Super location made it easy to get to/from the airport by airport train and BTS metro in 45mins, and they even have a shuttle from the hotel to Ploen Chit metro (closest station) every 30mins if you are too lazy to walk for 7 mins. There is a mall in the All Seasons Plaza directly across from the hotel with food court, restaurants and all kinds of services so that was useful. The room was as pictured, clean and quiet at night. Good firm mattress, daily cleaning and towel change (which perhaps you should consider opting out of for eco reasons). It is petite and just what one needs for a few nights rest. There is a surprisingly good rooftop pool with a spectacular view - by day it is urban luxury, and by night with some monsoon rain and the towering All Seasons buildings nearby you could imagine Gotham City!

If you are on foot, the main street (Ruamradee) in front of the hotel that connects you Ploen Chit is not very pedestrian friendly. I recommend crossing through the All Seasons Plaza mall and then walking up the broader street on that side.

The room is very well maintained. The facilities are great. There is a shuttle service to the nearby train/metro stop which makes it easy to commute. The breakfast range is also excellent. Had a lot of options and the quality was amazing!

The hotel requires a deposit for your stay (priced at 1000 THB per room) which is a bit unnecessary, in my opinion. Moreover, they write down your card details which is a very unusual process. Would recommend carrying 1000 THB cash instead (which we did not have, unfortunately).

Location close to church and bts station. There are lots of 7/11 both left and right of the road. There are lots of restaurants and shops. The room and facilities are clean. The housekeepers in charge of cleaning on the 5th floor did a great job. Everytime we came back to hotel the 5th floor and our room smell good and clean. The staff are nice too. The lady in the front desk is really nice ( I forgot her name ) she allowed us to check in early. Check in is also fast. Bed is big and comfortable for a tall people like us. The shower temperature is really good.

The view of our room is another building. Which is not a big deal since we’re always out everyday.

The location is very accessible, near my workplace and it’s always so cosy. The staff are always friendly and helpful

The cleanliness of the rooms could be better

This is my second time at this hotel as it is in a comfortable area and not far from anything. The room I had was comfortable and love the pool area with the facilities ,gym, shower and not overly big gives a nice sense of privacy and peacefulness.

On both occasion of my stay the front desk staff were nice but the visible tattoos did not leave a good professional impression, the front desk could do with a nice contemporary look as it looks bare.The breakfast area would be nice to move it upstairs where the coffee shop area and be combined with the actual area.The suites room even though nicely put together can be noisy as the joining doors are not sound proof and you can literally hear the other guests.Overall a nice small size hotel that could do with minor touches to give it its full potential of a 4 star boutique hotel.

Staffs (reception desk, housekeepers, shuttle bus driver) are friendly and helpful. Room is fine and spacious enough for two. Bathroom is big enough and in modern style. Hotel is 9 minutes walking from Ploen Chit BTS station (from exit 4). It was confused for us in the first time to find the way there, but later we can manage it as it is only a straight walking direction. There are many restaurants (Thai, Mexican, Italian pizza, BBQ) around that area for our choice of dining.

Breakfast choice is less than my expectation for a 4-star-hotel, but the staffs there delivered good service.

The room was very nice and we really enjoyed the pool on the roof top. The breakfast was fine and the staff was very friendly. The location close to the underground and the Lumphini park is very good for a city trip.

The nights were a bit noisy due to the busy street.

I really liked my room and swimming pool. I head really nice time at this hotel.

The hotel had a problem with internet scam, which made me block my credit card. I informed them about that and even tho on my day of arrival they said if I won't be in hotel until 8 p.m they will cancel my reservation. This made me stress a lot. I think staff should be more understanding about that.
