I had an overall positive experience at the hotel, but there was one minor issue I’d like to mention. The night guard appeared to be asleep during their shift and seemed frustrated when I didn’t have my key card with me. I chose not to carry the key card for safety reasons, as it displayed the hotel’s logo and had a sticker with my room number. I was concerned that if the key were lost, someone could potentially access my room and belongings. This was the only downside to an otherwise pleasant stay.

Rooms were as in photos. Spacious for 5 pax. Loved that I had 2 sinks, 2 showers, and seperate toilet. No fussing between a large group when it comes to our daily wash ups. Room was clean. Many power points for charging devices. They replenished bottled water and towels daily. Responsive and helpful if we needed assistance. Free breakfast available, as well a place to refill your bottlea if you BYOB. There is a vending machine. Walkable distance to night markets and malls, and 7-11s. Affordable, spacious, clean option for big group all things considered. If you have a group of 4 to 6, worth considering the Family Room.

Water pressure in shower was a bit lacking. Not on them but Sewer smell outside of rooms. If you stay near the train station, expect train noises.

It’s near everywhere. All attractions would be 15-20 mins by car. Shopping areas are very much walkable, 2 mins away from train station, massage places outside, 7 eleven and affordable restaurants also just walking distance. It’s important to consider that the hotel is reachable by taxis or tuktuk. They can pick and drop you literally in the entrance compare to those inside pratunam wherein you have to walk in the alley before you can hop on your ride. Their reception SKY is very helpful and nice as well as the housekeeping ladies. Good job for everything!

I stayed at the Deluxe Room for two nights and Standard King for four nights and I love both rooms as they are super clean and they felt new. Rooms are regularly cleaned, towels are changed, and bottled water are provided. Both rooms have fridge as well. Couldn't have asked for better rooms at such afforfable rates. Will stay here again when I return to Bangkok. Also, special shoutout to the staff at the reception especially Donut who had been super friendly and accommodating with my requests and queries. Special mention as well to the breakfast ladies (sorry I didn't get their names).

Just nitpicking but just the bathroom tissue, it's thin and it breaks easily.

Property is located one street from Ratchaprarop Station on the Airport Rail Link system, very easy to get from the airport basically straight to the hotel. Also 1 stop away from Phaya Thai station, which links to BTS. Also 2 minute walk from Indra Square and Pratunam Market. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, laundry service is quick, rooms were cozy and comfortable, facilities were clean and work better than 95% of hotels I’ve stayed at in Bangkok in the last 30 years.

For the price and location, I have no complaints about this property.

Close to Ratchaprarong station of BTS sky train, lively indian neighborhood. Clean, comfortable enough. But walls are thin, privacy could be better in this regard. Also, I got a message from the hotel before the stay telling me to make a payment because my room was only on hold and I had to make a payment to confirm it. Turns out it wasn’t from hotel, but a hacker I guess. A payment went through, so I paid double for my stay. When I asked the hotel why I couldn’t have paid at reception in person, they said the message was NOT from them and that I should not click. But too late, I had already clicked. When I told them they should check if their account had been pirated there was no further reply. Not really sure who was behind the phishing. So if you book in this hotel, just make sure to not do any internet payment before hand.

Thin walls.

The hotel does not offer breakfast but very generously offers tea & coffee with bread and butter in the morning. This was more than enough for a morning. Overall the staff is friendly and provides a very good service. The location is very convenient and walking distance to all markets and malls such as Indra square, pratunam market and 8 min walk to the big malls like platinum and central. To end the night there is a massage spa right next to the hotel. So it was very convenient and I was more than satisfied.

The only drawback was taxis couldn’t locate the hotel as it’s located at the very end of a small road. Maybe putting up a board at the entrance of the road would help.

the location is perfect. 5 minutes walking from Metro Station. The room and bathroom is very clean!

First, the WiFi is horrible. You can only open youtube. But Google and other websites are all not available. I don't know why. So, I cannot even check the flight information. Second, the deposit money must be cash. I understand that you require deposits for check-in. But only cash is not good. Because the second day when I check out, I go to airport directly and got the cash back. However, there are some money I didn't use it up. Bad for me.

Location excellent next to train to airport. Will book again

I stayed in a 6 beds room. It is very spacious for the 6 of us plus our luggages and we still have space to pray. The hotel is very close to halal restaurant like Samat Thai Food, Rotinis and Farida Fatornee. It is also a walking distance to Pratunam Market and Platinum Mall where you can shop till you drop! The staff are also very helpful and polite.

There is a very bad smell along the hallway to the room.
