This property is beautiful, kept perfectly clean, and in a fantastic location. There are plenty of places to get food along the road, there’s a nice park a short walk away with a children’s playground, and there is a mall at the end which leads directly into victory monument BTS station. The bedrooms were very spacious and well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff are very helpful, and breakfast, whilst not the biggest buffet I’ve ever seen was also really great quality and we loved it.

We were in “building B” which meant we had to go down the elevator, outside across the courtyard, and then up in the elevator in the main building in order to get to the pool which isn’t ideal with 3 small children. Also, to enter this building you need the keycard which meant every time one person would leave to get food/do washing/whatever, you had to coordinate being let back in, or request from the main reception that they let you in. This was a little bit annoying but wouldn’t stop me staying again.

Room was amazing, kept very clean every day. Pool was beautiful and refreshing. Great location for us, walking distance to 3 stations and surrounded by excellent amenities, including an awesome coffee shop at the top of the street. Staff were nice, although slightly blasé.

WiFi was shocking, essentially didn't work at all, and we were given all manner of excuses (it's the rain, workman are coming today etc etc). Also, a few mornings we were woken up by someone drilling into the adjoining wall. Pre-9am. Definitely could've done without that, particularly as it never seemed to be the aforementioned workman fixing the WiFi.

All the staff are super friendly and helpfull, this part of my trip was the least planned, but the lovely girls at reception helped my with many recomendations for traditional foods, markets and places to visit, they were also invaluable in helping me contact tourist police when i needed to report a possible scam. The breakfast has loads of options and about 4 dishes that change daily with loads that are standard so there is something for all. The rooftop pool is a great place to relax and sunbathe. The rooms was large and had tons of space and the same with the bathroom. complementary water that got replenished daily and fridge unit in the room, bedding made each day and room and the hotel was very clean. Hotel is away from main roads and dosent have any traffic noise. There is loads to do near by or it is close to a main road for easy access to other parts of Bangkok.

When booking taxis to the hotel make sure you get it to the "Rangnam" true siam hotel and not their sister one a few blocks away ~ 10 min walk or just 2 extra in/on a taxi, they will probably just take you to the correct one if you ask. Hotel been down a road whilst convinient for privicy and lends to been quiet from traffic is not the easiest to find the first time (there was a problem with the telecom in the city so i didnt have any navigation and the taxi driver's gps wasnt precise, getting to the point im relying too much on technology). 1000 Bhat refundable deposit on the keycard.... tbh this is fair enough.

A very pleasant hotel. We arrived rather early and we stored our bags in a secured space. Were allowed to check-in around 12. The location is good, close to Ratchaprarop Station (Airport Rail Link) and the BTS Sukhumvit Line, Victory Monument) Lots of streetfood around. Staff is friendly. The room is clean and spacious.

The pool is small and the pool launchers are few and occupied early. More chairs would be nice. For a quick refreshing dip it's fine.

Very noisy school next door, they play a musical on loudspeaker from 7am on all days except Sunday

The hotel is locatet within walking distans to first station of the sky triain to the airport, and cloase to one of the biggest markets in BGK Pratunan market. Hotel is between sky drappers but have a very nice old Thai town feeling once you are in hotel. rooms are nicely decoratet, have a good selection of foot for brekfast, nice pool on the roof of the hotel,

We really liked the eclectic style of the hotel. The rooftop pool was nice for a quick dip after a long day walking. The staff was helpful and quick to solve problems.

The hotel isn't the easiest to find....our taxi from the airport had some difficulty getting there. The breakfast in the morning was OK for the price, but the quality could have been better.

They currently expanded their hotel and the "new building" is behind another building so it is actually not one hotel but two,with 2 separate houses and entries. Unfortunately and despite a nice exterior,the rooms in the new building aren't as nice as those in the old building but when you book a room, the app doesn't show you in which building your room will be.they re the same price,however not of the same quality in my opinion.i think it would be better if customer would have the opportunity to chose instead of assuming they re booking a room as shown in the pictures but then end up in the other building.they let us change to the old building the next day,where we had stayed many times in the past. Overall,it's a really nice hotel,located in a great area of the city.

I liked the look and feel of the hotel although the room’s itself were like the usual Thai hotel room with white tiles. My room was very clean although they didn’t clean every day, you have to ask for it. The pool is really nice and has sun although. So finally a pool with ‘warm’ water. Location is nice. Four 7 elevens in the street and plenty of massage salons. BTS stations around the corner as well as the airport rail link.

I was on the top floor of building B. And there was a lot of noise going on, a zoom continually, a speaker with singing noises early in the morning. So if they want to put you on the 5th floor in building B, try to ask for another room. Another disadvantage of building B is that the swimming pool is in building A. So you have to walk trough the reception in your swim gear. They don’t have pool towels. So bring your own. Taxi drivers were never able to find the hotel. So have yourself drop op at Hotel Deprime on the corner and walk the last 50 meters instead of driving through the neighborhood.

The bedroom and bathroom was huge, plenty of space for suitcases and organising clothes. Wifi had excellent connection. Buffet breakfast tasted great with many options. 24/7 desk was great for any questions throughout my stay. I availed of the laundry service which was really prompt - they made sure all my clothes were delivered the night before my flight. Everything smelled amazing and felt so soft! I witnessed the fastest concierge of my life, my taxi barely stopped before my luggage was taken care of. Similarly, they took the remaining bag off my shoulder when showing me to my room and ensured I had a walkthrough of the room. Plenty of cafes and 7-Elevens nearby within walking distance. Pool on top floor was added bonus, plenty of chairs and everything was spotless.

everything was amazing :) It is a little far away from the biggest attractions, but at the same time this was a benefit as it meant the neighbourhood was quiet and restful. I used Grab to easily hop around the city.
