Washing detergent does not smell nice. Prefers softener that smells fragrant otherwise my washed/dried clothes smelt "musky" Distance walking to Sano Station was quite far at least 15mins with luggage and rain, like how I was caught in the drizzles.

It’s spacious which out of my expectation. It’s cost effective when you are doing road trip. Just mins of drive from Sano premium outlet.

The refrigerator is not working, however I didn’t really need during my stay. So I didn’t ask for a fix.

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks visiting family in Sano. We booked 2 rooms. The rooms were small but neat and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The daily ticket for a frozen breakfast meal was a nice bonus and the food was good.

While the complimentary breakfast meal was nice, a little more variety than the 2 choices would have been good.

I stayed here to visit the Ashikaga flower park. From the hotel it was about 15 minutes by car which is convenient. Insidethe room, there is a microwave and also a massage machine attached to the chair. It was quite nice after a long day.

The breakfast was frozen type of food. I wish they would have vegetarian or vegan option in the future. I also wish they could provide a steam iron at the counter.

Easy to find, Car parking metres from the room, easy to check in, helpful and attentive staff, super clean cabins, handy laundry, great value for money

The room is clean and I love that there's a free massage chair.I am not a fan of it, but I'm sure majority would love the idea of having it in your own room.

This is the first time that I've stayed in a hotel without even a drinking glass or cup and saucer inside the room. Also, the amenities are very few. When I was checking out as I was rushing, I was asking for help as I can't do it quickly in the machine, yet the staff looked at me annoyingly and let me figured it myself.

It provides good coffee and light meal free of charge. The room has good sound-proof and we are not disturbed by the passing by train.

The service was good. It includes a small pack of frozen bentou and the massage chair is excellent. It is really good to have it right after taking a hot bath.

At first I was a lilte bit of scared coz it kind the move when someone is walking, I thought it was an earthquake.
