Good location situated between emancipation park, bob Marley museum and Devon house. It was much bigger than I expected but that was fine. Large rooms, decent breakfast choices and good service Lovely roof top bar and nice pool with cabanas We had dinner one night but just sandwiches and they were good Wide choice of cocktails

The noise! I think we must have been below some kind of generator or an external air con unit because we were woken to an extremely loud whirring/vibration that went on all night as a result we hardly slept We were in room 309

Breakfast was very good with a wide choice. There was a also an A la carte choice but this was poorly advertised and not mentioned by the staff. Dinner was good with a varied selection. The bedroom was quiet and the bed comfortable. A good large swimming pool was available as well as a small gym. There is also a very nice outside cocktail bar with a narrow infinity pool which is elevated and overlooked the front of the hotel.

The service after ordering food was extremely slow, especially at the cocktail bar taking 45 minutes or more to arrive. Drinks were more expensive than some of the other local hotels. Lighting in the bathroom was not great especially as the light on the shaving mirror did not work.

The staff were efficient, competent, helpful and very friendly. The suite was clean, spacious, and well appointed with plenty of comfortable seating. Having two bathrooms with toilets was unusual but very useful. Advice on cost effective excursions was much appreciated. The restaurant was quiet, the service good and the food delicious.

Kingston is not a tourist destination and is not designed for pedestrians. So getting around on foot was not an option. However the hotel arranged for very friendly and economical taxi services.

Staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. I had some excellent brown stew fish that I kept going back for! Love the art throughout the hotel, which is a nod to Jamaica's music culture. The hotel rooms were very well-cleaned. I'm a person who walks with Clorox wipes prepared to wipe down any hotel I travel to and at this hotel, there was no need for me to clean because it was already well cleaned.

Although I liked the breakfast, it would be good for them to have more non-dairy options with foods like the porridge, yogurt, and milk. We're living in a time now more than ever where people prefer more plant-based options for breakfast. Although the hotel is well-maintained and rooms are cleaned very well, some updates could be made. The rooms have a tub instead of a shower.

The local breakfast was exceptional. They also provided a good selection of continental breakfast items. The free to go cups for tea/coffee was a very thoughtful gesture. The hotel was safe and clean, the room service was prompt and the staff were helpful and friendly. They had a security guard on site and gated entry at night. The hotel was also aesthetically pleasing.

The drainage in the bathroom sink was slow to clear, but it cleared eventually.

The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I like the fact that breakfast is a buffet. I like that there are so many places to have a meal on property. The live band on Friday night was pretty good. The location of the property in proximity to supermarket and shops is very convenient. Having a refrigerator in the room is a plus.

The Pillows are awful. None of the 6 Pillows on my bed was comfortable. The taxes were not calculated in the quoted total price of my stay. I had to pay $170 more than the cost I was quoted. Food at restaurant is overpriced. The a/c is noisy. Property needs general minor improvements to the aesthetics.

The Hotel room was lovely, that they upgraded us to. as I requested this as we were on our honeymoon, The hotel and security staff were very nice and friendly, and attending to our needs.

The breakfast was nice, but it was the same everyday. Their should be a different variety of breakfast everyday, and also, it seems like when their is a large group of people having breakfast at the same time, the food runs out too quickly and you have to wait. Also the TV in the room didn't have access to YouTube, which would of been nice.

WOW what an amazing experience staying here !! We stayed over the Xmas period as a treat to ourselves & I am so glad we did! The pool is gorgeous, super clean & heaps of super comfy gorgeous cabanas around the edge which are all included -no extra costs at this place! We literally hardly left the hotel as it was so nice. They also have a huge spa pool which is also gorgeous & clean! The staff are all SO FANTASTIC! Every single staff member was welcoming & helpful, going out of their way to ensure the stay was amazing. The food is yum ! The included breakfast was the best we had anywhere on our trip, they had a full Jamaican breakfast, plus bacon & eggs, omelettes & pancakes cooked to order, bagels, cold meats & cheese & even champagne! We had dinner at the hotel too and all of the food was tasty, huge portions! The room was lovely & super comfortable, very quiet & lux ! There is a huge supermarket & petrol station directly across from the hotel which was very convenient! Would recommend staying here to anyone & if we are ever back in Kingston it will be my only choice to stay. Thanks for making our Xmas overseas wonderful !

Nothing! All was great

It wasn't our first time at the Spanish Court Hotel. Everything was excellent. Samuel at the pool bar went out of his way, he remembered our drinks from the night before, it was so nice to be treated special. Thank you.

The first room that we were assigned to I didn't like it, but the lady at the reception change it to the upper floor and it was nice. The restaurant need to be more aware of reservations and how they seat their guests. On the first evening we were seated next to a big group and it was very disturbing. The restaurant had many more seats available for this evening so we could have been seated at the different table.

This is a very well-maintained property with some lovely facilities — a pretty pool; nice restaurant and cafe. We were not happy with the double room we were placed in when we arrived, because the privacy was so limited. Guests at the cafe restaurant could basically see into the room. When we complained, we were told we could wait for another room. After about 45 minutes, a manager upgraded us to a second-floor king that was much more private. After that, we had no complaints.

We arrived about a half-hour early, but it still took about 90 minutes to get settled into a room. That was a bit stressful.
