The location is very strategic. It is near the bts victory monument . Opposite to pharmacy and seven eleven. There are a few seven eleven nearby and on the same street. We can find many restaurants near the hotel in walking distance. It is very convenient.we have a very earlier trip in the morning and can't have breakfast in hotel .The hotel staff prepared the breakfast box for us.

SUPERB LOCATION. Everything you need is in this area, from convenience stores, laundry shops, pharmacy, to affordable food stalls. It feels like the actual place is a vacation spot itself. The room was clean, well-maintained, and cold. Their staff was super friendly and accommodating, they provided everything we needed for our room. You can really feel that you are well taken care of. I just wish the breakfast selection was more diverse. Apart from that, everything went well. We will definitely go back to this hotel. Considering the price, it is a great deal!

I highly suggest a more hot shower. The hot shower was working but not enough for my liking. Also, we saw one lizard inside our room when we were about to check out.

The location was really good, it was beside a park and a quick walk to the BTS (Victory Monument). Plenty of convenience stores, food stalls, and cafes along the road too. It’s also right beside a park which is nice if you want to go for a jog. The room we got was also so VERY spacious.

Cleanliness can be improved especially in the bathroom. My main issue is the shower curtain as it was a bit worn out and yellowish already at the bottom.

Room is clean and hotel is found in a good location if you want to do shopping. We walked to Siam area, Central World etc... You also can get the bus at approx. 10 minutes' walk to go to Chinatown. The staff was nice.

We didn't like breakfast at all unfortunately. Coffee was very bad. There is an egg station, croissants and muffins, however we didn't like the hot dishes at all. Also, there were only 2 fruits everyday, dragon fruit and watermelon. There could be more choice, considering this is a 4 star. We also oredered an espresso from à la carte, but it wasn't an espresso. It was like an americano; this is not acceptable.

The location was perfect for me. Near some lovely restaurants and shopping areas. Also the BTS was only a short walk away. My room overlooked the park which gave me a feeling of being away from the city. The breakfast was and always is to me, exceptional. The staff are always friendly and so helpful. It has brilliant parking, the hotel has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Great value for money.

I look for the good in all hotels, I am a traveller and don't expect to find a hotel that is like my home. For the money I paid I feel I had brilliant value. I love this hotel for all the positives, I do not look for, or feel this hotel has any negatives worth mentioning.

The hotel is spotless. The breakfast is good, delicious, and offers a lot of options. The beds are comfortable. The room is spacious with good lighting and has all the necessary amenities. Single-use slippers are provided in the room. The location is not bad; there are two different metro lines nearby, making it easy to reach the hotel from Suvarnabhumi Airport. There are also many shops and a laundry nearby. The hotel is located on a well-lit, always-crowded street, so you don’t feel in danger. There is free Wi-Fi in the room.

If there were a swimming pool, that would be great. It's not a new hotel; it's a bit old.

The staff we were very friendly. Very quick action regardless of time. Came to fix the shower the moment we reported it.

1. MAJOR PROBLEM IS THE MOSQUITO. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. 2.location The location is not located in pratunam, as mentioned in the listing. It's in Ratchathewi. U need to get a bolt or grab to go to pratunam. 3. Mirror Mirror is not available in the room . Only in the washroom. 4. Uneven floor. Some mosaics on the floor were broken. 5. Breakfast menu The breakfast menu is the same throughout the 5 days 4 night stay.

For the price it was a great stay. The hotel is in a central location, near to many amenities like convenience stores, street food, and restaurants. It's easy for taxis to pick up / drop off outside, also the metro station is an easy 10 minute walk away. Check-in was efficient and friendly. Room was a little small but comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was pretty good with a variety of options including Asian and Western dishes. The concierge desk was happy to help with recieving deliveries or hailing taxis. I'd definitely choose to stay here again, for the price I paid it was very comfortable.

The AC was very noisy and kept clicking on and off during the night, it did not disturb me too much but if you are a light sleeper you might find this difficult to deal with.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very big and good! We broke drinking glass, totally our fault and we ONLY had to pay 50 tbh for it. Also the room service came quickly after I called them , and we had it all cleaned. Another great thing was dinner! I swear, it was incredibly delicious and the price was super low! Pad Thai was so good, the service was very nice too!

The amenities. It's not that they were bad! As far as the soap was nice, the shampoo was very low quality- almost didn't foam . Still, shampoos are an Individual thing, my husband and son were totally fine with it. If somebody is picky about the hair products, just bring your own :)

We had a lovely stay. Received a very warm welcome on our arrival. Rooms were spacious and had all amenities like soap, toothbrushes, hairdryer and bottled water. The breakfast was delicious. Staff was exceptional and assisted with any questions we had. Room was made up daily and coffee/tea and water refilled. We will recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay in Bangkok.

We unfortunately didn't receive rooms with nice views, despite having booked 8 months prior to our arrival. We faced concrete walls.
