Fantastic location right in the heart of the stunning Seven Mile Beach! The hotel offers easy access to the soft, white sand and crystal-clear waters. There are plenty of excellent local restaurants within walking distance, allowing you to enjoy authentic Jamaican cuisine just steps from your stay. A great choice for those who want both relaxation and convenience!

Continental breakfast was included in the booking, but it’s not necessarily the best way to start the day. The situation worsened when the chef was sick for three of our days, resulting in no hot breakfast being available. There was no compensation or alternative offered, which further reduced the overall experience.

The room service could've been better, and the food selection could've been more to choose from. The young lady at the bar in the evenings was exceptionally great at what she does.

Clean and peaceful, an amazing beach 🏖️ with beautiful views. Although, it’s not all inclusive there are plenty restaurants in the area and next door to the hotel 🏨

We was checked in over an hour late because the room was not cleaned, when we went to the room the floor was still wet and smell of bleach. The room was very dated, the staff were over worked and the grounds needed a lot of attention. The continental breakfast was OK when we finally got it. The locations was very good. We had to wait forever to get a drink from the little bar. Rooms on the beach needed a complete overall

The Continental breakfast offered limited options. We ultimately elected to purchase breakfast, which proved to be exceptionally tasty, with fresh and hot food. No complaints. The location was satisfactory.

Let me emphasize that the website photographs are aesthetically pleasing. However, our in-person experience was vastly different. I was disappointed to encounter persistent issues with my key card from the outset. Despite the supervisor's efforts to rectify the problem, it persisted. The issue escalated to the point where we were locked out of our room at 12:30 a.m. Notably, there is no staff on duty after a certain time, except for security guards. When calling the office phone, the security guards would answer, stating they would attempt to assist. The guard entered the office, retrieved the master key card and key, and attempted to open the room door, but both keys failed to work. I inquired about the next steps, expressing concern about being left without access to our room. I asked the guard if he had a contact number for the manager, to which he replied that he did not have the number, but his supervisor did. I found it perplexing that the guards had been entrusted with all the hotel keys without having a manager's contact information in case of emergencies. This lack of preparedness was alarming. We were on the verge of contacting the authorities due to the inability to get assistance. The guards' demeanor was dismissive, and they eventually walked away. The following day, I spoke with the supervisor, who revealed that the security guards had been untruthful about not having the manager's contact information. This experience was disheartening, and we were disappointed by the lack of assistance. As international guests, safety should have been a priority. It is disturbing to note that the hotel leaves its property unattended without adequate support staff or emergency protocols. I strongly recommend that the hotel implement measures to ensure someone is available to assist guests after hours or have a reliable on-call system. This incident has left a lasting impression, and I would not consider returning to this hotel.
