A real luxury hotel in an excellent location, super easy access to the BTS. The staff were helpful and friendly. We loved our spacious room, the elegant decor and the views. Everything was high quality !! The Peking duck at Nan Bei was incredible, You have got to try the restaurant. We were very happy with our stay !

It’s not that we didn’t like the pool area we did like it but we thought it was a shame that very little part of the pool was in the sun and there were only a few sunbeds. Nevertheless, we thought the area was pleasant but a different design could have optimised the space better.

Staff & Service - 10/10 Honestly, I've stayed at plenty of fancy hotels but this place is something else. The staff here genuinely care - not that fake hotel smile stuff. They remembered my name from day one, knew I liked my coffee black, and even noticed when I was feeling a bit under the weather and sent up some ginger tea without me asking. It's like having a team of really attentive friends looking after you. Cleanliness - 10/10 Spotless doesn't even cover it. I'm pretty picky about cleanliness and this place had me impressed. The housekeeping team must be ninjas because they somehow cleaned my room twice while I was out exploring Bangkok. Everything always smelled fresh, towels were perfectly folded, and I swear they even organized my messy suitcase better than I could! Rooms - 10/10 My room was absolutely stunning. Floor-to-ceiling windows with incredible city views, a bathroom bigger than my apartment back home, and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in (seriously considering asking where they got their mattresses). The design is elegant but not stuffy - feels luxurious but still homey. Plus the tech actually works, which is always a bonus! Rooftop Bar - 10/10 This bar is INSANE! Great music, amazing atmosphere, and I ended up making friends with other guests. Could've spent every evening up there. Breakfast - 10/10 Best hotel breakfast I've ever had, hands down. The spread is enormous but everything is top quality - not your typical hotel buffet nonsense. Fresh tropical fruits that actually taste like something, pastries that rival Paris bakeries, and they make killer eggs Benedict to order. The Thai section was incredible too. I may have gone back for thirds... okay, fourths.

The staff, level of service and attention to detail. I literally loved every member of staff in Rosewood Bangkok. The breakfast was amazing too. The access to BTS. This is not my last stay in Rosewood Bangkok. And the warm pool too. Loved the hotel.

The room layout can feel a bit overcrowded. The hotel is wonderful, but to some extent, it takes itself a bit too seriously. This does compromise that leisurely comfort that you would expect from a Bangkok luxury hotel. You can be a business hotel and still be fun too.

Rooms are really nice and in general you can really feel that hotel is new. Gym is small, however has needed basics and also water. Pool on top of the hotel is good from swimming a bit and sunbathing, didn't have problems with finding space. Pillows on water are also good addition to catch some sun without going out from the hotel. We knew about construction works nearby, so it was not a surprise for us, it didn't disturb a lot even during our stay at the pool. Getting to the beach by foot wasn't a problem at all.

At present the hotel is situated in an area surrounded by building works. The noise wasn't a problem but the walk to the beach was a little hairy. To be fair, the hotel run a regular transfer service to and from the beach.

Beautiful contemporary design … well located for shopping … linked to local (good) transport system … good restaurants and sky bar … exceptional service … rooms spacious beautifully decorated … very comfortable bed! Pool was OK … a little small with few lounges in the sun (Bangkok hotels have small pools as usually to hot to suntan Lol).

While beautiful in its contemporary design …. The hotel lacks a connection or references to “place” … few design references to Thailand/Bangkok culture or identity!

Cleanliness and Ambience

Conveniently located and directly connected to BTS station. Staff was friendly and reliable. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Connecting with concierge via WhatsApp for travel advices, restaurant reservations and transportation services etc. was very convenient and they responded in lightening speed.

Nothing except one day we had “do not disturb” light on (or at least we believe we did as the button was a little confusing) but the cleaning lady still came into the room.
