Excellent stay for this section of the beach.

We had issues with water, pressure, hot water, or water running at all. I found if I took a shower at an all time, super early or early afternoon, it was perfect. Not ideal to have to shower at 230 in the afternoon if you want to hot water.

The room, the view of the beach from the restaurant, most of the staff were friendly especially the chef. He went above and beyond to make us the most delicious sandwiches when we arrived even though the kitchen was not open. The all inclusive food was served to us and we enjoyed this very much. A good variation of many dishes each day.

The odd bar staff were not so friendly.

The wifi in the rooms was crappy. That needs to be improved. Wifi was good in the dining area and on the beach and other general areas of the property..

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely beach. Delicious food. Quiet and tranquil days. Value for money. Its a small locally run (boutique) resort that has managed to remain in business despite much larger hotels moving in and taking over the customer base due to more advantageous economies of scale.

Next door to a party venue that plays music until 3 am on Friday/Saturday. Mosquitoes. They sprayed but the pesky insects still found their way in through gaps above doors and windows. Room was a bit dated but it was clean.

The location was good. Hotel and grounds well maintained. The suite was very nice, spacious, with modern furnishings. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. My issues were checked and addressed in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends

The shower was blocked, mosquitoes in the room. I asked for the floors to be mopped and the rooms to be sprayed

The breakfast was great. That cook knew his job well. We could all totally relax the entire time. Great that a supermarket was just next door. Other stores and restaurants were very nearby, so we cold do a little shopping.

Everything was ok just the food gets cold fast, the fish with lots of bones makes it little impossible to eat and enjoy. Feel like food and taxi or drivers can be a little expensive so this all inclusive option was fine for us.

The staff was the highlight for me, friendly and attentive, the menu was good but the beacon was always over done and the French toast needs some adjustments. .

It would be good to separate the smoking from non smoking , could not enjoy my balcony because everytime I went outside the person next door is puffing smoke in my direction. A wall is needed to separate the hotel from the next door property, it's a terrible sight of garbage when entering or exiting the room s on the 800 block. The cable system was bad, could not hear anything on the local network and there was no WiFi in the room.

The accommodation is adequate, the distinct hotel buildings are in tropical greenery, which was nice. The area is not very big, but right by the beach.

All all-inclusive meals were served only, there was no buffet, the choice of food was very limited. The hotel parking lot is miniature, sometimes it was a problem to park.
