Choice of breakfast, very good. Room size good

The suite I had paid for was not available on my first night, The room offered was substandard, small room, noisy aircon. outside noise at night due to location. Not good first-impressions.

BIG & Nice room with all facilities, Excellent breakfast, Excellent and well spoken Staff with 24 hour service. Great location with one big downside for family visitors. the rooms were very spacious, we booked an Alt junior suite which was approx 42 sqmt. had all the facilities, microwave, fridge, plates, bowls & cutleries, kitchen counter with sink, storages, wardrobe, sofa, carpet, mirror, dressing, enough lamps and a huge bed. well spoken and courteous staff. the room service was excellent. clean towels, and the room cleaning was up to date. the restaurant is breakfast only and had amazing breakfast options. My family was so happy with the everyday breakfast options. variety of food, salads, rice, soups, breads, deserts, noodles, ham, sausages, eggs, coffee and tea and what not. the breakfast it self was so fulfilling that we went out with full tummies and didn't eat till late afternoons. the locations had very good proximity to 2 BTS metro stations, malls and lots of eateries, restaurants and 7eleven.

The only problem with the hotel is it's in Soi 4 and close to NANA plaza, which isn't great for families with kids. I was travelling with my wife and 10 year old daughter and was feeling embarrassed every night while traveling back to hotel. In the morning or during the day is still fine but in the evenings and late night, the lane turns into adult street and the whole lane is jammed with traffic, your car barely moves and you are forced to watch the scenes around. there's loud music and the bars are flooded. though the crowd won't disturb you or bother you but seeing this scene every evening with kids isn't very favourable. the hotel gives a buggy service but they barely drop you in the middle of adult crowds. nothing against this hotel but just a note for guests with kids.

The hotel is great, staff is super friendly and they have rooms that work very well for families. We have stayed twice and if coming back to Bangkok would happily stay again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable experience in the heart of Bangkok I had the pleasure of staying at Alt Hotel by Nana during my visit to Bangkok, and it was truly a wonderful and heartwarming experience. From the very first moment, I felt at home. The staff were incredibly kind, always smiling, and ready to help with anything I needed. The facilities are clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. But what truly made my stay special was the genuine warmth and hospitality of everyone working there. Their friendly and caring attitude made a big difference in my journey. Thank you for making me feel so welcome. I left the hotel with a heart full of gratitude and happiness. I’ll definitely be back!

I learned to love the location the more I stay there, its very close to the bustle of Nana and on the other hand to the nice Benjakitti park, but secluded in a dead end neighborhood. Good things are close, annoying things stay out. BTS stations are a bit of a walk, but they offer free shuttle Tuk-Tuks- which I never use, because walks in either direction are enjoyable. Staff is great, friendly and helpful, with well-spoken English. Breakfast buffet is decent. Pool is ok, Gym is...better than nothing. Decent, stable internet connection with no login hassles. All in all great value, my go-to pace whenever I stay in the area.

A real downside is the sound insulation inside. You can hear your neighbors talking, and everything in the hallways. I don`t dare to play music there, out of respect to the other guests. Breakfast closing at 10, in a main nightlife area, is a bit early..

The property is well located, about a 20 min walk to various transit systems. There is an amazing park just minutes away that we frequented daily for walks in nature, but offers much more for example bike rentals, sport facilities with yoga, pickle ball, skate boarding, soccer, etc. a natural garden/habitat plus a maintained park area, a large pond, natural ponds, a great natural space in the city. The property is nice and well kept, very clean. Rooms are sufficient, but a little bit old, beds are comfortable. Great daily breakfast which we enjoyed very much. Located in an alley which initially felt sketchy, but really wasn’t bad, and helps keep you from being right in all the hustle bustle. Overall a good experience, and staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Internet was weak in my first room. I wanted to change my room. Staff at reception changed my room. I had better internet connection in my new room.

Not too close to the road, so wasn’t too loud. Room Facilities not overly well cared for, but still great for the price. Inclusion of a savoury day time meal for breakfast was great.

Room not very well looked after and cupboards and fittings seemed old which gave the room a dilapidated feel upon first impression, however it was actually a comfy room, with the important amenities available. The breakfast, other than the Thai dish with rice that was always offered which was great, was AWFUL! The saddest looking terrible quality hotdog sausages and luncheon meat floating in water each morning pretty much summed it up. And there was a good selection of fruits and well-cooked omelettes that can be requested for free

Review of Alt Hotel, Nana, Bangkok We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Alt Hotel in Nana, Bangkok, and we can confidently say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Daily housekeeping ensured we always had fresh towels and a bottle of water waiting for us. The bed, larger than a standard double, was incredibly comfortable, with sumptuous bed linen that made for restful nights. The room was well-equipped with complimentary body wash, shampoo, toothbrushes, shower caps, and cotton buds, replenished daily. The ample wardrobe space, complete with approximately eight hangers, was a thoughtful touch. Additionally, the large refrigerator housed a fully stocked minibar, along with a variety of snacks available for purchase. The hotel features a small gym and a pool, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay, offering an extensive selection. From toast and cereal to pastries and eggs cooked to order (including delicious omelettes), there was something for everyone. The hot buffet featured traditional Thai dishes, complemented by a fresh fruit and salad bar that varied daily with options like melon, dragon fruit, and pineapple. Guests can also enjoy a selection of fresh juices and bottomless tea and coffee, making for a truly satisfying start to the day. The Alt Hotel is conveniently located, with many tourist attractions within walking distance. The proximity to BTS trains made it easy to explore further afield.
