The spaciousness of the room. Very comfy bed with thick matrass, sockets on each side. Nice lighting in the room, a dresser with a big mirror, a safe and a fridge. They had a washing table outside of the bathroom which turned out practical; when one uses the bathroom the other can still use the washing table. The bathroom was clean, with both shower gel and body wash, and good water pressure. The staff were nice and very helpful. The elevator works quickly. There is a large fridge at the desk filled with cans and bottles of drinks which you can buy if ever you want so. There is a restaurant downstairs as well to have breakfast, lunch, etc. We had breakfast there which was worth it; quite some choices and tasteful. Not far away (walking distance) you can find places to eat, a 7-Eleven, massage salon, etc. We stayed a week and think we had good value for money.

Location was accessible, the architecture and atmosphere was traditional even whilst located at the heart of Bangkok. The rooms were wide and spacious, leaning away from the usual commercial look, which was a sight for sore eyes. The breakfast buffet, though less varied than most commercial establishments, had many options and was tasty and fulfilling. The staff were approachable and helpful. If you are looking for a quiet, calm recluse while also wanting to be near the city center, this hotel is for you.

The washroom situation was a bit absurd, and while the washroom itself was clean and spacious, it had the added quirk of the wash basin and sink being located outside, within the main room itself. This was quite a problem and takes a while to get used to. Secondly, certain rooms can be looked into from the landing areas of each floor, and the curtain need to be drawn a majority of the time we were in the room for privacy. The view of our room was the parallel walls, which was also a downside to our experience.

The price of the hotel was very good. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was near the skytrain so was easy to get around. There were places to eat nearby and a food market. We also enjoyed the Jazz Bar about 5-10 minutes from the hotel. Also, about 40 minutes from the airport for transfers. We left our luggage at the hotel for 2 weeks whilst we went travelling and collected on our return to the hotel, this was a great convenience for us. We would stay here again if visiting Bangkok.

Location: 8-10 min walk from BTS Phaya station, around 10-15min walk from Airport transit link Quietness: Tuck in small alley, so is quiet. Huge size room. They clean our room everyday. Staffs are polite;)

Bed: Bed is okay, they combined 2 super single bed to become a huge bed. Pillow is too soft. Breakfast can be better especially for the ham and thai style meat dish: menu change everyday for thai style dishes (rice, fried rice/fried bee hoon, meat dish and veggie dish). Western are the same throughout my stays (tasteless ham, sausage, pancake, bread with jam and butter, eggs, milk with cereal, salad bar, dessert). Drinks have americano/expresso, milk, orange/ guava juice and lipton tea.

Just a nice place to stay

1000 deposit for the room key seem uncommon to me. Could they get my card data? They send me an email, but it got lost in my mailbox, so we spent all the cash we had for that deposit.

The space was incredibly large and the room was super luxurious and comfortable for what I paid for.

I'm only giving this review 9 rather than perfect 10, because of the hotels bad response when it was subject to a hack. Hackers got access to their booking.com account and were sending convincing scam messages to confirm card details and pay upfront in the process. I almost fell for this but I cancelled my card. The hotel not only did not fail to investigate this, but failed to monitor future fraud messages which kept getting sent. The staff ignored me when I complained twice, online and in person. I received no offer for compensation for my having to get a new card.

Liked the size of the room. The hotel is in a good location, but that "alley" to go to the hotel isn't very promising I didn't feel safe to walk there after dark. The breakfast was good.

I wasn't aware of the 1000 Thai bath cash deposit and I haven't had that amount of cash with me. The receptionist rolled her eyes and demanded to live my passport there. Which I wouldn't do anywhere. Finally she made a deposit on my card. I didn't like that "alley" to go to the hotel, didn't make me feel safe to walk there after dark.

The location is near the BTS and there’s 7 eleven near the Hotel. We also to went to the Market by walking. The staff are helpful and nice.

The entrance to the hotel is very small and the road is not well paved. I broke the wheels of my suitcase while walking to get to the hotel.
