The room is specious and clean. Location is great. Just next to Siam Paragon. Also BTS station is there. Free snacks and mini bar was a good plus.

Breakfast could be more organised. Thing I don’t like is that some station with food placed belowthe people waist. So to pick up the food people stay above the plates with food. It’s not hygiene at all. Hairs flying aroudn and people touch it with their clothes. Also slippers on the room isn’t disposable. It’s rubber slippers. Means you just wearing someone slippers hoping that it was cleaned before. I like the “go green” directions but this things in particular very doubtful. I won’t like to get foot fungus from 5 star hotel

Response is fast when they gave me the wrong breakfast order, fixed quickly with a fresh bread basket, customer service is excellent, 5 star for that. Staff at concierge, good, helpful and knowledgeable location is central and near all the key malls

house keeping is good but can be better, - they did not clean my coffee machine or remove the coffee bin to clear the capsules. - they throw away my zip log bag I keep for my toileteries, I did not throw them in the dust bin, just next to my make up bag. - Halal meal options for room service not available, only 1 item in the buffet, considering how many middle eastern, Msian, Sporeans muslim customers you have, this can certainly be improved with a wider food selection or a cafe with wider halal option.

Beautiful hotel with very high standard. Nice spa with wonderful spa treatments. Nice pool area.

Smoking is allowed at the outdoor terrace at the breakfast restaurant. So, for non-smokers, the choice is a freezing indoor breakfast or to choke among the smokers on the nice terrace outside. For this reason, we would not choose to stay here again.

This property has two towers, tied together by a very nice pool with casual dining. The main floor dining offered a nice breakfast buffet and the one night we stayed on property for dinner, the same restaurant had a very good international buffet.

Property is in like new condition, so we feel it lacked nothing.

The hotel is simply fantastic. it is a pure definition of a 5 starts hotel. It is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The stuff is really super friendly and super helpful. they will greet you every time you see them. Breakfast are just fantastic - very vast selection of food from different regions. Everything is of high quality (maybe except for the coffee - but I have not been in a hotel with good coffee ;) ). The free transport to Siam Center is not only very convenient but also very fun - our kids loved it. The swimming pool is beautiful, clean and open till late hours - it is just perfect to relax after a busy day. in Bangkok. Free beverages in the fridge refilled every day and one-time snacks are making this superb experience even better. I seriously have nothing to complain about

Just one "funny" thing. The toilet paper was SUPER thin, which is making using it.. quite challenging :)

Location , pool and staff

It was two buildings with a lobby in one of them. Breakfast selection was tuned more to chinese tourist.

Everything, the room, service, buffet breakfast. Staff were great and helpful, location was great close to the centre, the quality of the hotel is second to none.

I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth that truly made me feel at home. The suite was spacious and very comfortable, offering a perfect retreat. I thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, gym, and spa facilities—they were all excellent. The food was absolutely delicious, adding to the joy of my stay. What touched me the most, though, was the kindness and professionalism of the staff throughout the hotel. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, which made my time there even more special. Everything truly exceeded my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chatrium Grand. The location was perfect, and the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to one particular staff member, whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask. My daughter had misplaced her phone, which contained many precious photos from our trip to Bangkok. Thanks to the staff's honesty, the phone was found at the ground-level restroom and safely handed over at counter. Without her integrity, our cherished memories of Bangkok could have been lost.

The water pressure in the bathroom was somewhat weak. It would greatly improve the experience if the water pressure were higher.

Location was amazing. Down a very quiet and very secure one-way street, yet only a 5 min walk to Siam Paragon. Very centrally located to walk to MBK, Central malls. I would not hesitate to stay in this area, just for the convenience of the location and more upscale. 7-11 is out the door. Breakfast was amazing, it is like a full blown dinner in the morning of everything you could want. We mostly had our breakfast in the club lounge as it was quieter and less hectic.

Do not let these two things be any deciding factor for staying at the Chatrium. However, Check-in for the executive suite took 30minutes if not longer, which included breakfast, yet they wanted to charge for breakfast, there was obviously some confusion, and this was our return stay before we headed back to Europe. The other was, we were having breakfast downstairs in the main dining room, and I had asked for a sparkling water and was told 'no' that they could not provide that to me, even though I said I would charge to my room. The hotel is 'almost' at 5* the staff could use more customer support training, overall, they were amazing.
