The staff were very friendly. The food was pretty decent. The maid staff were awesome!! The beach was so so clean. Only a half mile of beach. Good gym.

The butler service was unnecessary. I thought I booked a corner suite but ended up with an oceanfront 4th story suite. The pot dealers were annoying on the beach. The price for two weeks was $1K/ day, a little high.

The beach and the pool area were very Caribbean. The food was exceptional. I only wish I could have stayed longer. And my butler fixed me a bath. It was ready when I got back from my excursion. Nothing like it

This was my first time at this resort, and I have to say I loved everything about it. The swim-up bar staff was the greatest, especially Travis. From the time we arrived to the day that we left, I had fun best birthday ever. 

I just did not like there were no turkey products I do not eat pork.

The sales pitch was terrible. We told them we already had a time share and would not take no for an answer. Made us feel like it was our fault.

I personally can not express enough my deepest gratitude to the entire staff at the Iberostar hotel. My stay has exceeded my expectations. Staying at the Iberostar star felt like home away from home. I stayed at the grand, which gave you exclusive access to the other two hotels on site. The scenery, the ambient, the beach, the pool, the atmosphere, the food, the music, and the weather. This hotel is breathtaking and awesome. The staff is brilliant , checking in went smoothly. I was greeted with a warm welcome by all the staff. This hotel is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The room and the bed were equally comfortable. The bedding and the towels were comfy and soft against your skin. The entire staff, housekeepers, cleaners, securities, and the chef 👨‍🍳 were excellent. The food is excellent and there's lots of different types of cuisine to choose from, which is really good. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service that I was given during my stay. There's absolutely no question about returning back to the Iberostar in the very near future. Money well spent. Iberostar is simply the best !!!!! You are in my top 10 hotel. I am a solo traveller travelling from Europe to Africa, South East Asia, Canada, America, and the Caribbean. I have stayed in 5 Stars Hotel, and this is my first time staying at the Iberostar. I have absolutely no regret booking this hotel. Thumps up.

Agreeing to waste a few hours of vacation for the club membership. Don't go unless you like time shares and high pressure. Dessert not that good

The pools were clean and well kept and the proximity to the beach was nice. The rooms were clean and spacious as was the hotel itself.

The restaurants were pretty average, but the buffet had some good breakfast and lunch options. The staff was friendly and helpful, but could be a bit overbearing both at check-in and butlers. It would have been nice to get a map of the grounds and be told there were additional swimming pools in the Suites section.
