The room was clean and cosy. There was also a chair massager in my room, which was great. They offered amenities at the front desk and a meal ticket for a free frozen meal. There were quite a few options for the meal also and good options for tea or coffee. The staff was very helpful and kind. Overall the place was lovely.

Honestly, there isn't much to complain about except that I wish I had an extra pillow because the one I got was a bit too flat for my liking, so it was uncomfortable. Also, the platform that the containers are on, shakes just a little when people walk on it. I suppose it's unavoidable, but as a light sleeper when several people were leaving in the morning, even the gentle shaking of the platform woke me up.

Overall, our stay was very good. I was hesitant at 1st due to staying in a container box but this was one of our best stays. Also, they allowed us to store our bags for a few hours after checking out. This was super convenient!

My only complaints are: the check-in process was excessive. I tried to sent a copy of Japan's travel document (passport info etc) in advance. They never responded to my request to send to them When we got their, they said they were required to take a copy of our passport (which is not true!) I didn't like the idea of this but didn't have any options. Also but lesser, there are 2 children play room trailers right at the entrance. They were not open for use. My 16 month grand-daughter couldn't understand this. The trailers are on wheels. If they aren't going to make them available, they should move them so they're more obscure.

The staff that was at night was very friendly and also spoked very good english, she helped us with a few question about the neighborhood.

The dry machines didn't work very well. Multiples cycles were required to dry a load even thought that we didn't put more kg that were suppose. We had to use 2 machines at the same time to divide the clothes during the drying process.

We liked the washing machines, recycle receptacles, coupons for microwave foods that were decent tasting.

The internet and phone signal were weak. Location was quite aways from the things we wanted to see, but that is sometimes out of control of hotels.

Loved the hotel design, staff, and basic amenities so much. It's cozy and perfect for solo travelers.

As a traveler without a car walking in areas without a side walk, walking along the roadside can be a little scary. The area doesn't have anything worth visiting unless you like to golf. It's also a 30 minute walk from oyma Station.

Check in late and the staff is still available, unique type of hotel, very suitable for short stay. Car park on the ground floor, and just short walk to our room. The reception also recommended a local restaurant for supper when we are hungry and tired in the late midnight.

Although the room is very small, it is well designed and is able to include both a fridge and a microwave which are very useful. The room feels new and clean. The laundry facility is also adequate. The hotel is also near to Ashikaga Flower Park and this allows us to visit at night.

Overall amazing, just that we couldn’t check in earlier than 3 which is fair if that’s their policy

Location was great with good restaurants and 7-eleven within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier.

Twin bed room is really tight with 2 luggages in the room.
