Clean Location Nice people I been here 4 times so I like it

No breakfast No swimming pool

Comfy hotel, big room, good location.

Maim entrance door difficult to push and a little squeaky. Toilet flooring was not slanted towards the drain causing the water to flow out to the rest of the toilet. Need lots of towel to contain the water, but front desk was very prompt to give us many towels.

Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to Lumpini Park, 15 minutes walk to the Central World shopping mall and sky train. Despite fast accessibility to everything that you need, this place is quiet and not overloaded. The price, the room size, the city view was excellent.

It could be cleaner, and I was struggling with shower setting, it was impossible to set the right temperature of water.

this is a potentially great property but is worn. it needs a make over. our unit was spacious but old. Needs a new kitchen wit hot water. Bathroom needs renewing. the linen and pillows need replacing with modern types. The Pool area needs going over. as tiles are missing in the pool. the hotel is suffering fro a COVID recession and if it is pulled up NOW it will get back to 5 Star status.

Perfect location in a very posh area close to all the key parts of BKK (Thonglor, Lumphini, Siam all within 10 mins taxi). Nice staff. Comfy bed. Clean.

Common areas including lobby are quite ugly and dated (though the room itself was clean and modern). Clearly needs a renovation - some very easy fixes would be (1) make the shower easier to operate, (2) put ceiling lights, room is way too dark at night.

The room was very spacious (I think.we got an upgrade because of the ongoing renovations). Very close location to malls in one direction, Lumpini park in the other, and mid- to upper restaurants all around.

Because of the renovations, the pool and the hotel restaurant were not available, the latter neither for breakfast nor for in-room dining. We had been told that after booking, so knew what to expect. But the alternatives advised for outside breakfast or dining with a discount were not useful for us (family with young child).

Centrally located. Easy walking to Central world, And away from the main street traffic noise.

For some reason they only provide me with three days WiFi service while my stay is four days.

The apartment was very spacious and amenities were well provided. It is superbly located close to major shopping centres like Central Chidlom, Central World and Vella. There are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance like Arun Thai. The hotel staff are amazing. The housekeepers are very obliging and hardworking. They make sure you have daily supply of water and toiletries. The doorman will quickly open the door for you when your hands are filled with shopping bags. The receptionists are very helpful. They even helped to order food using their mobile phone on Uber Eats as we had some specific dietary requirements. Overall, everyone was hospitable and kind and that made the stay even more special.

I booked a studio room for 2 persons then i got an upgrade to One Bedroom Suite with full facilities such as kitchen, washing machine,... when check in. It was a big surprise and we were so happy. The hotel location is aslo very convenient to walk to the shopping centers.

The swimming pool is still under construction.
