly didn’t impact our stay in any major way as everything else far exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price point and the fantastic location.

The hotel breakfast was excellent, with a wide and varied selection to suit all tastes. There was a particularly good healthy section, offering fresh fruits, yoghurts, and nutritious options. The quality of the food was very good overall, and the staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. A great start to the day!

The coffee was okay but could be better—perhaps a richer, more natural flavor. A wider selection of natural yogurts would greatly improve the experience. Just a few small improvements could make a noticeable difference.

It featured a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious work desk, Two single beds, and a smart TV with streaming options. The bathroom was pristine, with a rain shower, plush towels, and luxury toiletries provided daily. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive throughout the stay. One of the standout aspects of this hotel was the genuine hospitality of the staff. From the concierge to the housekeeping team, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Special mention goes to the team at the front desk, who provided excellent local dining recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Despite its central location, the hotel maintained a quiet and peaceful environment. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, contributing to an excellent sleep quality every night.The swimming pool was clean. Considering the location, quality of service, and amenities, we found the hotel to offer excellent value for money. It delivered a four-star experience at a reasonable rate, especially for central Bankok. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend The Golden Tulip Mandison to anyone visiting Bangkok, whether for business or leisure. It combines modern luxury with warm hospitality in a prime location. I look forward to returning on my next trip.

The staff really tried to give their best accommodate their guess. It is not a chain hotel, but I dare to booked this place from other guests reviewed and experienced. I did not disappointed at all. Location not far from Emphere mall and Terminal 21 mall, walkable is possible but since my dad was on a wheel chair, I could not do that. They have a hotel.service to take guests to the closest terminal which is appreciated as the hotel is located at the end of the street. Beds and breakfast are all good. The hotel is aged but they maintain it well and clean.
