Reasonable price. Lots of restaurant around. Room though not big but with lots of storage. I left behind a watch in the room upon check out. They found my watch n agreed to send it back to me in HK. They have a staff who can speak fluent English.

Double bed is a bit small. Would recommend picking two separate beds instead. It would be nice if they have a larger size breakfast

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. It’s very clean and quiet. The breakfast is really lovely and handmade (especially the Japanese breakfast is delicious). The cafe in the lobby is very nice to eat. There’s a vending machine on the property for drinks and all the necessary amenities in the room. There is also laundry which is convenient. There are buses to get to the station and around which are very affordable (200-300 yen) but since Sano is a smaller town they don’t always run as regularly as they do in a bigger city like Tokyo so you might have to wait for the bus. This is something to keep in mind when planning transport. There was also a ticket for discount to Ashikaga Flower park which was a nice surprise.

The place is clean and neat.

But the bed is tool small for couple or two persons. We got the double room but the bed very for the double.

Location is good and free parking space

Bad service, they did not even told me where to get the amentities. I realized that I did not have tooth brush etc., until I needed them. Not recommended for foreigners or regular stayers in this hotel.
