Very clean, roof top pool is fantastic and every time we went up it was to ourselves and Very peaceful. I will certainly be happy to stay here for my next Bangkok visit 😊

Nothing I didn't like about the hotel, unfortunately we stayed on the night of the earthquake and the shaking was terrifying but thankfully we came down the stairs without issues.

It's in a quiet street, clean rooms, big room, I had a large fridge which was great, they have an outdoor pool on 15th floor, nice view especially night. Helpful staff, have 3 7elevens close by, bts station few minutes walk, local busses, close to central world 14minutes by bus and ratchathewi rd, night markets. Very clean pool, it's 3 star hotel. I've booked to go back November this year.

No deck chairs or umbrellas. Especially days 35deg.and I suffer serve chronic pain in lower back and spinal pain. Was uncomfortable lying down on mats. No room service.

Toiletries not complete as compared to other hotels (specifically no toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit). Bathroom did not have towel racks.

I like the space & the number of beds to accomodate all my family members. Its like a complete unit with beds, tv, small table for eating, kettle, fridge & kitchen sink plus a full bathroom. Importantly there's also elevator from the car park. The staffs came to clean the room & change the full-size bath towels everyday

1. It was almost annoying with the un stabbled water pressure so much so making the bath time a bit misersble. Everynow & then one had to adjust the shower tab so that one will not scorched the body with hot water😩. And the kids couldn't take their own bath because of that😬 2. The towels provided were clean but the management really have to discard those that were frayed badly. Same with the floor mat towel 3. The unit has no microwave. The fridge was big enough to keep food but unfortunately no microwave to heat up the food

The service was very good, good staff, cleanliness, good housekeeping,, nice welcome, and very warm hearted people. Good customer service and good breakfast.Overall, we all appreciated our stay at The Victory Residence hotel. It was a safe environment and made us feel at home.

The hotel did not accept card payment upon check in and we were told to do cash payment the next day. On the next day, the room was blocked with all our luggage until payment was released. This was the only negative experience we had there. Considering our good experience on the other aspects of the hotel, this incident was ignored.

The rooms are very basic but this is only hotel we could find that my family of five could all share a room and have their own beds. I was expecting hassle when checking in as when I booked the room for 5 it returned confirmation stating 4 and I was unable to change it but, a few chat messages later we had confirmation on the chat board and all went fine when checking in, we actually a spare single bed. Pool was lovely and clean with good high rise views. Breakfast was again basic but adequate to get energy levels up for a long day.

Decor is dated and the bathrooms could do with a refresh. It was OK for short 2 day stay, wouldn't like to stay for longer period.

The location is near to BTS station. As I like a quiet environment, I prefer the area where this hotel situate than more busy place. I can enjoy Thailand's street foods near the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly and supportive. Could have a good view around roof top swimming pool.

It will be better if hotel can provide some more facilities such tooth brush with tooth paste, razor, and not only shower cream but also shampoo. It will be better if hotel can use air freshener but not strong one for having a sense of freshness in a little bit dark room.

The room has three single beds which was perfect. There's a dressing table, hair dryer, coffee station (no tea), complimentary mineral water, a dining table/desk, wardrobe with plenty of space, toiletteries. Breakfast was sufficient with Thai cuisines, fried eggs and toasts with jams. Filtered coffee (not instant!). Checking in was easy too. There are sofas at the lobby for waiting. Bathroom with a bathtub. Location is great, about 350m to Victory Monument Plaza where you can find bargains from the popup shops and good food from the foodcourt. The plaza is next to the BTS. From here only only 4 stops to Siam BTS. There's also a pop up food market in the evening; one around the corner of the plaza, withJapanese style is very popular with the young crowd.

The bathroom is rather small and the area around the bathtub is badly design. water tends to flood the floor due to sprays from the shower goes onto the sides of the bathtub and flow down to the floor. Our bath mat became drench. Decor/furnishing is rather dated with towels looked tired. Room could be better designed as the table is rather squashed in the corner. It would be difficult to use it as a desk for working as it is.

Hotel is very convenient, 4 x 7.11 nearby, malls, street food, Victory Monument BTS, laundromat downstairs, 1Baht refill water machine downstairs. Salt water swimming pool rooftop is clean. Hot water and pressure very good Clean bathrooms Security and male staffs are very helpful.

- dog poops near swimming pool upstairs Love the golden retriever, but shock with the poops smell while swimming. -should have more or at least one hook in bathroom for towels. -door at 1 floor should be able to open by guess key card. -towels need to be renewed, they are older than me. - pls clean the shower room at the top floor next to swimming pool frequently - remove the big table in the triple room, for example, #917. -safe box doesn't work

Location is great. Near two shopping centers, food markets, and other activities. Also very close to the public transit system.

The breakfast was relatively basic, not bad just very simple. The pool area was very basic and could do with a little bit more shade making items. Some parasols or anything to give shade and more seating options would be good.
