I had a small but very cute room on the top floor. Loved the do-yourself laundry just in front of the hotel. Washer only runs for 30min but everything got so clean (washed better than mine at home tbh). Receptionist even spoke some German. First Thai I met who knows German ;-) Loved the location. When exiting the BTS, you can just walk through the shopping mall, take one escalator down and then it is only a few steps to the hotel without a/c.

There was some road construction going on late at night which is obviously not the hotel's fault. Luckily, they stopped the works still at a decent hour.

The location is quite convenient with bts nearby and a mall right beside it. However, if you are a light sleeper this place might not be ideal as it’s quite noisy at night (mostly the sound of car and bike). The hotel does provide earplugs which does help to a certain extent.

Near BTS and shopping centers and King Power Duty Free Rangnam. No frills check in and has an elevator. Firm comfy bed. 24 hr coin laundry (wash 50 thb & dry 40 thb for 15 kg, with english language digital display). Luggage scale. Bidet at the toilet.

Small room and no refrigerator (but not a problem to us). The reception opens at 6 am, so no one is at the front desk by the time we check out at 4.30 am and they forget my taxi reservation (I've asked twice!). Thanks googletranslate and the security guy got me a taxi but it was not metered, oh well...

This property located Close to BTS (Victory Monument) and AirportTrain Station (Praya Thai). Their room very comfortable although their room size is quite small ( the bathroom also tiny ). The reservation team is very helpful. When we came earlier than the check-in time they offer us to entrust our suitcase with them so we can go grab lunch first. Location wise this property is superb, especially if you will spend most of your time shopping in the pratunam area Plus they also have laundry services so you don't need to take a dirty cloths on your suitcase

When other guest laughing at the hallway we can hear it clearly from inside the room and when it happen during sleeping time its quite disturbing but its not a very big deal as they do provide earplug pack in the room.

The location was fantastic, the staff were very helpful and competent, it was all very clean (a convenient self laundry out front, too) and the price was very reasonable. Another important thing for us was that there's an elevator, because we cannot walk upstairs due to health conditions. Many hotels are walk up and it's not always clear in the booking.com listing.

The room was a little bit small. It was clean and comfortable for sleeping in, and there's a small desk and an space for baggage behind the door but if you have more than two people or more than two large suitcases, the room will feel crowded. If you want to hang out, go to a nearby café.

Best location if you are riding the BTS all the time. Its literally 2 minutes away from Victory Monument station by walk. A lot of food & drinks around the area since its also across a mall. The price is very reasonable! There's also laundry service in the hotel which was a very great bonus. Staff was nice also and attended to our requests immediately. Thanks to the receptionist, Football for the warm welcome.

Room is very compact. The comfort room is very small and the shower & toilet is not separated. Once you go on a bath, the entire comfort room will get wet.

Lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants, massage places, a shopping hall (connecting to BTS) just round the corner, a 24-hour café, and even big duty-free shops across the road! Rooms are reasonably sized and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money.

Sound insulation is not the best, especially when other hotel occupants are talking loudly in the corridor or even in their rooms.

The waiters are very enthusiastic and friendly. The waiters at the counter can speak English, and there are also waiters who can speak Chinese. The room was very clean and had good lighting. The air conditioner is very cold. The location is very close to the BTS station, there is a bus station, and there is also a taxi and motorcycle station. There are 7-11 convenience stores, department stores, Starbucks, and many local delicacies nearby. There are a lot of vendors nearby in the morning, and in the evening, other food vendors will set up, and there is endless food. It is very convenient to take a taxi from here to other tourist attractions during holidays.

The location is great, with walking distance from the Phaya Thai Airport Rail Link station and very near to the Victory Monument BTS station. Facilities are quite basic, but the necessary facilities were provided, including complimentary water, toilet, bath, kettle, etc.

Did not like the fact that the fridge is turned off together with the entire room's electricity when key card is removed, which can be a hassle when keeping stuff in the fridge for a period of time.
