Lovely stay for seventeen nights, really clean, nice location, had an accident and fell over, the staff were amazing, got me to hospital and looked after me, it was my own fault, so they're in no way to blame, would definitely stay again, top tip, try the saxophone club bar, really good, 5 minute walk

Very good price value. Its very clean. While the hotel is at the end of the alley, you don't need to be afraid. It is very well lit alley and since the hotel is at the end of the alley everyone who goes in and out are people from the same hotel. There is always a security guard outside of the hotel. So it is safe. There is a 7/11 around the corner and the victory monument station is just a 5 min walk. You can go through he movie mall to reach the station as well. Super nice staff!

You need to bring earplugs with you just in case. Since the walls are a little bit thin.

The hotel has everything you need if you are staying just for a few nights. It was cozy, modern and comfortable. The water flow was nice and hot, the bed was big and comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool right in the middle of the whole complex, also a gym and offers also Thai massages inside the complex so if you have nothing else to do or want to just relax, use this opportunity, the lady was super professional. The hotel does not offer breakfast but you must count with it - however there is a small snack-corner at the entrance and they have everything (from nice quality coffee to whole meals in the morning for breakfast for great prices). It is also quiet in the rooms with a good AC. The location is good, plenty of 7/11 and it takes around 15 minutes walking to get to the trains. Kind receptionists who speak English.

The only thing we can complain a bit about was the water in the shower leaking where it shouldn’t behind the toilet. Also, it may be a bit uncomfortable for someone that the view from the windows is into another window sometimes (in our case to the gym). But you are outside most of the time anyway.

Newly opened massage shop within the hotel vicinity, great way to get a good relaxation massage at the end of the day. Coffee cafe @ 1st floor, great nice coffee selection and service. Getting a coffee there everyday during my stay there is a must. Highly recommended to try out their coffee.

Pillows were slightly too soft it would definitely be better if they could change their pillows to much firmer ones for better neck comfort.

Smooth check-in process. Room card for each guest. Spacious room with mini-kitchen and small balcony. Nice swimming pool, open 24 hours. Quite place away from busy roads of Bangkok. 5 minutes walk to nearest eateries and 7/11. 10 minutes walk to BTS station. Overall it's really good value for money.

I wish staff would solve problems faster. Sink in our room was clogged and only after a second request it was cleaned. Also, when using shower, a loud noise was periodically heard from pipes in the bathroom.

Comfortable, clean, and amazing value for money. The staff were very accommodating and even managed to help us pay for our grab (taxi) when we first arrived without any Bhart - which we payed back. Quiet location - amazing stay for your visit time visiting bangkok.

The only thing i would say would be them only cleaning our room once during our 5 night stay, but that being said it wasn’t a huge problem as we kept it relatively clean anyway.

We liked the location that was near restaurants, stores and the transportation.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. When we entered our room, it smelled very humid, there were moulds on the white curtains, a kind of band-aid on the shower wall, and dust on the bedhead counter. The swimming pool’s water was salty ???

room size, location, cleanliness, smooth check-in. i would say its a great choice for experienced independent travellers. closest 7-11 is a 3-5 minute walk, with a big grocery store 10 minutes away. V

AC of my room was a little loud but i got used to it. only 2 hangers provided. would be better to provide more as i was staying for 6 days, and this room was meant for 2.
