We enjoyed our stay great location, amazing breakfast specially they care to provide Halal food for Muslim big thanks to Chef Golf.

The hotel needs to check the work of the cleaning staff as it’s not done the way it supposed to be for a five star hotel.  We checked in in a room that was not clean. We have seen the difference only after complaining.. We enjoyed our stay but Hotel needs to focus checking the work of the cleaning staff and also vacuuming the Corredor‘s.

The room was large with all the amenities you would need and the shower was lovely. There was a nearby BTS station about 7 minute walk away there was also a 7/11 store right outside the complex which was convenient. The breakfast was fantastic with choices for people from all backgrounds and the staff in the restaurant were fantastic and accommodating. The gym whilst small had just about enough machines to get a couple of good workouts in during a short stay. The swimming pool and rooftop bar area were nice and aesthetically pleasing.

The amount of beds around the pool area were very limited meaning it was difficult to find a spot to sit if you wanted just to relax by the pool for the day rather than go into the city for the day.

-Clean and nice room. -We had s high floor room, the view was really great from the large window. -Quiet room. We couldn't hear any neighbours. -The room and bathroom were equipped with everything we needed, and well cleaned every day. -Multiple bottles of water refilled everyday, which was a good point in hot Bangkok. -There were lots of options at the breakfast. -The staff were all friendly. -The washing machine and small kitchen were useful -It's in a good central location in Bangkok for all touristic and shopping attractions.

-Russians were in the hotel, so we had to be careful with our belongings. I don't know why such respectable hotel still accepts those uneducated thieves.

Breakfast is wonderful, room is spacious and clean. Facilities are good, enjoyed the gym a lot. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Multiple places to eat at a hotel. Also, there is 7eleven downstairs. Wifi worked well, too (used it for video calls). Just 7min walk to the train.

The check in process was probably the longest we've ever had. I'm really not sure what takes so long. And it wasn't only for us, it was also for people in front of us. Also, we arrived after 4pm, we needed to still wait for the room. Room's AC is weird - keeps switching on and off, sometimes too cold, then gets too warm, we lacked the balance. And the pool area is definitely too small for such big hotel. I don't know why they also allow walk in day passes by the pool - I feel it is unfair for stay in guests.

Location was superb - BTS Chit Lom less than 300 meters from hotel (walking distance). Hotel was newly opened. 7-11 was located just 1 min from Hotel Entrance. There are various eateries/restaurants nearby hotel - Else CentralWorld/Erawan Shrine, Siam Square and Siam Paragon are walking distance(s) using Skywalk. Facilities are up-to-date and clean. Hotel offers popsicle emergencies program for kids and Lao Khao Ritual for adults - These are something which we did not see in other hotels previously so we really appreciate it. Breakfast offered exceeded expectations with variations/slight changes offered daily. Would highly recommend this hotel for travelers with children.

Awesome,we stay for 4night in straight,large and clean room for 3 people,very nice rooftop bar and swimming pool, wholesome breakfast buffet will stay here again for the trip

First of all, the location is just perfect. It‘s next to all kinds of public transport. Nearby is the Lumphini-Park and it is located also just next to CentralWorld, Gaysorn-Shopping and other big malls. Not only for shopping but for excellent food from streetfood till fine dining. The room was excellent clean and well soundproofed for great sleep. The bed was very cozy too. The breakfast buffet is done really from the heart of the chef and her team. Everything is very detailed presented and made sure that you will be satisfied. The pool has a nice view over the surrounding city and it is beautiful place to enjoy a nice sunset. The gym has anything you need for a holiday-workout and the sauna has been a great relaxation-plus after a long walking day. On our checkout-day we had very late flight. We could use pool, sauna and shower also after checking out. That gave our holiday-experience a wonderful end:) The whole team from the reception, gym, breakfast, janitory has been outstanding kind, respectful and made as at anytime feeling comfortable and enjoying our stay. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

The employees were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and furnished with high quality furniture. The breakfast was great, especially the fruit section was very nice. Ruhu and its pool. The view of Roof and its pool was wonderful. In short, it was an excellent hotel. Thank you very much to the hotel staff.

ROOM - We had a Studio which was super clean, well decorated and had a super comfy bed. It was nice to spend some time in the room on a relaxing day. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, soap and conditioner as well as body lotion all of good quality. We enjoyed the possiblity of the Studio and used the laundry machine a lot. STAFF - The staff is very attentive and they appear to know your needs before you actually tell them. POOL - The pool is located on the 18th floor and has a nice view. There are multiple lounge chairs and beds to chose from where you can relax and chill. The hotel provides always warm and freshly washed towels, there is a bathroom, showers and lockers also. LOCATION - The hotel is located in the heart of Sukumvith. Approx 5 min walking you can reach Central world, one of the largest malls in the world. It is also very close to the BTS Train. In front of the hotel is a well equipped 7/11 ( for those late night cravings) or you use the 24/7 available room service. RESTAURANT - The hotel has multiple restaurants: Bangkok78: here you can have breakfast form the buffet or have lunch/dinner which we used also twice. Breakfast has a good selection of different foods, with a focus in Asian cuisin ( mostly Korean and Chinese ) Sip&Co: A café with good coffee, pastries and Sandwiches. There are two more, which we did not Go to: BlackCat and a Korean Rooftop Restaurant. RESUMEE - We will happily come back to this hotel when being back in Bangkok. It was a wonderful stay and helped us to stay relaxed and calm in such a vibrant and loud city.

It would be nice to have more vegetable and fish options for breakfast. Most of the buffet was with some type of pork/meat. The coffee in the Bangkok78 isn't good, it would be nice to have the same quality of coffee as provided in the Sip&Co. The Studio comes with a laundry/ dryer which is great. Unfortunately the combined laundry machine and dryer does only have one program to wash and dry. If you put more than 1 kg it does not dry properly all of the cloth. It would be great to have an option to choose to dry only.

Great location with easy access to the Sky Train, shopping centres and despite major construction nearby we heard nothing from our room in B building. Best of all were the truly friendly, professional superb staff. It was a real pleasure staying at this hotel. If you think about a few nights in Bangkok this hotel should be top of the list. The breakfast will please everyone and it is a feast to match most cruise ships. Our stay was eight nights and every day our room was spotless.
