The room does not have street view. The room is a bit dark inside as the window doesn’t have much light during the day.

I've been several times a guest there, over some years. The breakfast is amazing, as it always has been. This is my 1st visit after the pandemic (after several before it) and I was unsure if the hotel would be able to keep its previous standard, but it did. The staff is extremely attentive and polite. There's a spacious yard with plenty of trees, where one can relax with a coffee, for instance. The price, complete with an offer from Booking, is extremely attractive, compared with the quality of the stay, and I've searched long enough before deciding to go again for Hotel de Bangkok

The WiFi isn't what is needed, in terms of signal strength and speed. While the towels are changed daily, it happened that the clean ones were not immediately available after removing the "old" ones, but this is really a small "minus". In fact, there are not others that I can think of

The staff were very helpful and courteous. After seeing reviews of other hotels on staff being rude ....we chose this place mainly for this reason and that hotel is very close walking distance to the Airport Link train line. Only issue is that to take BT$ or Metro line you need to take cab or change train lines. The breakfast is similar daily but very good and nice spread and quality. Rooms are very clean and decent space. Very good experience.

It would have been perfect if BTS or MRT station was nearby. In Bangkok travelling by these lines is fastest and comfortable too.

The room is quite spacious perfect for 2 people, i requested for queen bed but it was fully booked but they helped me arrange two single beds combined to become a queen bed, the bed is okay and comfy, and the pillow is also nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides luggage storage if you arrive early. The location of this hotel is very near the train station and 7-Eleven convenience store also bonus point massage place and dobby are just in front of the hotel. It is also near to Pratunam market area around 5 minute's walks to the mall. The breakfast was good, with lots of choices and Muslim-friendly.

None, i am satisfied with the hotel service, will stay again if visit Bangkok soon.

The hotel was awesome. Location is good, 10 mins walk to pratunam night market, Indra regent. At the side of the hotel, there is a self washing laundry. A balcony for coffee or just chill during nighttime. The bed was comfy, and the aircon is good. Cleaniness wise is exceptionally good. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and kind. They are moving by next year and will definitely come and stay at the new location next year. Thumbs up to the security too! Very helpful and friendly guy.

My dad fell at the staircase due coz he miss step. He is bleeding and had some minor injury. Just be careful if u ever decide to take the stairs. There is nothing I don't like about this hotel. My 5 days stay was awesome.

I booked a bedroom for 3 persons for 1 night. All the facilities are functional, room and bathroom are spacious. Breakfast is really nice and delicious. Easy check in and check out. Location is 5 minutes walk from Airport Rail Link, easy to reach from the Airport. There were restaurants at night for dinner, close to Seven Eleven too. It's quiet since the hotel is not directly located on busy street but a very close walk to the main street. All in all a very satisfying stay, even exceeded our expectations.

During rush hour, there's traffic jam on the street in front of the hotel so quite difficult for taxi or grab to get in from the opposite side. We have to wait at the main road. But it is minor as long as you don't call for taxi during rush hour.

The location is near to a train station that directly connects from the airport. And walkable distance to Pratunam Night Market, Pratunam Mall, and CentralwOrld. There is a 24hrs laundry service just outside the hotel. And a local restaurant and massage spa within walking distance from the hotel as well. Beddings are change everyday.

The hotel was pleasant, homey and the cleanliness is well maintained and location is good. But some of the furnitures in the rooms are old, rooms need to be refurbish.

If you're not a fan of walking, then this isn't the place for you. I'm not saying that it's far from all the shopping and malls, but it's not right smack in the middle of it. I like walking and a lil exercise so the distance of the hotel to the shopping area was manageable. It was my second time staying here, and everything was still great - the cleanliness of the room, the taste of the food, and the kindness of the staff. I'll always prefer this hotel over the others because the rate is affordable, the location is relatively quiet, the rooms are clean and spacious, the food is tasty, and the staff are nice.

Nice hotel experience overall. Short walk to nearest train station, two free bottles of water per day (other minibar items not free and they will ding you for it), water filter in lobby. Nice to have full AC control of room because it was already quite hot in March (38C). Staff were very nice. I had requested one big bed instead of two twins and they were able to help me make the change the next morning.

The AC took quite some time to spin up. From ambient temperature it wouldn't be comfortable for about 40 minutes, but eventually got there. The hotel itself is at the end of an alleyway but it wasn't dangerous at all, just make sure to look carefully for it

Large breakfast is excellent and delicious. It is precious if the breakfast is different from day to day. Spicily, the welcome from the staff boy was grate others are also good. The room we got was very comfortable as they informed us. When we come to the room on our daily visit, it was properly cleaned and repaired. The walking distance to Central World, Indra Square, Big C , Railway station, bus stop and any other places.

The corridor from the room to elevator would have been very beautiful, if it had been lit even during the day.
