The location is in the quieter part of a vibrant,busy street at Sukhumvit Area,few meters from Nana Bts station. They provide a golf cart that takes you up the street quicker and closer to the Bts. Terminal 21 mall is only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel. Theres also a park thats also walking distance from the hotel. There are 2 7/11's nearby and lots of restaurant options towards the busier part of the road. The hotel has 4 floors,there are street side facing rooms and back side,both are nice and quiet. The rooms are on the smaller side but cozy. Microwave,personal ref,coffee,tea ,plates and cutlery are provided in the room as well as a hot water kettle.Beds and pillows are comfortable. Water pressure is nice and strong with a stable hot water connection. The coffee shop serves a good quality breakfast buffet consisting of different breads,rice,bacon,sausages,eggs,yoghurt,fresh fruits,juices,and a coffee machine selection. The outdoor seating area right outside the coffee shop is a plus,it gives this boutique hotel it's unique appeal. I would definitely stay here again,value for money and a good crowd. This hotel is a good base for visiting all the sites around Bangkok.

The hotel has nice position in quite end of a street full of caffes and restaurants. Although only 5-6 min walking to the vibrant part of the street and public transport, hotel provides ride by electric car to both of that. Room was clean, but very small. Bed was confortable. Bathroom is with bathtube. Staff was polite and responsive.

Room is pretty small size. Breakfast could be with more choise.

The breakfast was probably the worst I have had whilst staying at a hotel in Bangkok which I do on a regular monthly basis. The restaurant whilst owned by the Hotel is rented out to a 3rd party. The only option I had on the first morning of my stay was either an omelette of fried egg. I wentt for 2 fired eggs with toast and a coffee. No bacon and the sausages looked decidely dodgy. Nothing elase was available. The next morning of my stay I ventured out and had an excellent breakfast elsewhere fairly close by. I made my comments to the staff member on the front desk, not a complaint but a valid observation. The Hotel's overall reputation could be affected by a badly run restaurant not controlled by the Hotel owners.

It’s like home away from home. Had almost all home utilities, iron board, microwave, kettle for traditional tea but the morning breakfast variety could do with some improvement as it felt like students rationed meals. But the location was close to the centre but had its little privacy for a good night rest

The staff was very courteous especially after a problem with a flight cancellation in Manila. We had to rebook another flight for the following day. Bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked great, two bottles of water daily, hot water kettle, microwave, small fridge, instant coffee, two cups, glasses. Shower was good size with hot water, great water pressure. Flat screen tv. Also free golf cart shuttle to main road. Breakfast buffet was good each day.

Nothing bad about the hotel. When I sent message to booking.com about our cancelled flight and tried to get a different dates for the room, nothing doing except for costing more to change dates. Maybe a hotel policy but the flight being cancelled was not our fault. Things like that needs to be addressed properly. The hotel lost one night pay but we got no credit but it's over and done with. I will think twice about using booking or any other web site.

My regular hotel when in Bangkok, staff are excellent and tuktuk is now available at all times 👍🏻. Breakfast is pretty good but the hot food trays are back to being open and cold with the aircon being above the trays. The eggs, especially the omelet, are excellent and freshly cooked to order. Basically if you want a continental breakfast then this is pretty good but the hot food is hit and miss...tasty but cold. Baths are a waste if time, you could start one running with the hot tap, go to breakfast, come back and you'd have about 10cm of cold water. Note I didn't get my prearranged room 23 ☹️ but that's another story. Will probably stay again but maybe shop around a bit first.

Chat the receptionist was exceptional, very welcoming, and helpful in every way. I am a hospitality professional, and if she worked for me, ll would put her into management training immediately. Staff with her potential are a rare find, she is pure gold. The other staff were fine but Chat was a stand out staff member. The only negative aspect of my stay was that the hotels buggy was not available for 2 days out my 4 day stay with you. 1 day was a public holiday but other nearby properties had a bubby on that day. When you are at the end of the Soi there needs to be that service.

In the heart of a very busy area. The room and hotel is very clean, the bed massive and comfortable. About 30 mins in a taxi from Sakhorn pier. Staff were lovely. Fridge in the room, hotel provided 2 bottles of water every day, breakfast ok. Staff lovely. End of day a very cheap hotel for 3 nights stay (around 40 £ per night incl breakfast). 7/11s just down the road. If you want a cheap budget hotel in the middle of the madness that is bankok then this hotel is perfect

Thin walls and i had noisy neighbors The property is deep into Soi 8 and the little golf buggy was out of service which in itself wasn’t too much of an issue as it forced me to walk, but there were times when it would have been most appreciated.

Firstly the location, very prime and just slightly off the main road! So you can enjoy during the day and sleep easily during the night. Secondly, the staff was super helpful and very adjusting especially. Donna and Gate. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the main road, which makes it super helpful.

Nothing really. True to its name, the rooms we're just right - le petit but very comfy with pretty much all the amenities!
