Bangkok City Link is a good choice for its location. It’s a 3-minute walk away from the train station, the train is the same line as Suvarmabhumi Airport. There’s a 24-hour coin washing machine shop nearby and a side street restaurant for quick dinner or lunch. There are 3 nearby 7-11 stores and you can hail a cab or tuktuk easily. Walk 7-10 minutes and you’re in Pratunam Mall or Palladium Night Market.

You need to pay for extra pillows.

The room was clean and smells good! The staff were very friendly and nice. Whenever i asked they answered me with a smile. They provided an international plug for charging but need to give deposit. Iron also available can ask from the receptionist. The hotel also provide an airport transfer and its very convenient, they will give you a call when the car is ready. Near to 7Eleven, massage and laundry around 5-7 mins by walk. Easy to get grab as well.

The WiFi😔💔 I managed to connect to the hotel wifi but it didn’t last around 5 mins so i decided not to connect to WiFi cause i already subscribed to Thai sim card.

The staffs are very attentive and approacheable. They are trying their best to help and understand the concerns. I will definitely recommend the hotel. The location was also great. Near a 7/11 store and ARL train station. The area was not crowded, the lobby serves free hot drinks which is really nice since I travelled with my mom and aunties. The rooms are so nice and clean. the hotel is located about 10min walk from the pratnum area so very convienent if you want to go to the streets markets and malls. There is an excellent laundrette right across from the hotel which offers delivery to the hotel.

the wifi connection was very slow. Currently there are roadworks in the main street that gets to the hotel and some taxi drivers were not managing to locate the hotel using the back streets.

It's very convenient from the Airport Rail Link, about 5 to 7 mins walk. There's three 7-11 nearby, and in actual fact, you can walk to Platinum Mall, Pratunam and Central World (which we did for NYE Countdown). Staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Superb.

The soundproofing is not good. If you're a light sleeper, you're bound to be woken up by chatters from ppl outside the hallway. (Happened to us). Thank God for loop earplugs.

Great location, you could literally just use MRT/BTS lines to go into other places and to the hotel when you first arrive at the Airport as well. I like the quietness around the neighbourhood, nearby there are some great eating places as well, and it's also easy to take a taxi if you prefer to. Most of all, great for the price overall.

I wish the hotel would have prepared the flippers/sandals within the hotel for us to walk inside the room. Other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever.

very clean bedroom and toilet. about 10mins drive to platinum mall. daily housekeeping. requested to checkout till 1230pm and they were very nice and kind to allow. greatly appreciate it. <3

toilet a bit small with a bathtub. its good for young people but not for elderly as you have to take a shower in the bathtub. the aircon was at the very left side near the window hence the left side of the room was colder than the other part of the room.

One of the best decisions to stay here. I stayed here for two times and it was great both times. Staff is very nice and cooperative. The best thing is that its on walking distance from Ratchatharop Airport Link Train and from Rathchatharop Airport Link station, can also go to Paya thai station which is the next one to get BTS Services are very good and rooms are clean

The location and staff was amazing. We arrived early and the staff was kind enough to clean the room very quickly. The hotel is in close proximity to multiple restaurants and metro station

Just a small suggestion that there should be some staff at the hotel to help you take the luggage to the rooms.
