Staff were extremely helpful and spoke English very well. Everyone went about their work with a smile. Very well trained Staff. Room was great, nice wood paneling gave it a feel of a luxury hotel. Well worth the price and I will stay here again.

Nothing to dislike.

We've been staying at this hotel for nearly 20 years whenever we've been in Bangkok. Over the course of time, we've stayed in every room type for a total of well over 100 nights. The room has always been well-appointed, clean and comfortable, and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Over the years, the rooms have been upgraded and remodeled to ensure a comfortable stay, and the flat screen TVs offer Thai as well as some English language news and movie channels. The location is the best of any hotel in the lower Sukhumvit area, with the Nana skytrain station being less than a 60 second walk from the hotel lobby. Although room rates have increased over the past few years at all hotels in the area, Grand Business Inn remains the best value for money in an excellent location.

Love the location, very near to BTS Skytrain Nana stop. Halal food just around the corner and 2 very near 7-Eleven for all the snacks and thai tea. The room is comfortable, clean and security is very good. The room also comes with electric kettle and teas, coffees and water bottles get refill everyday.

The room is very quiet and on non-smoking floor. Except for that one night through our 5 nights trip that one guest decided to talk loudly in the corridor at 2am. Other than that, our stay is very pleasant and would definitely repeat staying here again.

The room was nice, the facilities in the room i.e. TV, kettle, fridge, and the people working at the hotel are very helpful and professional. They are one of the main reasons I returned to The Grand Business Inn. And there was one particular lady in the Kinarree Restaurant attached to the hotel who was exceptional in her work, I think her name is Pay, or Pai. The hotel location is superb as it is in one of the most interesting areas of Bangkok, and my favourite area, also near Asok. The Nana BTS is a very short walk away, and there are many bars, restaurants, and shops right outside the door. It is also only about one mile to stroll down to Asok.

It would have been nice to open a window, but it was a minor issue and wouldn't have been opened that often anyway. Also, I would like a bigger cup or mug to drink coffee or tea, just my personal preference.

Wonderful staff. Thank you staff :) Made me feel welcome, always greeting you by opening the door and saying hello. Very convenient to have a 24hour restaurant, I took advantage of this on many occasions, very good food at reasonable prices. Stayed on two occasions. First room at the front of building was quite noisy if you were in before the bars closed. The second room o the north side, very quiet 24/7

Shower over bath in second room. Personally I would rather a walk in shower. Hard to keep constant temperature with water.

Excellent location near to nana station very clean and very quiet as well , The staff are very supportive , all hotel properties are covered by CCTV camera , At the reception they have allocated area for safety box in addition to the ones which is inside the room. Definitely my wife and i will be coming again it is very safe. Internet connection in the room is very fast.

I have been traveling for over 12 years, and I must say the hospitality at Grand Business Inn Bangkok is unparalleled, even better than many 5-star hotels. The staff is incredibly welcoming, helpful, attentive, and professional, making every guest feel truly valued. From the warm smiles at check-in to the prompt and efficient service throughout my stay, every moment was a delight. The attention to detail and genuine care the team shows is rare and commendable. Thank you for such an exceptional experience. I will wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. Keep up the outstanding work!

- Very near Nana BTS - Female staff members were great, very respectful - I am thankful they changed me to a room with one big bed instead of twin beds i initially booked - 24-hour restaurant was fantastic

- I did not appreciate when one male staff member seemed to make fun of the idea that I visited thailand to see moodeng. That hippo is bringing money to your country, so he should not make fun of people who want to see the hippo.

Location is superb just next to Nana BTS with massage shops and 7Eleven next door. There are numbers of staff on duty everyday, always opening door and greeting you. Very friendly and you can always ask them for recommendation of places and transportation. The triple room is spacious, very clean. We were quite impressed especially when we can tell that it is an old hotel but not dodgy at all and is very well maintained. Soft pillows too. No odour of old places or dusty room and linens at all.

The mattress is however quite hard.

Great location, this hotel is only a one block walk from the Nana BTS Station, which makes getting around Bangkok and to/from the Airport easy. The street of the property also has several restaurant and bar options within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helped with luggage on arrival. There is a 24hr restaurant attached to the hotel lobby, which had a variety of Western and Thai food options. Room had it's own WiFi network and a safety deposit box.

Rooms facing Sukhumvit Soi 11 can receive noise from bars, but it doesn't go too late at night
