Wow , what a beautiful property , every single person here was so welcoming and kind , at first we had booked the little Capricorn room but they where so very generous and kind and gave us a upgrade , I have nothing to complain about , the food at IVANS is amazing and they prepare everything fresh for you, not to mention how great all the people there where , they where so understanding to food allergies and stomach problems they really try to accomodate YOU . I am really impressed with the customer service . For me personally I would like to give a shout out to the life guard , such a sweet and amazing person , he really made me feel safe (not being able to swim). They provided life jackets and as mentioned life guard was always there . We stayed here for 15 days and we would defiantly stay here again , it is very very close to ricks cafe about a 3-4 min walk , the property has 24 hour security and taxi services (that you can book accordingly) , every staff here that I met is very helpful , understanding and kind . The view from the Venus room was amazing!!! We couldn't get over how fantastic every single meal was!!!

The housekeeping was quick and efficient and personable. The Gate keeper was always polite and helpful. Our breakfast server was welcoming. Dinner was always delicious.

They have a two for one Happy Hour where they do everything in their power to make sure you never get the second drink unless You are on it and asking for it. Every Day! Food order or no. An hour there or 15 min. That drink isn't coming. And even if you order it, and food, eat, pay bill and ask where's the drink? They say Sorry Happy Hour is done/We rang it up wrong. The rub is the margaritas are awful and the rumpunch is not tasty!

Fantastic stay! We rented the Moon Cottage over Christmas and had a wonderful time. The cottage was perfect and had everything we needed from fresh towels to a microwave and full size fridge. AC in the bedrooms worked perfectly and the outdoor space included a table and chairs, a hammock and a day bed for lounging. We loved the outdoor shower so much we never stepped foot in the regular indoor shower. Ivan's Restaurant has a limited menu but the food was outstanding including Christmas dinner. The cliffs, pool and bar made relaxing easy and comfortable. TV in the living room had numerous apps and no buffering. The staff was always helpful and kept our space clean and stocked, Randy and the guys at the bar were very cool. There's a ton of stuff to do nearby and safety was never a concern. Highly recommend if you want to get away from the tourist beach area. There's a lovely lighthouse nearby. Sips and Bites was our fav restaurant for authentic jamaican food stuffs, just down the road.

Loved the location, on the beautiful cliffs with a perfect spot to jump! Lovely lifeguard on. Food is out of this world amazing! Pool small but perfect to relax in and cool off! Sunbeds plotted around in private sections or closer to the bar and pool! Loved it! Felt like I was staying in paradise!! It will also hold a close place to our hearts as it’s were we got engaged!! Will 1000000% be returning!

The shower pressure and heat could have been better. Also some room to store suitcases in bedroom.

Oh my goodness- the views from our room were amazing! We loved the spaciousness of the room- two bedrooms, a living area and kitchenette … and that balcony with the most amazing views!!! The property grounds were also stunning and the cliffs!!! I don’t know what to expect but those were perfect and swimming in the water was so nice. And of course we were absolutely spoiled by having Ivan’s right there for all our meals - we had no idea this was possibly the BEST restaurant in all of Negril. Gorgeous sunsets and amazing meals!

It’s very comfortable but I’d love to see bathroom updates - and yet I wouldn’t want it to become to fancy or expensive so ….

The staff were super friendly and helpful, from the security guard to the groundsmen to the receptionists! We loved the breakfast at their restaurant, Ivan's! The dinner was good (except the cold bruschetta). The location wasn't too far from plenty of great spots for food and enjoyment in Negril, MoBay, and St. Elizabeth. And the price was totally worth it.

We had a great room at the beginning that was very quiet and quaint. However, a problem with the plumbing caused us to get our rooms switched shortly after getting in. Though the staff facilitated that switch with ease, the other room wasn't as quiet or quite as comfy. Also, the pool's too small for swimming, and the water in it was a strange mix of saltwater and chlorine.

The breakfast was my favorite meal of the day because it was the most authentic traditional Jamaican breakfast of ackee and saltfish! Cooked to perfection every time, it was the perfect way to begin my day! Looking over the Caribbean Sea while dining was the epitome of paradise!! Also, everyone was NICE! Without exception, people were kind, accommodating, thoughtful, and clearly valued customer service!! From the folks in the front office, to everyone in the restaurant to the guard at the front gate, everyone was fabulous!! I was in the "Star" cottage, and it was perfect. Because I was remotely working, decent Wi-Fi was important and being able to work from the living room instead of my bed, or an uncomfortable desk, which is typical in many hotels, was great!!

Next time I will stay in a room with a much better view, and I look forward to that! Otherwise, all was well!

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay special. The resort is a peaceful oasis with lush surroundings and a relaxed vibe. The on-site restaurant exceeded expectations, and the views from the Coral and Sky Suites were simply unforgettable.

The only things missing were a few hooks for wet clothes and a spot to sit comfortably while drying hair or doing makeup. Small details, but they’d make the stay even better.

All around amazing staff from the reception to the kitchen and grounds staff - we felt welcome the entire trip. Our initial room had a bathroom leak, but the staff quickly came to investigate the situation and reallocated us to another room whilst the repairs work took place. The views from Catcha were one of a kind - we probably saw the best sunsets from our stay in Jamaica whilst at Catcha. The accessibility to the rest of the West End - Rick’s cafe, Just Natural, Hummingbird retreat - was very good. And if you needed to get a taxi ride to the beaches, the staff would gladly book a fare for you. The food at Ivan’s, the onsite restaurant, was also incredible - we had breakfast and dinner there several times and it was faultless. Would definitely recommend staying at Catcha if you’re ever visiting Negril.
