The location - at the quiet end of Soi 4 and directly opposite Benjakitti Park - is fabulous and accesses many options for the traveller. Nanatai Suites really offers value for money with its very reasonable rates. The suites are "old school" but clean, functional & pleasant. The front counter staff are 2 pleasant and helpful ladies. The ground staff - a half dozen blue uniformed men - are tops; unfailingly kind & willing to help (they never solicit for tips - which I strongly feel they deserve). There's a swimming pool & gym on the first floor. A good same day laundry service is also available. There is a Nanatai stretch tuk tuk which will taxi guests to the top end of Soi 4. I didn't experience an unpleasant moment during my 6 week stay.

The restaurant at Nanatai is run by a different company. I found the restaurant to be disappointing...but, no problem because there are some nice little restaurants right next door & directly opposite Nanatai Suites...and, at this central location, all manner of fine Thai food and a diverse range of global cuisines can be discovered.

Love this hotel.We have been staying here for 25 years.Lovely staff rooms are good and the restaurant has excellent food and cheap.

Some of the rooms are a bit tired but they have refurbished a lot of them now.If staying ask for a new room

Hotel has really great location to everyone visiting Bangkok for touristic purposes. It is on the edge of Sukhumvit which means it's just minutes of walk away from the partying area but remains on the outskirts of it which gives you calm and quiet entire day. When booking make sure to get the park view because it's simply awesome! Another thing deserving recognition is the staff that was super friendly and helpful.

As other people already mentioned: the hotel seems like it had a great standard some time ago but could definitely use renovation nowadays. Everything is clean and comfortable but it is just aged and you can see that on various surfaces. Also, there was a bit of an issue with the balcony itself. Although the park view was awesome it was a bit ruined by AC unit that covers half of it. When you stand right next to the barrier everything is fine but you wanna have a sit in the evening it's a bit ruined by the unit itself...

Great Location

They didn’t allow our friends to visit the room which we understand they point but it would be better they inform us right at the checkin.

Not the newest decor in Bangkok, but not bad for the price. The rooms are really large. And the ones higher up give a great view of this part of Bangkok.The location is good, near the bustle, some would say craziness, of the Sukhumvit nightlife, yet far enough away to be really quiet. And immediately next door is a fantastic new park..

Nobody else seems to have remarked on this but I found the water temperature in the shower impossible to regulate. Make it hotter and it becomes too hot, and then if you turn it colder and it soons becomes too cold. So then you start all over again.

The STAFF…. Starting from male staff outside the reception made us feel very welcomed @ helpful. Same at the reception the female receptionist was professional & pleasant with a smiling face. Her English was very good. The housekeeper’s very good as well. Hard workers. Nothing was a problem for the 8 days we stayed there. Another thing Hotel Tuk tuk available to guests. Good business decision. Please do not stop that service.

Great location at the quiet end of Soi 4 with easy access to Benjakitti Park now they've opened up the end of the road. Balcony of my room overlooked the park. Nice restaurant on the ground floor with great selection of food and drink. Outdoor swimming pool, gym and 2 pool tables. Good sized room with bath tub, a ircon, safe,fridge large screen TV and WiFi.

Excellent location near a beautiful large park. Close enough to all the "night action" at Nana Plaza and Soi 4, yet far enough (15 minutes walking distance) to be pleasantly secluded and quiet. The hotel is very conveniently located regarding access to public transit. The swimming pool is quite decent, never too crowded. Staff were very attentive, making sure issues (if any) were addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Nothing. It was quite OK. The price to value ratio is excellent. However, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to families staying with young and impressionable kids because the hotel is just a bit too close to the debauchery of Sukhumvit Soi 4. But for single travellers and couples...it's a great place to stay while in Bangkok.

Convenient to all the things that one could need. Sukhumvit just 1km away, but had no problems getting courtesy tuk tuk 24hr, that belongs to the hotel. It takes you very near the Sukhumvit Rd . One other important point is to mention- it has plenty of secured parking at the hotel grounds.

A little dated furnishing, but functional. Swimming pool shuts too early (20.00). In my opinion 22.00 is more like it.

Staff were great and room was a good size. The bathrooms must've been updated at some point as my shower was a lot better than those in some of the other places I'd stayed. The park behind the hotel was a nice surprise. I ended up staying 3 weeks in this hotel as I didn't think there was anywhere better for the price.

Rooms were a little dated but this was reflected in the price, I think. I'd stayed in some more modern places but they were a fraction of the size.
