Awesome breakfast. Great pool. Great value

Hotel gym could be better but there is much worse at more expensive hotels

The breakfast, the pool and the location were exceptional but we loved everything about this hotel.

Room was a good size and very quiet. Gym and pool area were excellent. Loved the location close to shops and restaurants.

Given room size would have been nice to have a bath. Smart TVs should have access to streaming services like netwflix, prime etc.

Breakfast spread was great. I looked forward to every breakfast. The location is a little far to walk to the nearest BTS station. If the hotel could provide some form of transport to and from will be an added point.

Location. Unless the rooms are cheaper may attract more guest.

The room was large with all the amenities you would need and the shower was lovely. There was a nearby BTS station about 7 minute walk away there was also a 7/11 store right outside the complex which was convenient. The breakfast was fantastic with choices for people from all backgrounds and the staff in the restaurant were fantastic and accommodating. The gym whilst small had just about enough machines to get a couple of good workouts in during a short stay. The swimming pool and rooftop bar area were nice and aesthetically pleasing.

The amount of beds around the pool area were very limited meaning it was difficult to find a spot to sit if you wanted just to relax by the pool for the day rather than go into the city for the day.

We enjoyed our stay great location, amazing breakfast specially they care to provide Halal food for Muslim big thanks to Chef Golf.

The hotel needs to check the work of the cleaning staff as it’s not done the way it supposed to be for a five star hotel.  We checked in in a room that was not clean. We have seen the difference only after complaining.. We enjoyed our stay but Hotel needs to focus checking the work of the cleaning staff and also vacuuming the Corredor‘s.

-Clean and nice room. -We had s high floor room, the view was really great from the large window. -Quiet room. We couldn't hear any neighbours. -The room and bathroom were equipped with everything we needed, and well cleaned every day. -Multiple bottles of water refilled everyday, which was a good point in hot Bangkok. -There were lots of options at the breakfast. -The staff were all friendly. -The washing machine and small kitchen were useful -It's in a good central location in Bangkok for all touristic and shopping attractions.

-Russians were in the hotel, so we had to be careful with our belongings. I don't know why such respectable hotel still accepts those uneducated thieves.

Awesome,we stay for 4night in straight,large and clean room for 3 people,very nice rooftop bar and swimming pool, wholesome breakfast buffet will stay here again for the trip

The Payment is abit hard when you don't have credit card,they only accept cash in Thai baht ,and no debit cards accepted

Location was superb - BTS Chit Lom less than 300 meters from hotel (walking distance). Hotel was newly opened. 7-11 was located just 1 min from Hotel Entrance. There are various eateries/restaurants nearby hotel - Else CentralWorld/Erawan Shrine, Siam Square and Siam Paragon are walking distance(s) using Skywalk. Facilities are up-to-date and clean. Hotel offers popsicle emergencies program for kids and Lao Khao Ritual for adults - These are something which we did not see in other hotels previously so we really appreciate it. Breakfast offered exceeded expectations with variations/slight changes offered daily. Would highly recommend this hotel for travelers with children.

Fantastic location with excellent facilities. The pool was great, the bedroom was lovely and the breakfast on offer was fantastic. Loved it.
