We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was good. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The door man is very helpful whenever we come with many bags they would rush to help. The kitchen was a plus point as we can cook and eat anytime we want. Had a nice pool and provided fresh towels. Walking distance to Pratunam Market and platinum shopping mall and 7/11 was nearby.

The bed was very comfortable but took the space of the whole room. With big luggages and shopping bags we did not have enough space to walk. The only issue we had was that even though there was room cleaning everyday, the bedsheets and linens were not changed. We had to request to change these and only once it was changed. We even requested for a second time and it was not changed.

Friendly staff and big room. Their English capabilities changes from person to person but they all try their best and is nice.

The location is a little wrong (wrong street, but only 1-2 min walk away from there) so that is confusing when arriving. The toilet and shower is very close so when taking a shower the room gets wet. There is no view. There is a window but it's got some kind of film on it.

The property by far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is tastefully designed-incredible attention to detail, very creative ideas. The staff go above and beyond to really provide you with anything you ask for. Absolutely loved the little specialty coffee shop that was inside the hotel! The common areas are great opportunities to socialize with other travelers.

The only reason that I'm not giving it a 10 was that my room had no window- it was completely dark with no sunlight, and that wasn't mentioned in the description. Luckily I was staying only one night and really was out all day so it didn't affect me much. For a longer stay, I would prefer a room with a window.

Great location for a short trip, travelling around Bangkok by train and metro as traffic in Bangkok is horrendous . super easy to get from airport.45 mins max and just 2 mins walk from sky train station.. Staff super friendly and helpful. Lovely clean room and comfy bed, excellent shower. Value for money is 10/10 Checked out but allowed to leave luggage for pick up that evening. Fantastic coffee kiosk by reception. Would definitely return for a short stay.

The location is not too near the central, we mostly need to book Grab services and the traffic around here is quite hectic, even though it’s out of control. The windows are totally tinted and unable to see the outside. The room is not too spacious.

Great location as it is near the Ratchaprarop station. It's basically one train line away to/from the BKK (Suvarnabhumi Airport). No need to switch to another line. There's also a 7 Eleven nearby and you can easily stroll and walk towards The Platinum Fashion Mall, Centralworld, Big C, and Siam Paragon. They have kind and helpful staff! Our room is clean and secured. I love that they have kitchen area where you can cook meals. They also a mini swimming pool! Internet speed is also excellent! We will surely book again.

If possible, maybe you could put on shower curtains to sub-divide the shower and toilet to prevent the water from scattering all over the place when taking a bath. This is just recommendation. Overall, we still had a pleasant stay.

Location is good near the BTS train, 6 stops from the airport. I like the location since its far from the busy and noisy streets of Pratunam market, around 700m walk. Free bottled waters and snacks. Comfortable beds with thick duvets which I like. We had a good sleep during our 4 nights stay in the hotel. One thing I would commend are the staffs. They are welcoming and accomodating. They were always there assist you.

The smell of the toilet. Maybe some plumbing issues. Room is cramped which we didn't mind since we are out all day touring the city

The small pool, for example, may not meet the expectations of those looking for more extensive facilities .

Had a pleasant 5D4N stay at Ordinary Hotel recently. The room size was quite small but still comfortable for 2 adults nonetheless. Common areas such as swimming pool, lobby and pantry were great spots to hang out with other friends. We also loved that the hotel provided unlimited bottled mineral water in the lobby! Location was near to train station and most shopping spots. There's a small hair salon right in front of the hotel entrance - super affordable and convenient for the ladies! Even 7 Eleven and massage parlour is just walking distance from the hotel. Couldn't manage to get a late checkout due to their busyness but we were still able to leave our baggages safely at the lobby after checkout. Overall had a great stay here and will return next time we visit BKK!

Bathroom doors were made of glass, it's quite see-through. Might be uncomfortable especially for those travelling with friends. It would be great if some parts of the walls/doors are opaque.

The hotel is located near a train/ bus station and close to most of markets and malls by transportation or by walk.. Brilliant staff, very good and smiling service. Rooms are “urban-like”, very trendy. The “social kitchen” is pretty cool- you can use it to cook your own meals and a few complementary products are provided every morning (bread, jam, noodles, eggs, crackers). Pool was nice, towels are given. Very close to automatic laundry services, 7/11 nearby and many markets and shopping malls by walking distance. You can find MANY Indian or Thai restaurants but none of western restaurants.

The neighbourhood around was not so nice to us in terms of noise and some of the people and food.(even though location was comfortable in terms of transportation and shopping). Room was a bit small for us (family of 6), and cleaning could have been slightly better.
