It's our first time in Bangkok and we don't really know how to go about. Usually we use all the public transportation because it's somehow better in a different country than our own. The hotel is near the train station. Transportation was easy, you can also book a grab infront of the hotel. There are also several bus stations in different directions, depending on where you'll go. The train station near the hotel is also a direct line from and to the airport which was very convenient. If you like walking, the good shops are also walkable if you don't want to be stuck in traffic. It's also next to a 7 11 so coffee and snacks are always accessible but the hotel also has complimentary snacks and coffee from 6am - 2pm. The staff was very accommodating. We always bring take home food in case we don't finish our meals and the staff would heat your food for you if you want. I have a hard time adjusting to new environments but the rooms were very cozy and clean so I got some good sleep. The hotel also has a 24 hr check in, which is helpful when you have red eye tickets. They were very accommodating. We booked a room a day in advance from our arrival so that we can rest comfortably. They handled the transition of rooms also very efficiently and quickly.

There was construction noise but that wasn't the hotel's fault. It was sound proofed enough even though the noise was infront of the hotel. There was really no view from our room other than the bathroom window. I guess we wanted a view or a bit of sunlight but it was fine. We really just rested and it was very cozy. It will make you go outside to the lobby because you can also just hang out there. Lots of seats and sockets if you wanted to work.

Simple and clean hotel, right next to the metro station and main roads. Personnel is very nice and helpful.

Some features in the room didn’t work, no space in front of the hotel for taxi park/pick up.

I really like that the room is nice and clean. The staff is very nice and super helpful. All the facilities are on point.

The only disadvantage was the location. The building is at the side of traffic lights. My room is at the roadside and I'm a light sleeper. I can't sleep all night because of the sounds of the transportation, the horns beeping. And the building was shaking when the trucks drove past by. Even though I have earplugs it's still not enough. I know it is just my personal experience but if anyone is a light sleeper like me better try to find a better location. Yet I know it's Bangkok, still, I think next time I should get a quieter area to stay.

It was a great stay! Comfortable, nice ambience and free snacks, coffee and tea during the stay. 7-11 just next to the hotel, it's very convenient to get everything (souvenirs, food, drinks...) Hotel staff extend their services during our stay too! And, of course it's located at the great location.

Nothing much, just there's subway construction during our stay, traffic jam quite bad especially during peak hours.

Hotel was close to ratchaprarop station (airport rail) and have plenty of eateries close by. Big C, platinum mall, central world within 15-20 mins walk and can easily avoid getting stuck in traffic

Rooms were pretty dim with a step up for the bed - may not be convenient if travelling with elderly/ parents. Breakfast/ snacks are also served on the mezzanine, only accessible via a flight of stairs. The staff forgot to make the room, so I requested for a simple clean-up uponing returning to the room in the afternoon Hotel was at a corner of the road so it is a rush to get on the grab when the car arrives - no area for wait

-minimilistic design of the room (king suite with bathtub and loft) is so homely and comforting, going back to the room after a long day feels like home. -Posh brand of bidet(amazing), sink and bathtub makes the relaxing experience better. -bed and pillows were so comfortable, we were gone for the night once we lay on them. -staff were very friendly in ushering and expediting the check in process as well as trying their best to answer any questions. -Great location at ratchaprapong. -In vincinity of much popular and famous foods available during grabfood.

-To have the best room on the first floor lobby is a little exposed for privacy reasons. However, since the hotel is small, human traffic was minimal and so we didn't mind that much.

- The free snacks offered were actually breakfast with toast, jam, coffee, and more, which was really nice! - The exterior of the hotel and the room decor were adorable - Location was okay if you don't mind the 15-min walking distance from Big C Ratchadamri. Super convenient if you're taking the airport link because it's just 5-min walk from the hotel. - The staff were very friendly

- There was a small stain on the linen but since we stayed for 1 night only, it was okay. - The wall of the bathroom was literally a glass, so if you're traveling with a friend that might be awkward (though there's a curtain, it would still be a bit inconvenient) - The room was a bit small and not much space was left when we opened 2 25-inch suitcases

The room is the same as photos! Provided teapot!

We discovered Bonsai when we are sick of staying in the two capital letters hotel nearby (Name started with letter "K"). Location of Bonsai is really good, it is close to the airport express station (5mins walking distance). Central World, Gaysorn are within walking distance (around 15-20mins). Numbers of Restaurants are nearby and 7-11 is just next door. Bonsai also provides shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrush. You don't need to worry anything.

The common area on. Each floor does not have air-conditioning or window. This time the air-conditioning in the room is much better. The wind does not blow directly to the bed. I would suggest a details SOP or user manual for the intelligent toilet as we still can't figure out how to use it 😅

Great location just steps from airport train station, also close to lots of eateries. My room was comfortable and everything worked. Free water, coke and snacks too! Staff were very pleasant.

No natural light, as the view out the window was blocked by the building facade (on the other hand, the facade blocked noise from the nearby elevated highway, and the room was nice and quiet). 1000 baht cash deposit (which I didn’t know about before arriving) was an annoyance.
