breakfast was meh. i didnt really like it. 5/10. The lady at the fruit bar gave me a little attitude when i asked for mangoes when they had run out. Otherwise staff is usually extremely friendly bar that one incident.

Quality of the food. The pastries were a bit stale, the eggs were nothing fancy, even when i got them made up,the omlette ingredients make it look so gross. No one wants to eat cubes of food unless its minecraft.

This has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world! - decor and style tastefully opulent - immaculate grounds in outdoor areas - staff efficient and helpful - room was stylish and fitted with smart design - executive lounge well appointed and a good selection of food/drinks for cocktail hour

This is complete nitpicking because I loved everything about this place - hubby noted that some of the hot food in the executive lounge was cold.

Very convenient, comfortable hotel with a great choice of food. Just a min away from the BTS and retail shop. Enjoyed the stay and the view from our room.

I didn’t have a great experience at the main pool. I didn’t notice the sign saying that no outside food or drinks were allowed until I had already brought my water with me to the pool. It’s not that eating or drinking isn’t allowed—they just seem to want guests to purchase everything from the poolside restaurant. I thought having water would be fine, and I even ordered food from them to at least show some respect for the rule. However, the waitress kept coming over to ask if I wanted to order something every time I took a sip of the hotel-provided water. Maybe it’s a Bangkok thing, but it felt more like the pool was part of the restaurant rather than a facility provided by the hotel. It kind of ruined all the other good things about this place.

Luxery hotel/rooms/bathroom. Exceptional breakfast (European & Asian). Nice swimming pools and great fitness area. Of course you pay more than average for this hotel if you compare with other places in Thailand. Perfect location if you come from airport Suvarnabhumi. The ARL stops in front of the hotel. No need to take the long taxi ride through the traffic jams of Bangkok!

We stayed here 7 nights in 2024 between Xmas and New Year. Despite 3 small disappointments we had an excellent stay. The hotel (with appr. 500 rooms!) has 2 swimming pools (with all-day loud music 😔, a spa, a gym and 2-3 restaurants. In the same building you will find different restaurants,bars, a pastrie and coffee shop, a fruit shop, a hairdresser, a nail salon, a physiotherapist and a small supermarket. The BTS subway and train (to the airport) are less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our compliments to them, especially housekeeping. WiFi, shower and bed are all excellent. Our room had a safe, coffee machine, a large fridge with large freezer and 2 tv’s with a Chromecast so we could stream Netflix etc from our tablet to the tv. Complimentary water and coffee cups are provided daily. Breakfast buffet is an experience by itself. Never before we experienced such an extensive choice. A map is provided with all the different parts of the buffet (see attached photo). We understood the restaurant has appr. 300 seats and everything is well organised and very efficient. If your stay includes access to the Executive lounge, from 17.30 you can enjoy free drinks and a small but very good buffet. Also a limited breakfast buffet is available here. Access to the Executive Lounge also means 3 pieces of laundry each day will be washed for free. The hotel has its own app which is helpful and disturbing at the same time. Despite 3 small disappointments we had an excellent stay. We stayed in a suite with one bedroom which was a little smaller than we expected. The second disappointment is the lack of wardrobe/storage space in the suite. The main disappointment concerns the elevators. Our room was located on the 43rd floor and floors 37-51 can only be reached by 2 (!) elevators. Sometimes you will have to wait 5-10 minutes before it arrives. (and the all day loud music in the swimming pools should be mentioned as well)

Location is perfect when going to and from Bangkok airport. The facilities are brilliant and staff very helpful and attentive. Our room was super comfortable and was just right for two nights before flying back to the UK. The location of the hotel is bang in the middle of Bangkok and close to most attractions in the city.

There was very little to fault. We just so happened to be staying there shortly after Chinese new year. Aside from a few rude Chinese tourists barging into lifts and past you at breakfast (which I know do not represent the whole population), we had a great stay. Try and get breakfast early if you can. Queues can form quickly after 8.30 to get a table. We had a 'panorama view room' (2924). If you want uninterrupted views I would avoid as half of it is blocked by the corner of the building.

We stayed during Christmas and it was lovely. The staff were always so welcoming and the hospitality in general was a 10 out of 10! The room was excellent, AC was great, the room was spacious, modern, and cozy. Spacious bed and very comfortable! Staff are always 24/7 available. I must say, excellent housekeeping. They always kept the room SO clean. They would also clean the rooms in a very timely manner. The bathroom was spacious and also very clean. The location of the hotel is perfect. Around 10-20 minutes by car to the center. I loved that the hotel was almost in a corner of its own, which is nice away from the busyness of the city. Very easy to find a cab. The metro is connected to the hotel, which is convenient for those who would use it. There’s a 7/11 nearby, a mall (a few minutes walking) and many restaurants and coffee shops. There are so many restaurants and dining options to choose from at the hotel. We enjoyed walking around and seeing the market inside! The building itself also has a small convenient store. Room service is available 24/7.

We didn’t like the food at the hotel. Maybe because they just opened and may need some time to adjust. Our first night of in room dining, the fettuccine pasta felt like it had no flavor. Our second night of in room dining, our food was cold. For a five star hotel, i expected more. Breakfast buffet also could be better.
