All the staff were amazing and so helpfull. We did have an issue associated with the building works that were going on when we stayed and the staff did everything they could to help. Ideal hotel for a short trip, rooms are nice and big enough. Balconies could do with a chair or two.

Shame they dont have a bar or coffee shop. Pool area was not clean and couldn't really use it. Hopefully this is not normal and due to construction work.

Excellent location. Beautiful pool. Very comfortable room with plenty of storage for our things. Complimentary tea and coffee and guest lounge area was fantastic for relaxing.

Didn’t know which were hot and cold twos on the shower. Finally worked it out but it was hard to know because the hot water took some time to start.

The room was very spacious for two people, with enough space for use to keep our luggages open on the floor throughout the trip with still space to walk around the hotel room. We also loved the bar at the 2nd floor, where they serve you a welcome drink. The vibe was retro and cozy for a dim bar. The hotel is also a 5-minute walk from Once Upon A Thai for travelers interested in a luxurious spa treatment and massage.

The tub shower is positioned beside a wall, we found it weird that the shower curtain was on this wall and not on the opposite side (the open space). We felt conscious about making sure the water doesn't spill out of the shower as we were taking a bath. The pillows did not feel luxurious for the ambiance of the place. It was not hotel-grade, it was very flat. The room could also be better improved with a "main" light in the middle of the room. All the lightbulbs were at the sides/corners -- which I understand to build the ambiance/vibe but still need a main light especially at night.

The hotel is very central and it's easy to reach any place by taxi from it. The cleaning personnel are ready to clean the rooms at any time till 12 hours.

It feels somehow luxurious, however it doesn't reach a 4-star hotel as described. It misses lots of details that makes you feel comfortable in such hotels. About cleaness they missed cleaning the vents and the shower. It would be nice to make it clean between guests. Also the towels aren't the newer ones (but at least they smell clean). They also didn't change our bedsheets during our whole accommodation (6 days). The nearest 7-eleven is around 10 minutes by walking and between 11 am and 7 pm you cannot find any coffee in the hotel.

The staff tried their best to accommodate all my requests. Friendly, attentive and very helpful. I preferred the wooden interior and wooden floor of this place instead of carpets and flashy new stuff all over. Elegantly designed decoration and quiet neighborhood. Free coffee and tea in common lounge area was nice. Laundry was available with a small cost.

The facility is a little old that there has been a little smell from the toilette. It was ignorable and bearable in consideration of the atmosphere and great service of the staff.

Excellent location, a quiet oasis in the heart of the city. Close to Silom, Central and Lumphini park. I loved the pool. Staff were super friendly.

I loved the location of this hotel as it felt like a little oasis away from the city, whilst being in the heart of things. Very comfy bed, amazing soundproofing, friendly and efficient. Cute design touches. Our room overlooked pool side and looked straight out onto the trees - barely like being in the city. You can get to the shopping at the end of the road, Lumpini park even closer and there's good food too in the complex opposite.

The wifi was not good at all. Not good enough to work on, but if, wifi is just using smartphone etc, or like us you have an alternative option you can work from - no problem. It would not stop me returning. I loved this place!

Everything was good until I found that the bathtub faucet is broken, so I couldn’t soak in the tub properly. It was a bit inconvenient — I had to keep my foot pressed down on the drain stopper because the twist knob to open and close the drain didn’t work. It felt like it was about to come off. Also, the (door) wall isn’t soundproof at all. When someone knocked on the door of the room next to mine, I got startled because I thought they were knocking on my door. So I just took a sleeping pill and went to bed.

Beautiful little hotel in a very good location. lovely staff, comfortable and clean rooms.

Just to bring mosquito repellent if swimming late afternoon/evening (this is anywhere in Thailand).
