From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The hotel is in a fantastic location. Just a few minutes’ walk from great restaurants, cozy bars, and Terminal 21 shopping center. But what really made this stay so special was the people. The staff were incredibly friendly and even upgraded us to a larger room when they saw how much luggage we had. Our room was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We loved spending time by the pool, and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone. I especially looked forward to the freshly made omelettes each morning, such a thoughtful detail! What stood out the most was the warm, attentive service. Every member of the staff went out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back and are more than happy to recommend this hotel to all our friends back in Norway.

- The staff makes this place exceptional. Basically everyone is just so welcoming, helpful, polite, smiling, with a good sense of humor and specialized in problem solving. Wow. Absolutely great. Couldn’t be any better. - Tasty breakfast with enough choice. - Fully equipped room with everything you need. - Was my second stay, and will definitely come back again.

- Rooms, even though they have all you need, and are very clean, definitely need a bit of renovation (air-con, mattress). - Please install a soft-close system for the room doors, so that not everything in the room shakes, every time a neighbor leaves or enters his room.

prime location, very safe,was staying in the 1bedroom suite and it was quiet, spacious clean and really nice on the 8thfloor. close proxomity to rooftop bars, malls and nightlife,streets could be accessed by walking. free shuttle offered by the hotel. Rooftop bar had nice cocktails and offers. my flight was delayed and they extended my checked out time. after i checked out they kept my luggage safely and went for shopping was back after 5hours. when i returned they allowed me to freshen up at the hotel before heading to the airport at zero cost. thank you so much..i will be back in a months time. i stayed for 5nights

the breakfast had less options especially western breakfast. i ended up mot having brakfast for 2days yet i had paid for it. thry had more options for asian cusine for breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – close to major attractions, restaurants, malls, and public transport, making it very convenient to explore the city. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The breakfast exceeded our expectations! There was a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and it was the perfect way to start our day. We especially appreciated the selection of local flavors. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! 💯✨

Perfect for family stay...good location...yum indian meals at Punjab Grill..suite room Bed is small in comparison to a Dlx Room..overall good experience..

No airport pick up n drop

Very consistent quality in this hotel. This was the 3rd time i stayed here. Just check my 2 previous reviews. I have nothing to add to those. Just want to re-mention the staff who is absolutely great at what they do. Thumbs up to all and thank you a lot for a wonderful stay. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

Every room i stayed in, during my last stays had some kind of small issue (aircon, water leakage, doors not locking, aso.). These had been fixed immediately, effectively and fast after informing the front office, but would easily be avoidable.

Top notch location just off the main Sukhumvit street and a 20 min walk to one of Bangkoks best malls Terminal 21. The property is a mid sized business hotel with a terrace bar and pool with jacuzzi. Offers all the modern amenities and helpful staff.

Initially we were checked into a different room type as what we had originally booked (owing to some sanitation issue), but after we pointed that out, the matter was rectified and we were given our original room type. The TV didn't work initially, the bathtub leaked water, both these were fixed by the maintenance staff eventually.

Location - Close to Nana BTS with complimentary shuttle service. In the thick of Sukhumvit’s touristy attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet lane (Soi 13). There’s a back alley to the always- buzzing Soi 11 a few meters away from the gate of the property. The Beyond Bread Cafe right opposite the gate was very convenient for my morning coffee run. Service - Very friendly and service-oriented staff. Nick at the front desk was very helpful all throughout and ensured a smooth check in. Room service was also efficient and decent in terms of quality.

Room facilities and Maintenance - During the first 2 days of my almost 10-day stay, I had to call the front desk and point out multiple issues that needed urgent attention. Although they were fixed promptly, some of the issues (flush not working, TV not working, Work desk phone left disconnected, light switches connected wrongly etc.) made me feel as if I was given a room that wasn’t ready for a guest. On the whole, the furniture in the room was a bit worn and dated, but nothing that would be a dealbreaker.
