The rooms are clean. They provide free shampoo and shower gels. The staffs are very friendly and hotel provides free drinks, light snacks and filtered water at their lobby. So we don't need to buy bottled water from 7-11. Hotel is very near BTS and there is a short cut thur one of the buildings there. Save us lots of walking. Nearby, there is a 24 hrs laundry shop. Good for big family like us to wash our clothes before going back to our country.

Our large bed mattress is a bit too sofe and air con too cold (i set to 27 and still feel very cold).

Great location close to bts station. Lots of food and shopping nearby and only 3 bts stops from MBK and Siam Paragon and other shopping malls. Room was clean and comfortable. Drive from Don Muang was less than 30 minutes.

The ceiling on the 8th floor is a bit low for a tall person like myself, but it’s not a big issue. Some more international Tv channels would be nice or maybe netflix on the tv or something There was only 1 english movie channel.

The hotel is in a great location near a mall and food street, making it very convenient. The staff is accommodating and communicates well. You can also leave your luggage if needed. The room was clean and well-maintained throughout the stay. However, my sister's check-in took too long—almost 2:30 in the afternoon, likely because the room was still being cleaned. Overall, a good stay, but check-in could be faster.

Quiet, with friendly staff! They also have free light bites which is very nice, the chrysanthemum tea they served is also very good! Walking distance to 7-11 and MCD

The toilet smells of sewer in the morning and at night sometimes, so it tainted my towel which scared me a little when I wanted to use it the next day🥹 And no slipper🥹

There are Watsons, convenience stores, cafes and McDonald’s nearby. The hotel is also close to the BTS station (Victory Monument). Location is great and room is clean.

There is usually some garbage in the alley leading to the hotel so sometimes the alley smells bad.

Great location, close to everything you might need and a 30min drive from BKK airport. Staff was absolutely lovely and the facilities were modern and well maintained.

There’s foul smell from the drain in the bathroom and if you have inconsiderate neighbors, you will have a hard time sleeping.

Value for money, 5min walk to BTS station. Plenty of food nearby. Friendly staff and free drinks and cake in the lobby.

I did no really appreciate the reminding call from the reception to checkout by 12pm at 11:30am. This was the 1st time ever in any hotels that I have stayed at in the last 30 years. The laneway was bit narrow so be careful of traffic when walking to and from the hotel.

it was really value for money - room was spacious and clean. it was quiet but close to BTS, supermarkets, local food stalls, massage and other amenities. there’s also free flow of coffee, tea, brownies and cakes. it’s even better value than the 4-5 star hotels I stayed in

Spacious for solo traveler, clean, all basic amenities covered, very responsive and attentive staff, good location (walking distance to Victory Monument BTS and there is 7-11 near the station), Quiet at night

The bed can be a bit hard for some people but personally I like a hard bed, the hotel is located at small alley so it might be hard to find

Free snacks & drinks at the lobby. Room cleaned everyday. Cold room with AC working well. Water heater working well. Good location

Room we stayed in only had a small window and sometimes it was too dark as the lights weren’t enough
