The pool was great and the complimentary tuk tuk to and from the end of the road was fantastic. Booked 4 different rooms and all were great. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty to choose from.

I liked everything no complaints

(i) The staff were excellent, especially Khun Tar who helped me and my party a lot with all the local travel and entertainment arrangements. She was helping even when it was day off! Thank you, Khun Tar! (ii) The food choice in bf was fantastic - something for everyone! And it was delicious. (iii) The property is located on Soi 20 off Sukhumvit - the heart of BKK and everything was very convenient.

(i) The lighting in the bathroom was terrible! It needs proper lighting so that one can see when shaving and/or putting make up! (ii) I had to ask for wash clothes! It should be there! (iii) One of the AC didn't work and I was there for 4 nights/5 days and it was not fixed even after I informed the front desk. (iv) There was no body lotion or soap - I asked but did only get the soap!

The Golden Tulip is very well located in Sukhumvit, close to both the Sky train and underground MRT stations (10 mn walk) as well as the Terminal 21 and Emsphere malls but it is far enough in the soi and off the main Avenue that it is quiet. There are a plethora of restaurants within minutes by foot to suit every taste and budget. The hotel itself is not new but well maintained with large rooms with great views. The rooms are large and well appointed with good AC and a very nice bathroom. The pool is fantastic and has a great deck area for relaxing with plenty of chairs and a nice bar/restaurant. The breakfast buffet is very varied and plentiful -highly recommended and delicious. Altogether, a very pleasant experience made even better by helpful and smiling staff.

For the money this place was great! Great location and just a short walk to just about everything you would possibly need. Just across the street is a great coffee shop and down the street its on there are multiple street food vendors and fine restaurants. Places for nails, massages, food, drinks, taxis scooters and tuk-tuks, pharmacy’s and a 7-11. The staff was amazing and very helpful! Pool is nice and clean and there is a small bar at the pool for drinks. Water was hot and room was clean. They refresh your linens and drinking water daily and make sure you have everything you need. Overall this is one of the best places I have stayed on my travels and for a great price! Highly recommended.

I really did not find anything I did not like about this property.

Great pool area. Tasty daily breakfast buffet. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfy. The road/alleyway was a little tight for walking but it had a few good restaurants on the way to the busier main road.

The only thing worth mentioning is the shower/bath in our room. There are two glass side walls with an open section in the centre that allows water out of the shower and onto the bathroom floor. You had to step over the high side of the tub which became a potential safety issue when the floor was wet and slippery. They should provide an extra bath mat or something but we just used one of our towels every day.

We absolutely loved our stay at Golden Tulip Mandison Hotel from the very first moment. The lobby instantly gave off a cozy, fresh, and welcoming vibe, made even more pleasant by the genuinely friendly and smiling staff. Our room was incredibly spacious, with impressively large beds that made our stay extra comfortable. The bathroom was also a highlight, the shower was wide and luxurious, and the amenities had the most delightful flowery scent that added a touch of indulgence to our daily routine. Breakfast was another standout! There was a generous variety of fresh options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the selection of fruits, freshly made omelettes, and the waffles, everything was delicious, and the coffee was rich and flavorful. The pool area was the perfect chill spot—relaxing and peaceful, great for unwinding after a day out in Bangkok. The location is ideal: tucked away on a quiet street with a 7-Eleven just steps away and several massage parlors nearby, yet only a 5-minute walk from the buzzing energy of Sukhumvit Road. Plus, it’s super easy to get around by taxi. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!

The only thing we felt could be improved at Golden Tulip Mandison is the furniture, which felt a bit outdated and could use a refresh or a slight makeover. However, this honestly didn’t impact our stay in any major way as everything else far exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price point and the fantastic location.

The swimming pool is open until late and it’s great to relax after a long day sightseeing Bangkok (particularly in the dry/hot season) The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of choices both for those who prefer a continental breakfast and for those who want to go for Thai options. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. They even helped us organise a day in Ayutthaya and arranged for taxi at a very competitive price. The gym is well equipped. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again during our next trip to Bangkok.

Everything was perfect

It was simply great and the staff were amazing . Now that we ended our holiday we really miss the beautiful smiles . Room was comfortable and well cleaned , breakfast was up to standard and dinner was very good as well and not too expensive , room service excellent. Front office staff deserve a medal especially our favorite miss Benz , her smile was amazing and really made you feel at home . We always looked forward to seeing her in the am before we went out especially if we needed directions . They were all simply amazing from the Tuk Tuk to the porters and the rest . We loved the hotel and would stay there again if we were to return to Bangkok . Their service was better than the 5 star hotel we stayed in by a million times .

Needs some touch ups but that is my only comment from an 40 year experienced hotel manager who is trained to look for faults

Amazing experience with this property. You Get Indian option also in the breakfast and in their restaurant. Located close to QSNCC, but the Thailand traffic will eat your time... They have free shuttle service to drop from the property to the nearby junction. Their ambiance, food quality, friendly staff and the amenities available at the property. They have paid lounge facility also if your flight is in the evening. If you are keeping only your luggage, it is FREE

Their location - Though they provide free shuttle service, reaching the property takes a longer time... only narrow streets connect the place to the metro, that too one-way...

The best thing of this hotel was the staff, very nice and helpful. I had a surgery and was not able to move around etc and they were extremely helpful and kind to me, helping me out with absolutely everything I needed. The breakfast is very good as well, plenty of options to choose from. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the Main Street , Emporium, Emphsfere etc very close by but at the same time very quite.

The room had a few issues, there was a leak form the sink in the bathroom, after I told them they came to fix but unfortunately it was not completely fixed since the leak came back the next day. Never mind I didn’t mention it again… The AC stopped for a couple of minutes but they solved the issue in just a few minutes. They also offered to change the room if I wanted.
