I was greeted by Nu the manager of the hotel. He was polite and was served with tea and cold towel(much needed as the weather was at 40 degrees Celsius. The way he cared and showed his service was truly impressive. Very seldom you can get a good service like this. The room was spacious. The room was clean and neat. There was 2 complimentary water bottle and the bed and pillow was comfortable. I slept really well. The shower had the right pressure and temperature. The segregation of the toilet bowl, basin and bath area is well thought as there is a wet and dry area. The entire toilet won't be wet. Truly enjoyed my stay here. Once again, thank you Nu.

I didn't like the location. I had a hard time coming back to the hotel by grab, taxi and tuktuk. The drivers were all lost. I was a little mad that I had to switch on my GPS to guide them back to the hotel. It takes about 20min walking distance from the hotel to pratunum. Ard 12 min walk to the nearest mrt station. Imagine shopping for 3 hours and u still need to walk back 20min to the hotel. So I thought it was not quite worth to walk 20min back to the hotel or getting into a taxi - driver doesn't know where is the location and end up guiding him. So after 1 night I decided to change hotel. The Hotel may consider having a shuttle service which may help the guests of the hotel in the future.

Very clean property with a nice boutique style theme. 4 floor property which is fine and it’s always staffed 24 hours every day with welcoming staff. Always security available sat outside hotel. The breakfast was fantastic everyday. The breakfast is served directly opposite the hotel in a boutique style cafe and the restaurant/ breakfast staff are so polite warm and welcoming. In fact 2 of the women were really sweet and cute I must say. Regardless, they offered great breakfast dining service.

I couldn’t find the tv remote but I didn’t bother asking where it is because I was out everyday for most of the day and night so it didn’t matter. I know if I asked for remote. They would get it me instantly.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff was so kind and professional with really good English skills. My boy was very sick on the day of arrival and we only stayed in this hotel for less than 9 hours as we arrived at 3 am on a panicky mode... the staff was so professional and proactively supporting me book an international hospital when I didn't have a local phone number. I still want to thank him from the bottom of my heart.

nothing expect the entrance of the aisle.... as it's hidden and even the cab drivers start to question where this is the right street to enter.

Our stay at KMaison went extremely smoothly. The location was great and the host (Dream) was very helpful and polite. We had no issues while there. The breakfast was at a cafe across the road and it was excellent. The rooms are small but there is enough space for your luggage and as I understand this is normal for Bangkok. There is hanging space as well and a large window. They have also strategically placed mirrors to make the space look bigger. The bathroom has a large sliding door that is frosted glass and no lock. But it is clean and all the fixtures work well. The only reason I did not rate it a 10 is because the rooms could use some maintenance. Also along with my family we had 4 rooms and some amenities such as slippers were only provided in some. Of course they would have provided it if we asked but it’s just a matter of consistency. We also found tiny bugs in the wood in one of the drawers in our room. This did not bother us as we didn’t use the drawer however again, I feel sure the hotel would have handled it if we got it to their notice.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout. A special mention to the receptionist—super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Any requests were handled promptly and efficiently. Excellent service overall—thank you for a great experience!

The location is quite far from the city. Nevertheless it’s easily to get Grab car and there’s nothing to worry about.

Staff were helpful and courteous, assisted with all my needs and more. Location was great, calling ride hailing services was a breeze with good availability and easy pick up and drop off given the exclusive location. Best way to avoid the terrible jams in Bangkok. Surrounding had all that you need even if you do not want to leave the area. Good massage, food stalls all around, and 2 7-11s and a huge Lotus just around.

Bed was a little too soft.

Location is very pleasant. Just around the corner there is a restaurant that will get you addicted. Easy commute to the center. The rooms itself are very nicely equipped, cleaned daily (it was my second stay at their property) and the staff is amazing. Especially big thanks to Jeejee for helping to organize a day drip outside of Bangkok for me and my friend. I fell in love with Thailand. If I come back to Bangkok, I would definitely stay in K Madison Boutique Hotel. Thank you all for an amazing stay!

Everything was great

Very nice boutique hotel in Bangkok and great value. The staff were super friendly and allowed us early check-in at no cost. The room was spacious and contained everything one could need for a city break!

The breakfast was the only thing that requires improvement. The restaurant had no options for dairy-free and gluten-free meals, not even a non-dairy milk for a latte. Service was slow and absent-minded.

Nu and his staff were wonderful from day 1. Very helpful, gave me loads of advices for sightseeing and transport. Room is comfy and breakfast was amazing! Cafe style and you can re-order. Top class coffee brightened up my day. Walking distance from Victory Monument or Ratchaprarop stations. Nice surrounding with foods choices.

Staff were very friendly on check in and gave us some good tips and advice for our next day in Bangkok. Breakfast was pretty good and the coffee was decent too. Rooms were clean and tidy, not the biggest but for the price we paid we were definitely happy and would use the hotel again for a 1 or 2 night stay as it was just a base for us and we were out all day anyway.

Nothing not to like, for the price it’s great.
