My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and we were genuinely impressed by the overall experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent location. The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance to several popular shopping destinations, such as Big C, Platinum Fashion Mall, Pratunam Market, and Central World. This made it incredibly easy for us to explore the area, shop to our hearts’ content, and return to the hotel whenever we needed a break. There’s also a 7-Eleven just around the corner, which was very handy for quick snacks, drinks, or any essentials we needed during our stay. Right in front of the hotel, there's a laundry shop, which made things even more convenient—especially for longer stays like ours. Another big plus was the Thai massage parlor located very close to the hotel. My husband and I made it a point to enjoy a Thai massage after our daily activities, and it really helped us unwind and relax after a full day of walking and shopping. It was one of our favorite parts of the trip! Each morning, we looked forward to the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options to suit different tastes. Personally, I really appreciated the selection of vegetables, which were delicious and well-seasoned. It was a great way to start our day. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They were always smiling and welcoming, whether they were greeting us, assisting with inquiries, or serving during breakfast. Their hospitality added a personal touch to our stay. We also appreciated that they allowed us to store our luggage at the lobby for a few hours after check-out, free of charge. This gave us more time to explore the area without having to worry about our bags. Lastly, we were very happy with the daily housekeeping service. Our room was cleaned every day, and we received fresh towels and bottled water, which we found very thoughtful and consistent.

The bathroom could have been cleaned thoroughly. There were dirts and molds between the tiles. I believe it can be removed if cleaned or scrub thorougly. Cleanliness comes first above all, whether the building is new or old, or big or small.

It is close to big shopping centres.

The room does not have street view. The room is a bit dark inside as the window doesn’t have much light during the day.

The staff were very kind, courteous, and helpful! The security guard, Tee, made our stay very delightful as he was always there to answer all our questions, assist with luggages, and provide local food or sightseeing recommendations. I personally loved that their hotel felt very secured and they even provided us with utensils when we needed plates and bowls when we ordered GrabFood. The housekeeping team also cleaned our room everyday even without informing them ensuring we have fresh towels, clean desks and floors. We also got the balcony room which allowed us to smoke conveniently without having to go to the outside lobby. The restaurant was also very exceptional from buffet breakfast to lunch!

I guess the drainage in the bathroom can be improved. The room we stayed in did not have a separate shower area but only a bathtub and the water would go to the floor and draining took a bit of time. A very minor inconvenience that I did not mind at all.

All was good and comfortable. Staff were attentive and location was walking distance to ARL (Airport Rail Link). From ARL it was easy to go one station to the underground. This travel all round the city and connects to SRT (above ground sky rail). 711 just on the corner. Breakfast had a good selection to set you for the day If you are keen as I was, a 15 minute walk to the main shopping centres, following the road in front. It was very convenient.

Not anything to do with the Hotel. The rail services, do not interact with each other, so it was always buying tickets to use the other services. You can use Grab, though sometimes the traffic is that bad, walking was quicker.

an ideal place to stay if you're visiting the Bangkok city. Initially, we booked for two nights but ended up extending our stay for another four nights. The location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link station. We used the Airport Rail Link for both arrivals and departures, which saved us a significant amount of money. There are plenty of restaurants and street food stalls nearby, so you'll never run out of dining options. Famous shopping destinations such as Indra Square and the Pratunam Night Market are within walking distance, while larger malls like Big C, MBK, and Central World are just a 10-minute bus ride away. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We made a mistake with our booking dates, but they went above and beyond to assist us, adjusting the dates and even helping us find alternative rooms. The rooms themselves were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast offered was good, though if you're staying long-term, you might get a little tired of the same options. That said, there are plenty of choices to keep things varied. Overall, it's an excellent choice for anyone visiting Bangkok!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Even though there was a bit of a language barrier, they went out of their way to assist us and made us feel welcome. The location is also quite convenient—just a 5 to 7-minute walk from the airport link station, which made getting around super easy. The water pressure in the shower was excellent (a small detail, but it really makes a difference!), and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout our stay. Breakfast was also a nice touch—simple but satisfying, with enough variety to start the day right.

The property shows signs of age and could benefit from some refurbishment to enhance overall comfort and appearance.

I've been several times a guest there, over some years. The breakfast is amazing, as it always has been. This is my 1st visit after the pandemic (after several before it) and I was unsure if the hotel would be able to keep its previous standard, but it did. The staff is extremely attentive and polite. There's a spacious yard with plenty of trees, where one can relax with a coffee, for instance. The price, complete with an offer from Booking, is extremely attractive, compared with the quality of the stay, and I've searched long enough before deciding to go again for Hotel de Bangkok

The WiFi isn't what is needed, in terms of signal strength and speed. While the towels are changed daily, it happened that the clean ones were not immediately available after removing the "old" ones, but this is really a small "minus". In fact, there are not others that I can think of

The room is quite spacious perfect for 2 people, i requested for queen bed but it was fully booked but they helped me arrange two single beds combined to become a queen bed, the bed is okay and comfy, and the pillow is also nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides luggage storage if you arrive early. The location of this hotel is very near the train station and 7-Eleven convenience store also bonus point massage place and dobby are just in front of the hotel. It is also near to Pratunam market area around 5 minute's walks to the mall. The breakfast was good, with lots of choices and Muslim-friendly.

None, i am satisfied with the hotel service, will stay again if visit Bangkok soon.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. After seeing reviews of other hotels on staff being rude ....we chose this place mainly for this reason and that hotel is very close walking distance to the Airport Link train line. Only issue is that to take BT$ or Metro line you need to take cab or change train lines. The breakfast is similar daily but very good and nice spread and quality. Rooms are very clean and decent space. Very good experience.

It would have been perfect if BTS or MRT station was nearby. In Bangkok travelling by these lines is fastest and comfortable too.
