The location was very good, being next to Century Mall and BTS Victory Monument, and thus several shops and businesses. The room was modern and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was spacious and the shower well designed.

The access card deposit of 1000 THB can only be paid by cash. At other comparable hotels you can pay electronically. The interior directions marking is bad. Our room number was indicated. This is surprising and quite strange.

The shower heater can be better. Cause the warm water was very inconsistent, sometime very hot, sometime very cold

it's so close to the skytrain and i'm in the middle of the city super easy to get around.

my room has no window so it was dark all the time. i couldn't tell when it was day time until i look at my clock

The location is the best! You can conveniently travel to the city and out of town. There are 7-11 stores and Starbucks right in front of the hotel.

Complementary water and amenities, making up the room need to be requested every day which doesn’t make sense. Normally, for in-house guests based on my experiences whether put sign up or not housekeeper needs to make up the room. Unless, guests put DND on the door

The location is great, beside to bts station.

Room very dim, strongly suggest to place one stand lamp and table lamp. The sink is extremely small, is very inconvenient to clean ourselves for morning routine (brushing teeth, clean face etc), strongly suggest to have at least a medium size sink (at least we can brush teeth properly)
