Perfect location with the most stunning beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. A lovely warm welcome on arrival, very clean rooms and super comfy bed! We extended our stay and would definitely stay again.

Not a big issue but bathroom and kitchen could do with an update.

My stay was wonderful; definitely will be booking again in the future. Ideal vacation gate-away with top tier customer service. I traveled alone; management provides airport transportation. Owen was my driver; he made my ride comfortable and safe. 24/7 security made me very secure. My condo was very roomy and clean and lots of privacy. The views from my balcony were beautiful; definitely how it shown in the photos. I absolutely loved the trees! Security is excellent; overnight Security officer Faulknor went above and beyond. Anything I needed help with, he was there for assistance. The food at the beach front restaurant was delicious, it leads you right to the beach where you will find the glass bottom boat ride, parasailing, and many more restaurants . Staff was very friendly. Just amazing! Highly recommended if staying in Negril.

I loved absolutely EVERYTHING about the Beach House Condos. I arrived after hours and it began with a warm, friendly welcome from Faulknor, the front gate security. He showed us around and made us feel safe and at home. This property is well laid out so all guests have enough space and privacy. We stayed in the Penthouse and the ocean view was amazing. The room is spacious and well- equipped. All the staff are so friendly and attentive.. the restaurant and beach bar have great food and drinks. All the things I mentioned are great but the real treat is being a few feet away from the beach.

The property is amazing and you will enjoy every moment from when you are greeted to when you check out. I absolutely love the environment, the rooms, the bar/restaurant, the beach and most importantly the staff. Let me say every person I came into contact with was kind, courteous and helpful. I would like to call out two who went above and beyond - Errol Faulknor and Vincent Campbell. I am so appreciative of their assistance especially as a female solo traveler. This was my second visit this year and I will definitely be back again.

I can't say enough positive things about this place- absolutely wonderful. Perfect location and easy access to all types of activities. The food at the restaurant was wonderful and had a nice variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Staff members truly made us feel like family while we were there and they were so helpful and accommodating. Truly a pleasure getting to know them! We immediately booked again for next year when we returned home and can't wait until our next trip. ((I'm only a little reluctant to leave a great review for Beach House because I don't want it to get too popular and be sold out when I want to visit!!))

Truly I have no complaints about the Beach House! Just a general statement to say don't come to Negril if you can't appreciate the magic of living on 'island time' for your vacation. Things move at a different pace and that's the best part of the escape. :)

Beautiful

Security guard on beach refused us sun beds and towels as they were reserved for his favourites who had apartments beach facing. No use of umbrellas in scorching heat and was extremely rude and ignorant. the guests just left their towels and never actually used them during the day, very disappointing, thank you to the lovely waitress and other worker who agreed they were for everyone’s use and not to be reserved

A quiet section of negril beach but close to everything. Not a 5 star resort in terms of facilities, but an unpretentious, laid back, more authentic vibe, unlike the all inclusives. We had a great time, totally chilled, and the staff are lovely, very friendly, especially behind the bar/restaurant and on security which makes all the difference when on holiday.

Absolutely stunning venue and condos/villas. Stayed at Lower Reef and Lower Jungle House. Clean, spacious, comfy and had more than the basic amenities. Direct access to the beach!! Hats off to the chef, front desk, housekeeping and security personnel too for making us feel welcomed! Would definitely return and also recommend. Felt like a home away from home. Very close to other popular locations and major public and chartered transportation too. Also quite close to the town.

The restaurant food was average at best for the price, especially the dinner menu. Breakfast was good and priced well Dinner was less than desired. Food tasted stale as well. They were out of pretty much everything Elevators and phones in rooms would be nice. Had to walk to ask for bellhop service or anything you desired

I liked everything.This was an ideal place for me.It had everything I needed. The only drawback was having a little problem with the hor water in my unit which was eventually taken care of.The staff was great and I was right at home.I loved the fact that there are fruit trees and lucious gardens around to enjoy.Well kept and beautiful.
