We booked this hotel for the breakfast and location (walking distance to the train to the airport). It was an exceptional experience. The hotel staff let us store our bags after we checked out, so we could explore the city. They also invited us to shower and use the pool after exploring the city before heading to the airport (we had a late night flight). The breakfast was incredible- so many delicious choices! The pool looks over the city from the 16th floow and we just lounged, swam and took in the incredible city views. Highly recommend this hotel, we were so happy with our stay and the staff who went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable!

It is typical of hotels in this class anywhere in the world The room is quite comfortable although not very distinctive. The location is convenient for transport. We used the airport train as Phaya Thai station is only 200 metres away and actually more convenient than a taxi. The rooftop bar is quite pleasant although a little pricey.

The room was actually quite noisy-there is a busy road below. The toilet is completely separate from the bathroom and has no handbasin so you have to walk to the separate bathroom ( I like to wash my hands immediately after using the toilet). The bathroom itself has a large round bath. I would prefer a shower recess. The controls for most systems are more complicated than they need to be and some things don't work very well. The pool was not used but looks smaller than in photos. There was also a deposit taken on a credit card. We were told this could take three weeks to be refunded

The hotel was nice and simple. Staff was welcoming and helpfull. Rooms were clean. Could stay here again!

There should be more sunbeds by the pool! Now only 4.

Great location, good rooms and service

Breakfast, wasn’t the greatest. Also had 2 rooms, one was with inclusive breakfast, which hotel said they were both without breakfast. Took a day or two for hotel to accept they messed up, but didn’t offer free breakfast for second room. As such we ate out for breakfast as was a cheaper option! Only had breakfast there once and wasn’t overwhelmed with the selection, compared to other hotels was pretty poor especially for 500thb per person

It's a modern and new hotel situated just in the heart of the Pratunam district which is the shopping district. It's just very near the station Ratchaprarop which was a direct airportlink. Just a few steps away from the hotel. The room was very modern and it has private bath, where you can relax after a tiring day of walking outside. The staff was really nice specially the doorman who always smiles and welcomes you, sorry we forgot his name but thank you for assisting me and my wife. The Relationship Officer named Ray he was very informative and welcoming too. We appreciated the effort that they put in decorating the room for my wife's birthday and the free cake that they prepared for her. A big thank you to all the staff. We love the pillows it was fluffy and nice to sleep. But climbing into the bed was struggle because it was too high. Overall, we had a nice stay in your hotel.

The airconditioned in the room we cannot adjust the temperature in the system it was very very cold please check it. This is a suggestion to improve your service; 1. please put individual menu and all the services you offered in the room so that the guests can see it. 2.) For the IT Department check all the connections like wifi if its perfectly working and don't put limit on the devices to connect we are in the modern world where internet is a necessity, the TV is not even working in our room. 3.) For the cleaners, please always check if you clean every corner of the room and the floor. And smile it will create different environment. That's all. Overall we had a nice stay and we will still choose this hotel if we will be staying in Pratunam again.

-staff and housekeeping were very friendly and welcoming. -european design of the room and the marble filled bathroom is very unique. -Bathtub and shower experience was one of the best ones we've had in Bangkok; nice deep and round tub followed by strong water pressure showers. -bed and pillows were comfortable.

-As the toilet with the toilet bowl is separated from the main bathroom, it wasn't as convenient to take a shower after business time. -The toilet room was small and didn't offer much ventilation, was better to just leave the door open. -As the door to the toilet is only frosted glass, switching on the lights at night when using toilet constantly woke my partner from her sleep. - The blinking fire alarm at night near the main door was distracting when we were trying to sleep albeit it was for our own safety. -Gym had proper equipment but wasn't maintained well as handles and attachments from the cable machine were missing.

Amazing design and lovely area to sit and read , pool was awesome.

Food was cold , but maybe a little bit my fault or communication issue , for our dishes to be served as starters and mains in order for them to be hot , and after our starter the waitress served our food which was stone cold as was sat on the side and made at the same time as our starter , she offered to heat it up and I didn’t want to cause a fuss even though it was rare cooked steak and didn’t fancy it microwaved , this was my only bad experience, minus that it was a dream

Beautiful room with a nice bed. The food was the highlight: some of the best food in a hotel I've had. Very helpful staff. Also close to the airport line, and relatively central/easy to get around without feeling super touristy. Probably the highest ranking I've given a place that still had fixable flaws (the wifi).

The A/C in my room rattled, the hot water took sometimes awhile to get hot, and the internet was embarrassingly slow.

Good location, easy to get from/to Subharnapumi airport, close to the places we were interested in during our last visit to Bangkok. Comfortable room except for a smal 'but' (see below). Very friendly and helpful staff. They kindly allowed us to deposit our luggage and use their shower after we checked out. Many thanks for that free service!

Swimming pool closes too early. The room was clean and comfy but my wife saw a cockroach in the bathroom and got scared. Otherwise, no complaints for the price.
