Pool was right outside our room and it was beautiful and never crowded. However, I think safety standards are different in Bangkok versus the US and the tiles around the perimeter are quite slippery and you could easily slip and fall in! The room was nice and big and it was serviced every day meaning we got fresh towels, more toilet paper, and 4 bottles of water every day. There were washing machines and dryers on our floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a shuttle that takes you to the nearest BTS Sky Train public transportation station. You could walk, but it is a bit of a hike and you have to walk through the red light district. Not bad in the morning but as the day goes on, it gets worse — very crowded and many ladies offering “massage.” Also, there was a failed attempt to pick my husband’s pocket of his wallet one evening as we walked back to the hotel. Ladies — please wear your handbag on your front and gentlemen please don’t keep your wallet in your back pocket while walking through here. Many 7-11’s conveniently located nearby. Also 2 fabulous parks with lots of green space.

We were very happy. A great value for the money. We felt very safe. Loved hearing early morning birds.

The apartment was very spacious. We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment, 3 bathrooms and a large open kitchen/dining/living room. It is just off Sukhumvit 4 in a very quiet alley. Walking distance to benchakitti park, lumpini park, terminal 21. Housekeeping comes everyday to change towels and do general housekeeping. We stayed as a family of 6 and for our last night, we had a change of 2 guests. The reception was very accommodating with our special request and made the check-in process of our 2 new guests and housekeeping very easy. Laundry on site available for hotel guests at a very cheap price (40 bahts washing machine and 60 baths dryer for a 7kg load). We made a few requests at the reception (extra key cards, extra towels, taxi booking, luggage storage, fix internet issues) and the staff delivered all of them without issues.

The outdoor pool is not heated and was rather cold (late December) but our kids still jumped in and had fun. Essentials inside the apartment are provided (towels, crockery/cutlery) but to the bare essentials, which was ok. We requested extra towels to go to the pool and kitchen towel/hand towels which the reception/housekeeping accommodate and provided.

It's a beautiful hotel! It's very clean, the wifi works perfectly fine, they have a clean pool and washing machines with dryers. Our room was gigantic. We booked for 3 adults but could easily fit up to 5 people. They had a fridge, a microwave, an electric kettle and plates with cutlery. They also have an elevator so you don't have to climb stairs with your suitcases. The staff is so kind and helpful. They let us leave our baggage in their storage room because check out was at 12 pm but our flight was at night. Definitely recommended, specially if you want comfort over closeness to the center.

The location is pretty far away from the center and subway lines. The closest station is Nana Station and it's around 16-20 minutes walk. It's not much but it's extremely hot in Thailand, so have that in mind. You can easily grab a tuktuk to get there though.

Everything is to be liked from this hotel. The swimming pool, the very big rooms, comfortable, etc. They also offer a free bus to the Nana sky train station. The neighborhood is quiet and residential.

The location is a bit disconnected and the boulevard where Nana station is located is full of traffic jams. Therefore, moving around is a challenge. You can alwys take the sky train and change in Sukumvith for metro. We recommend simply taking the free bus from the hotel to Nana and from there walk until Sukumvith and take metro there. Another option is to take a taxi, but it is better to take it from Soi 4, where you can avoid the traffic from the boulevard (this of course depends on the time).

As others have written, the staff is exceptionally helpful. My girlfriend and i traveled with my wheelchair bound elderly mother. The staff unfailingly assisted me in wheeling her up and down the ramps. We rented the 2 BR apartment, which was perfect. A great value in price. Clean. Quiet. Well located near Soi 4 and not far from downtown attractions. The simplicity of the hotel (3 star, be realistic) was well balanced by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Recommended.

Beer for sale in the lobby would be nice.

We did not have any breakfast as the rooms were like apartments and had all the necessary facilities to make our own meals if needed. The location was only a stone's throw away from the main streets 5/10 min walk, but just far away enough to ensure a nice quite night's sleep and relaxing time around the pool during the days

a few little touches had gone unnoticed but really doesn't affect your stay just a little run down and dated on certain aspects of decor but I really can't use that to complain just an observation but for the price it was outstanding quality and to have the pool outside my room was an amazing luxury

We can highly recommend this place. The staff is just nice and helpful, and they speak good English. We experienced a very large, nice and clean apartment with good mattresses in the beds. The location is in absolutely peaceful surroundings, and if you want to go out where there is life and happy days, it is only a short walk of 10 minutes - or the hotel shuttle bus during the day.

The apartment was spacious and provided everything you need during your stay. Although the room was slightly worn in places and needed a little TLC it was clean and tidy and great value for money. I have to say the staff definitely are a credit to this place and we’re so welcoming and helpful. Although there is bars and restaurants nearby during the day you wouldn’t be aware but please note they are catered for “men’s certain needs” on an evening which we were unaware of however if you want to avoid this there is plenty of places just a short taxi ride away and the hotel is set well enough away from all of the hustle and bustle.

Needs a little TLC in bathrooms and could do with new towels

I had booked the two bedroom apartment and it had all the required facilities. Bedroom size was big, bathrooms were clean and kitchen was well equipped. It had a nice swimming pool area as well. This hotel is about 10 minutes work from Nana Plaza area and near to all the hustle bustle. Hotel also provides you free shuttle service till Nana Plaza station between 10:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.

I had reached 2 hours before the check in time and the hotel did not allow me to check in despite of room being ready and available. I know that every hotel has a check in check out time but throughout my experience, every hotel has given little flexibility to their guest if the room is available. Apart from this experience everything was good.

The room was excellent, 2 big bedrooms, great living space for us to spread out, and 2 en-suite bathrooms. The pool area is great. There's a shuttle to take you to the main road (Sukhumvit) or Nana station from 09h30-17h00 which is awesome. It's very close to Benjakitti Park, loads of space for our kids to roam around and loads of free sports facilities. It's on a very quiet side street too
