The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable.

The only chair on the balcony was broken, as a result we could not sit outside to enjoy the wonderful view.

The location scenery and close to the airport and restaurants plus safe location.

Staff could be a little more nicer to locals not because we ain’t spending us doesn’t mean we won’t tip so u won’t treat us as how they would approach a white man they scrutinized and answer little to no question when asked. I arrived late for my one night stay and can you believe the young lady at the front desk (Kenesha)if that’s how it is spelt had no remorse of my lateness and continue to tell me 10us a hour of I’m requesting late check out this the only reason why I might not visit this location because I work very hard and every weekend I take trips so trust me I know how I’m suppose to be treated when I detoxing and this is not it! Other than that the place was exquisite!

Close to the airport, making it very convenient for late arrival/early departure flights. Very quiet at the time of season we were there. Nice breakfast location beside the boat jetty.

Receptionist had a rather dour demeanor. Room had not been stocked with towels which I had to return to reception to collect. Short of one large bath towel which receptionist promised to bring to our room but didn't arrive.

It is a really beautiful setting. The room we stayed in was a lovely size and had its own balcony. This also had sea views. The breakfast was very good.

Our room is adjoined with another. I could see into the other room because the two sets of doors are aligned. It was okay for the first night, but I felt vulnerable the second night as it was occupied by a male party. I can not say whether there were other adjoining rooms, but there needs to at least be a flap of some kind attached to each door for reassuring privacy. The other thing was being on the ground floor. You can not open your curtains for lack of privacy, so it was dark. Needs maybe some kind of net curtains or blinds on the door. There is a coffee machine in the room but no cups! There was no tea or coffee, so be prepared to go and buy your own.

The breakfast was super, beyond my expectations and the servers were excellent, the young very slim lady wears yellow and black that works between the bar and the kitchen she was super always smiling, I'm planning a return trip to the hotel some time this year. 4.5 stars

The young man that took over the shift from the young lady on that day Dec 27 could have done better as there were no internet, or cable and he promised to bring a cable box and install it himself after I told him that I'm a TV lover therefore I find it hard to sleep without it and he failed to follow through. That's my only dislike . Most my life living and working in the USA is in the Hotel industry therefore I know good customer service when I see one that's why those 2 young ladies stand out and are exceptional. Also there is a older brown lady that wears full white and walks with a slight limp she was super the first to greet us. Great property awesome staff, one bad apple don't spoil my bunch. No not in my book.

A Grand experience ✨️ ✨️ ✨️. The staff was extremely courteous. The ambience is great. Lots of outdoor seating. The shimmering night lights of kingston city is breath taking view. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. Gloria's is closeby excellent sea food dishes. Beach is walking distance, Y Knot bar and restaurant close by. My experience was superb

The food and the staff. Also the location. It was very quiet. That's what I needed .

They need to do a little more cobwebbing, if there's such a word. Also the head boards are outdated. Behind it was filled with dust. You MUST clean behind them two or three times a year or change them.

The breakfast was the same everyday and good. Being in Jamaica needs energy a ne the starter of the day is precisely the breakfast. I recommand the spare ribs with the corn cooked. The waiters are nice and the rooms cleaned.
