Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially uncle (staff called him so and he can speak Cantonese). He helped to book a responsible and reliable taxi driver to floating and railway markets. Rooms are clean and very near to Ratchaprarop station (Bangkok airport rail)-Exit2, 5 minutes walk pass railway track,reach a Siam restaurant, continue to walk straight and turn right before PR Place Hotel (or turn right at the first lane). Very near to Pratunam night market, Pratunam fashion mall and Palladium Mall. Can also walk to CentralwOrld mall. We tried walking to Siam Center too. Come with a mini balcony.

The air conditioning was cold, the room was spacious, the Wi-Fi was fast, there was a balcony, the water pressure was excellent, and the location was perfect.

The mattress was a bit firm, but after a full day of exploring Bangkok, it didn’t really matter, you’ll sleep like a baby.

The location was convenient, being close to the city center. The room itself was ok, with the basic amenities you'd expect and that met our basic needs.

The one area that could have been improved was the breakfast options at the hotel. As someone who likes to have a more substantial breakfast, I would have appreciated some wider variety of hot and cold options.

Location is great and Big C, Platinum Mall, Centralworld were all within 10min walk. Friendly staff who goes out of their way to help. 7-11s nearby (less than 5min walk). 2-3 min walk to train station (Airport Rail Link)

Walls aren't really soundproof, but thankfully hotel is a distance away from main road so the noise from the streets aren't too loud though can be heard.

The hotel an exceptional central location in the city, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. The security features are top-notch, with modern technology including CCTV and card-swiped entry, ensuring a safe environment throughout my stay. My room was comfortable, featuring a small desk and a well-appointed bathroom with a good shower. A good view from my balcony and the climate conditions. One of the highlights of this hotel is a narrow road, which effectively minimises noise and creates a peaceful atmosphere. The attached coffee shop and restaurant serve good food and hot drinks, though it's worth noting that they don’t accept card payments. Additionally, a massage parlour next door is a fantastic option for relaxation after a busy day. While the narrow access road made calling a taxi a bit challenging, the overall experience was worth it. The elevator access is from the 1st to the 6th floor; stair climb from the ground floor to the first floor. This hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of fabulous attractions like the Pratunam night market, Platinum Mall, Indra market, and Central World Mall. Plus, there are plenty of shops nearby, including 7/11, and a rich selection of Thai and Indian food restaurants in the area. For those arriving from Suvarnabhumi Airport, the Airport Rail Link to Ratchaprarop station is your best bet—just a straightforward 30-minute journey followed by a quick 5-minute walk to the hotel. Don’t forget to have THB 1000 in cash ready for the security deposit during check-in (they accept foreign currency as well). Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for a short stay, and I’m definitely looking forward to returning!

The hotel provides two water bottles daily, which is a nice touch. While there's a kettle, you'll need to bring your own tea, coffee, and sugar as these are not supplied. The shampoo and shower gel are conveniently combined in a small bottle, and the toothpaste is also on the smaller side, so it's wise to pack these essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. The TV channels could use improvement, and the reception isn't the best, but overall, this hotel is a solid choice for a budget-friendly short stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at KC Hotel. It's in a great location, just a short walk to the night market, plenty of places to eat, 7/11, and Watsons. Even tho it's close to the busy streets, it's quiet inside the hotel. The bed was very confy and the pillows were just right, not too high, so my neck felt fine. The room was spacious and clean which made it even more relaxing. Breakfast was good with enough choices and everything we tried was tasty. Wifi really good. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The shampoo and shower gel are two in one, so if you have long hair, you will need to buy conditioner because it will not be enough. The toothpaste provided is also very small, so we ended up buying our own.

Strategic location - just a stone throw to the nearest Airlink that took us straight to Suvarnabumi Airport (The Airlink was also cost-efficient!), lots of convenient stores, massage parlours, restaurants & most importantly, within walking distance to Platinum Mall - a shopping haven! Across the hotel, we had one of the most amazing foot & body massage!

Furnitures are quite old but I wouldn't complain much as the services are just top-notch. They didn't seem to have daily housekeeping services but I'm sure the hotel can provide this easily upon request. Room was also spot-clean.

Very good location, very convenient for the airport as it's 2 steps from the station, but on a smaller street, so you don't have the noise. I appreciated that. All you need is around, restaurants, street food, and the huge clothes market, which is a great one ;) The staff was friendly, especially the cleaning staff.

The restaurant in the hotel for breakfast does not accept scan payment! And nothing exceptional about the food regarding the price, better go for street food. Overall, it's a decent hotel, but I wouldn't expect anything less for the price.

1. it does not provide assistance to guests in getting a taxi. 2. upon checking in, one of its porters was a bit rude in giving us orders to throw the durian that we had. 3.. it has 2 separate buildings and only one has a reception desk, so if there is a need to speak with it, the guest has to cross the narrow street to do it. and. no one answers the intercon phone. 4. there is a requirement to deposit 1000 baht upon checking in to answer for any damage to the property
