Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location in the center of Bangkok, walking distance from a sky train station but still in a very quiet street. Good dark room at night. We plan to stay there again when we come back to Bangkok.

Not a big problem but reception is not always open. Beds are hard, but not harder than in other places.

Location was only 8 mins walk to Ratchaprarop airport rail, 10 mins walk to Victory Monument BTS. While walking to VM BTS, will pass by many 7-Eleven, food stalls, massage at Massage Palace for 350 Baht and there's even a small mall that's link to BTS. Quiet as it's not along the streets. Hotel provide complimentary bread, instant coffee and tea. Price for the stay is good.

No view from balcony. Anyway I have no time to use balcony as out whole day.

location near to pratunam market, platinum, Big C & World center. Many food stool like traditional food, chinese food, fruits and many kinds of street food around the place. Not too far from BTS station. Room is big enough for family.

Everything! Best value for money from our whole 40 days stay in Thailand. This place is really amazing and they take care of every detail to cover the traveller's needs. Very comfy bed (for us -> hard) and pillows, which was hard to find in other hotels. The location is also great, 7 minutes walk to the train that goes directly to the airport + other sightseing places. I would stay there again without doubt.

Room is clean and comfort. Size is just right. A small refrigerator prepared in the room. Just the elevator is under maintenance the time i stay. Staff are very helpful, could speak good english. around 8mins walk to nearest MRT(Victory Monument) , 20mins walk to pratunam market, 25mins walk to Central world. there are street food and massage center along the way to MRT and pratunam market. you can eat all the way long.

All is good! Just quite a distance to nearest MRT. Fortunately , there are food stalls along the way. So you can enjoy the food while walking. The nearest MRT is (Victory Monument station), you can easily go to Chatucak market(Mo Chit Station),Siam Paragon(Siam Station), Terminal 21(Asok Station) without any interchange.

Higher floors must be accessed via stairs, this can be difficult with large bags or old/disabled people.
