The host was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and cool. The location is perfect! I took the airport rail directly from BKK and the hostel was just around the corner of the very last stop. I felt very safe.

I would ask the hostel to please place friction tape on the corner of each stair step. The stairs are thinner and taller than normal, and they are also made of very slick wood. I fell down 2 flights of stairs and injured myself because I was wearing socks. At least put a sign that says "slippery, no socks"

I like the comfort of the compact bed, the cleanliness, and the clear separation between male and female rooms. The bathroom is quite clean, and overall, the place feels bright, tidy, and convenient for traveling.

What was a bit uncomfortable for me during my stay was the firmness of the bed and pillow, which made it harder to get enough rest. It’s just a small thing, but it did affect my sleep quality. Also, the bathroom floor tended to get a little wet after showering, and there weren’t enough mats or towels to dry my feet, so I had to use tissue to wipe the floor instead.

From the moment we arrived—much earlier than the usual check-in time—the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free start to our trip. The room was absolutely perfect—clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The hostel is just right a the cebter of Bangkok so exploring the area is even more enjoyable with just a walking distance to some attractions. The staff’s warmth and hospitality truly stood out; they were always friendly, helpful (even went beyond reminding and recommending us on how to safely go around the city especially for the female members of our family), and ready to assist with anything we needed. Will surely come stay again when we return❤️

I highly recommend restiny. The area around the hotel is not crowded, although it was in the main road where vehicles pass by I still sleep comfortably because it is busy only in the morning to afternoon. The owner is very kind and she assured that we got everything we need and easy to contact them here in booking.com. We travelled with kids btw and we were all happy with our stay in restiny.

The upper floors are only accessible through stairs so it is hard to bring your luggages in the room. Good thing the owner provided us the 2nd floor room which is more easy to pull up our luggages.

The staff, the cleanliness and the kitchen. Proper value for money. Although I checked in late but still found the keys easily and instructions were clear and easy to follow. The bed was fine, not the luxury mattress but for the price, it was perfect. The room was clean and smelled really pleasant. It is Located near the train station and near malls. Luggage storage on checkout was also really helpful.

Stairs are a bit slippery and steep so be careful wearing socks, as you have to take off and store your shoes in the lobby.

They have good ac and the toilet and shower room is separated. The room and bunk beds are spacious and provide extra privacy because of the curtains in each beds. I want to thank the owners for letting us leave our luggage until our flight. They even accommodate us by letting us take a quick shower and fix our luggages even after our check out time. They are very nice and easy to communicate with. Restiny hostel feels like home.

- No elevator so you may have to climb up to 4 flights of stairs (for dorms on the higher floors) - Front desk closes at 10pm make sure you notify the staff for directions on late check in - Bring your own lock for lockers

I loved how clean and comfortable this was, the place feels so homely and the staff are all really friendly and helpful. The beds and room I stayed in were immaculately clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back again because the location was absolutely ideal as well!

Nothing! You can't control who you room with unless you book private rooms or book the whole space for yourself but thats the trouble with hostels.

Close to the station and all amenities. Clean for a shared hostel and well stocked with free coffee and snacks.

The staff was helpful to me, but some travelers came in the middle of the night and couldn’t contact the reception in any way (paid for the booking online and couldn’t even check in). That made me sad and untrusting if I could be left without assistance in a similar situation.

Restiny Hostel is by far the best hostel I’ve stayed in. It feels as clean, peaceful, and safe as your own home. The staff are incredibly friendly and always helpful. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Phaya Thai ARL and BTS stations, which connect directly to the airport. It’s right in the center of the city and super easy to get around. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!
