The location is good, and the architecture is nice. The area is quiet but close to many services. 15 - 20 min walk to the nearest train station. Initially, they didn't give me the room I was expecting, but I asked for it and they changed me to the one I wanted without trouble.

The common areas could be better designed. Improve the lighting, make it more cozy and proper to chill and talk with other people staying. Maybe a little garden in the ground floor area. I didn't see anyone using the common areas on the second floor.

They provided water everyday due to the heat, there is air conditioning and they have a laundry service. The staff were very friendly, which allowed me to settle in and feel comfortable.

There was some dust and hairs on the floor that wasn’t cleaned properly.

The room exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, organization, and cozy atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond, consistently greeting us with warmth and providing exceptional service throughout our visit, making us feel truly welcome and cared for.

The room was spacious and well-designed, but I felt it could be even better with a small additional wardrobe for extra convenience. Adding an electric kettle and an iron would truly make the experience perfect, offering even more comfort and practicality for guests.

Room was very clean. I received two free glass-bottled waters each day. Natural light poured into my room from two large windows. Decent view. Walking distance to great restaurants, shops and malls. Friendly front-desk staff and you can purchase drinks from the security guard after hours.

The shower wouldn't get warm, and the hotel lacks facilities such as a gym, pool or roof deck. Could not open the door to my balcony to get fresh air.

It was our second stay within one month and we liked it very much. Perfectly located in the Sukhumvit area. Everything is reachable in walking distance. Nice coffee shop just around the corner and the closest 7-eleven is also just a 2min walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I would have very much appreciated, if there was a fridge in the room, which would be very practical in this weather. Other than that, everything was just perfect.

I stayed here 3 times during my stay in Bangkok, but this last time they told me they upgraded my room to an updated room. My room was nice, clean, and comfy, but compared to my former room a definite downgrade (no real upgrades that I saw except for an elevated bed and lights under it). There was no balcony and the room was smaller than before, but the water was warmer than the other room. The toilet kept running for a long time, but as soon as I informed them by the time I came back it was fixed.

Balcony room is where it is at, no balcony... it's okay. Again the location isn't the best. 20 minutes to the closest station.

Wifi was not working for almost two days due some “bigger problems with provider”, whatever problem got sorted, but staff could at least show more concern that “yeah wifi not working we working on it, really sorry, etc.” But all we got was ultra casual yeah WiFi not working problems with provider, we call tomorrow. Next day same after asked if wifi fixed. Once wifi was back whole stay was good

Very good value with decent room and necessary facilities.

It was a relatively far walk from BTS and MRT (not that bad/far), but at least it was conveniently close to 7-11, and clubs/bars but those aren't my things.

A fridge in the room would have been a big plus since it's always hot in Bangkok and cool drinks are essential. No other minus points.

The room was clean and tidy with basic amenities available. We booked this hotel in order to get an early morning flight which meant we had to check out at 4 am. The check out process was straight forward and the taxi to the BKK airport was only 30 mins. Be mindful that if you get a taxi in the evening, the traffic will take you 1.5 hours to get there from BKK airport
