Elevator rides

The location was fantastic, connected to CentralWorld Mall, across from Big C Supermarket and short walk to other malls. It was very nicely done up and decorated. Aesthetically pleasing. Drinking water and other toiletries were always replenished daily.

Everything was great, but just two minor points to mention. The lighting was a little complicated but we figured it out eventually, and the bedroom slippers could have been of a better quality.

My husband and I loved the location – it was perfect for our shopping trip, with malls and markets nearby. The service was outstanding, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with so many delicious options to choose from. A special shout-out to the bellboys who helped us when the taxi I had booked turned out to be too small for our luggage. They quickly arranged another taxi and ensured we made it to the airport on time. Truly exceptional service!

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the aircon was noisy when set to the highest fan settings, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience since we were always out anyway.

Our stay at Centara Grand CentralwOrld was.absolutely fantastic. Location: We were able to explore our favourite shopping area of Thailand while staying under the cover of the SkyTrain walkway so didn't even get wet when it rained at night. Concierge: Concierge staff were excellent and always willing to help whether it was organising transport, advising on attraction opening hours during public holidays, as well as going so far to co-ordinate the postage of one of our children's soft toys left in the bed sheets, back to Australia at a really affordable price. Buffet breakfast: the breakfast at the hotel is absolutely amazing and has everything you could ever want. Our kids have never eaten so well at breakfast time with all the different options. Room: the room was modern and well maintained - my partner is cleanliness obsessed and often gives things a wipe down and commented that the staff cleaners do an amazing job with no dirt on the baby wipes she uses to give things a once over with. Facilities: the gym and pool facilities were great too. Check-in and checkout: This was the quickest I've ever experienced in my travels to Bangkok - easily under 5 minutes with no fuss. I'd highly recommend this hotel, and we'd definitely stay again.

This is really a first world problems dislike and I'd still come back of they didn't do anything about this, but the lighting set up seemed unnecessarily complex with some switches shutting all of them off and some not. But mainly, the room auto sensor lights under the bedside tables bugged me a bit when family members went to the toilet at night. They woke me up, and I feel they were unnecessary because we left the bathroom light on for the kids anyway. We ended up covering up the sensors

Love that lobby areas plus rooms seem newly renovated. Really enjoyed the breakfast spread, spoilt for choices! Pool was nice had a big gym. Right next to centralworld mall, super convenient location. The best was having smoking rooms, especially when bangkok is non smoking at many public areas. Has a nice sky bar too.

Probably only the lobby was at 23rd floor and u need to change another lift to the rooms but not a huge issue. Overall enjoyed my stay among a few hotels ive stayed in bangkok. Highly recommended!
