such a clean and beautiful place would definitely be staying here again when in bangkok. the location was fantastic near everything and the trains too. so easy to navigate to from the airport aswell. cannot stress also how nice the staff was, worth every dollar

very handy for Lumpini park, the overground rail system and loads of malls and restaurants from street style to high end. The concierge staff were all very helpful and friendly. Mustn’t forget the pool which was very refreshing.

One major negative that we didn’t discover until arrival was the fact that this is a “dry” hotel., we simply took it for granted. Breakfast was geared up to the palate of eastern taste, notwithstanding that eastern guests probably make up the vast majority of visitors.

We had a room for 3 pax. Room was clean. They provided free hot beverages at the lobby and cold beverages in the room. Staff at concierge and porters were cheerful and helpful.

Personal preference: a little brighter room lighting would be ideal. Wished they had provided new bedroom slippers either every day or at least intermittently. We stayed 6 nights in the room, they rearranged our used slippers and thus we couldn’t identify our own. We asked for change of bed linens, they changed for the main king sized bed but did not change the linen for the extra bed until we specifically asked them to do so.

The hotel is very good and I recommend it to those who visit Bangkok for the first time. Centrally located, it is a walking distance from central shop malls and restaurants in the city. I particularly liked the fact that the room has a large balcony where you could go and feel the city atmosphere - much better than just staying in an air-conditioned room without the possibility to open the windows and breathe some fresh air. The room was cleaned every day and it was kept impeccably clean.

Fantastic Family Stay at Grand Centre Point Ploenchit We stayed at the Grand Centre Point Ploenchit for 7 nights in a 2-bedroom apartment with my family, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing plenty of room for our family of four. We made use of the room service, which was prompt and efficient, and the swimming pool was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. My wife and I also tried the spa, and it was a relaxing highlight of the trip. While the location may not be the most central, it’s definitely good value for the price. The hotel is close to the Ploenchit BTS metro station, and Central Embassy is just a short walk away, making shopping and dining easy. It’s about a 20-minute walk to CentralWorld, which is manageable even with kids, but keep in mind that it can be tiring in the heat. Overall, if you’re looking for a family-friendly stay in Bangkok with great amenities and decent proximity to key attractions, I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean odourless room with reliable facilities. Needless to say, the location was very central. Easy to get to the best malls, bustling markets and tourist attractions. Staff were professional, warm and welcoming. Especially the concierge team were particularly outstanding. Their attention to detail meant smooth rides - my Grab to the airport didn't come, and the staff were swiftly able to call me a replacement taxi without losing time. Staff were particularly attentive when someone fell, they were kind and supportive of our needs. Top notch service. Would come back.

Wish the hallway was more well lit - dim lighting paired with dark marble interiors, it meant that the hallway was a little too dark for our liking. Even during the day, it was a bit dark. Wish we were told the swimming pool use needed to be signed in and out at the time of use, and that no prior booking was required. Wish there was a remote control for the AC so that it could be controlled in bed.

There's better value around that area for that price Not having my room ready when I arrived although it was before check-in time, but I still would've appreciated getting the room at the expected arrival time that I specified. The card machine did not work for the deposit which was 3000 baht, so I needed to use the cash I had withdrawn for other things. I would've preferred having a washing machine or self-service laundry onsite. I did expect a bigger room with a kitchen but maybe I overlooked that while booking so it's not the hotel's fault, but you can get all that for cheaper.

they don't offer alcohol at the hotel. Not really a big issue but important to highlight

1. Great check-in experience and very welcoming/helpful staff. 2. Upgraded to a bigger room and higher floor. 3. Explanations were very clear and they were very patient answering all my questions. 4. Breakfast was not included in my reservation but is very reasonably priced and very good selection to choose from. I recommend the breakfast. 5. Check out was easy and efficient. 6. The hotel is easily accessible from the Phloen Chit BTS station. The walkway takes you very close to the entrance of the hotel.

The breakfast staff could be slightly better understanding. They don't help with drinks and getting coffee. I had a lot of trouble getting coffee and the machine was often broken. Also they clear plates even with food on them and when you return your food and utensils are gone. This happened every day so I always looked over my shoulder to protect my plate from the cleaning guy.

Room is clean and great, I enjoy the facilities and like that there is a massage within the building. My favourite thing about the facility were the amazing staff. Especially the front door staff. I’m sad I didn’t get their names but they are the nicest people. They will make you feel like you’re at home, always greeting us with a smile and offering a helping hand in any way that they can. Their performer and customer service is spectacular, offering amazing friendly service and making all our requests possible. Thank you.

Pool was smaller than expected and facility quite old but I guess that gives character 😊
