No towels in the room an arrival, the hot water in the bathroom cannot adjust and the bathroom needs deep cleaning.

Breakfast was good, room had a good and well placed number of outlets.... nice enetrtainment area. Staff were friendly and helpful...very responsive and anticipated needs.

Bathrooms need a bit more upgrading (Bathtub?) and no wash cloth? Dinner was ok...getting info especially on restaurants was limited...online and in documentation. Having to Park over at Cornwall is accomodating but not convenient. Concert went on loudly and late. No elevatior???? one can be added as an extension. I am an Architect can design for you.

A Wonderful Solo Stay at Grand Decameron Montego Beach – Thanks to Charmaine Blair & Her Amazing Team! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Decameron Montego Beach, A Trademark All-Inclusive Resort, in beautiful Montego Bay, Jamaica. I traveled solo for a 5-day getaway, and from start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations—especially thanks to Guest Manager Charmaine Blair and her fantastic front desk team: Konia Francis, Malik Gordon, Semone Dyer and Abigale Davidson. When I first arrived, I was given a room with a king-sized bed, ocean view, and balcony—just what I had booked. However, I noticed a few issues shortly after settling in: a broken shower handle and a small ceiling leak. While these things can happen anywhere, what truly impressed me was how promptly and professionally the staff responded. Charmaine Blair personally took control of the situation the moment it was brought to her attention. She immediately offered an upgraded room on the quieter side of the resort after I mentioned how much I value peace and relaxation. The new room was absolutely perfect—much larger, with a spacious closet, a larger shower, and still included an ocean view with access to the private beach areas. I was so grateful for the thoughtful accommodation, and it made a huge difference in my stay. Throughout my time there, Charmaine, Konia, Malik, Semone and Abigale were consistently welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They made me feel genuinely cared for as a solo traveler, always checking in with a smile or offering assistance when needed. Their warmth truly stood out and is one of the main reasons I’ll be returning—with my family next time! Also not forgetting the security guard who engaged with me in conversation. Her name is Camille Gibbs. It started off from me asking a simple question about some of the other restaurant locations within the resort. I felt comfortable to approach her as she was warm and inviting.

The nightly live entertainment is an added bonus. The main lobby and the entire establishment offer outstanding customer service. Clean linens, a large bedroom with a view of the beach, and first-rate housekeepers who go above and beyond to make us comfortable were all included. The beach grill complemented and provided refreshment for several hours after the buffet closed, and the food at the buffet was excellent. The bars, of course, had a large selection of drinks.

The room's refrigerator was empty and not stocked with water and juice. There were broken tiles in the bathroom under the sink, stained tiles in the bedroom, and a tattered bathroom door that needed to be replaced/repaired. Although there was an iron, there was no board. Though more variety is needed, the cuisine was delicious. Although it is listed as a non-smoking resort, my dining was disturbed by the obvious smoking of a guest. Employees ignored this act and never bothered to provide direction for the person to desist of move away from the main public area.

Great location, right on the beach, various pools, various beach areas, food was great and different every day, staff was nice, activities were cool. We did snorkeling and parasailing (paid separately) - had a relaxing time and everything was easy to do. The beach was lovely and the sunsets were incredible.

Music was a bit loud in all general areas (wasn't bad!) but they could maybe choose to have at least one section without, for people that want to enjoy a bit of silence and relaxation. The only other thing that could be better: there are courts for various "ball" activities, but one ball of each type (basket, volley, etc) - and the balls are locked up after 7 pm. With teens and kids around, offering more than 1 ball and having the option to play at night too, would have been MUCH better. We never even got to see the balls, as they were always "being used or locked up".

Breakfast was good. The staffs were excellent 👌 I was sitting by myself at the buffet and a staff in red (short and dark man) shirt saw me and came to me with another white shirt staff just to ask if I was okay or getting through with anything. The entertainment was very good. I got to participate in the activities and where me and my partner had won a purse. The pool was nice.

The fact that I had to wait until 24hr before I could make a reservation for the restaurant. I was only staying 1 night so I didn't get the option to book a reservation at the restaurant. The fridge in my room didn't come with any juice and because I was in the top floor I had to walk the flights of steps just to go get a drink, the phone in the room wasn't working either. The bath tub had rust on it.

I like the all inclusive and the free events and the activity that came with the package.

there was a rude and unhelpful bartender outside by the pool area, I don't think that guy should be working with the public or retrain...he has no customer service skills.

The food and people in this hotel were fantastic. Also the entertainment.

Jamaica was an interesting experience for us. We felt like we were unwanted. The vibes were WACK. Not sure we would ever go back. The hotel wasn’t bad though, everything was just expensive and people are rude.

The location and the room were clean , entertainment was great.

The front desk staff was not friendly nor helpful upon my check-in . I did not have towels in my room. The front desk answered the phone for two hours, I had to go to the front desk while going to dinner. I was told that I had to carry my towels back to my room because i was at the front desk. I explained that I was going to dinner after explaining that I have been calling to no avail not bring towels to my room
